I arrive at this location a little after 11:15 to order lunch for my children and I. In the back of my mind I thinking the customer service will be horrible, but I give them another chance. I order my food and the tone of the cashier was horrible she didn't ask me my name and just over didn't have a pleasant tone. I politely gave her $50 bill. She yell for the manager (LOUDLY) across the restaurant. The manager name is Rodney. He gave me change for my $50. My food was warm. I returned my food due bad customer experience. There was two women who had a bad attitude. I returned my food, the manager gave my money back and didn't try to problem solve. There's was no apology. Rodney should lead by example maybe his employees would have a better attitude.
