I went to store 13080 at 3:44 pm and ordered a whopper junior and small vanilla shake. No one was in the drive thru before me and very few people inside . I was immediately asked to pull forward after paying. Once the young lady brought my sandwich she stated,"I'm gonna go get your drink." I was frustrated and confused why she hadn't brought both at the same time and why I had to wait so long for a simple order then had to pull forward immediately. Also 2 other cars behind me received their order while I had to wait. I told her not to bother with my drink I just wanted my money back. I drove back around drive through and explained the incident to the manager who never acknowledged what I was saying or looked at me except to say, "your momma!" After she handed me a return receipt. I didn't yell or curse or threaten anyone so I don't understand her response.
