This is the first time I have returned to this burger king location in possibly a year if not more time now since the last complaint I filed. I was sent on behalf of my grandmother despite my not wanting to go due to the ABSOLUTELY APPALLING customer service that this location is NOTORIOUS for. 07-03-2017 I go to store #6288 and am served by a "Tiffany" via the drive through. I place an order for 2 whoppers, a plain bacon cheeseburger meal with fries and a coke, an original chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a sweet tea, and a kids cheeseburger meal with chocolate milk. Upon arriving at the window I ask if I can add on a mocha frappe.
At which point Tiffany informs me I will need to go all the way back through the drive through AGAIN to add on any items because of THEIR drive though TIMER. That is RIDICULOUS and HORRIBLE customer service. So I say forget it. I leave. Find that I am missing the chocolate milk. I turn around and go back. Leave again. This time I leave and go to run an errand whereupon I find that my order is also missing the plain bacon cheeseburger which meant I ONCE AGAIN had to return back to this location for my original paid for order! It Amazes me that for such a common sense minimum wage job this location continues to hire ignorant incompetent employees who have no customer service skills whatsoever. Had Tiffany been Less concerned with her timer than and more concerned with getting my order right the first time, then maybe I'd not be to the point of being so utterly disgusted with this company. I will make sure that NOONE I know or my family knows ever gives business to this establishment. I am to the point of filing with the local newspapers about how DISSATISFYING this customer service is ALWAYS at this location. Nothing has changed since the last time I had to file a complaint about this branch and clearly reporting issues via email does not fix this ongoing constant problem. Now maybe the newspapers and various other medias can get the message through to this franchise how LOUSY its service is.
ultimate breakfast meal
I stopped at the Burger King on Ridge Pike Norristown and ordered the Ultimate Meal. The biscuit was hard as a rock, I couldn't eat it.
They only gave me 1 butter and I had to choose between the biscuit or pancakes. I was hoping it would help the hard biscuit. They didn't ask if I wanted ketchup for the home fries. Bad meal.
I would like some type of compensation for this meal, either my money back or a coupon of substantial amount.
I hope this complaint gets notice since I got a message saying that if it wasn't long enough it wouldn't get resolved. That is horrendous. Any complaint should get noticed and resolved no matter the length.

Spent 20bucks in the drive thru got 2 large meals the bacon king and the mushroom n Swiss king and got home n had grease all over my arm from carrying the bag in, the mushroom n Swiss was so greasy it was coming out of wrapper and through the bag, then one of the fries was dumped in bottom of the bag, and ordered n paid for 2 large n both fries were mediums! And didn't give us our receipt.

I just stopped at the Grayling Michigan store three times in the last three weeks. Every time I've stopped my order has been wrong. First they forgot the french fry the first time. Second time I ordered four hamburgers with just cheese and ketchup. And received for hamburgers with everything on them. Third time I was over charged $2.35. And the girl argued with me at the window that the price was right. Went inside from drive-through and showed manager and she corrected the problem. So in my last three trips, I've had to go from the drive-through to inside to get my order right. Terrible service hope somebody can do something about this. Thanks Steve
time it took to get our food order...
My wife and I stop at the Burger King (store #4201), located at 5231 Brady St, Davenport, Iowa. We ordered a whopper meal, a bacon cheese whopper meal, and a whopper jr sandwich. Our ticket was time stamped 1:08pm. when we received our food, it was 1:25pm.
They had a staff of five employees, one couple waiting for their food, and one car at the drive through.
17 minutes I think is way to long to wait at a store that isn't busy. My sister is the manager of several stores in the Denver Co area, and she too thought it was to long of a wait.

We walked into the burger king in Jonesboro, la. When we walked in the lady was counting the register on the counter while the other lady was eating at the counter as well. I waited to be acknowledged and never did. The continued talking and eating. Then we asked to be waited on the two women got an attitude with us and was acting like they wanted to fight us. We love burger king but after this instance we will never visit anothet one again. This two ladies are hurting your brand and should be fired. This occured at 415 pm in jonesboro louisiana on july 2 2017

Went to BK at 300 W. Plank Road Altoona, PA on 7/2/17 for lunch. One associate was doing paperwork on the front counter where you receive your order. He had papers scattered all over the counter. There was also approx. 10 empty plastic ice bags strewn all over the the counter. The counter was so cluttered they were not able to serve the food to you from the counter. It was handed to you over the guy doing the paperwork. This BK is so Unprofessional I will not waste my time going there again. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Extremely poor customer service.

My wife went to the Drive Thru at 9675 Bird Rd, Miami, FL 33165. On this Sunday, when we opened our food one bag the whopper with cheese Bun was wet and slimy, the Big Fish was burned and hard like they over cooked it was black and small. The onion rings not fried correctly icy. I took these back to the store explained to the manager he asked what can he do. I told him if he would eat this he just looked at me. I left it on the counter. Look at this people in Corporate, I'm 55 now I worked at BK in the Late 70's and the food that we served was always fresh. This is not the first time that this has happened to me on this store. Mc Donalds has a higher standard in quality at least in this neighborhood.

Today on 7/01/2017 I visited burger king in bakersfield ca on columbus street well my first complaint is they forgot to give me my value fries I orders and also 1 orginal chicken of the two we order I could not make it back tonight to get my food so I called and no one answered ive called 5 times and just let it ring no one will answer im very upset this is the second time something like this has happened and this is why im writing this complaint
horrible service and 25 minutes waiting time
We went in the Store at Jonesborough road in Union City.
We ordered two Crispy chicken menues.
After this we waited for 20 minutes to have an unfriendly waitress telling us it's out.
Then they wanted to take other food for us which was laying around since 10 minutes.
After 25 minutes we cancelled the order and left the store.
It was the worst experience we have had in a long time.
employee getting high
On Saturday, July 1, 2017 we went to the burger king on Elkin Hwy. in North Wilkesboro, NC. When we pulled up to the drive thru speaker we saw an employee crouching down in the dumpster area smoking weed out of what looked like a pipe. The reason we know he was an employee was because he was wearing his uniform. I'm not really sure why he was out there because he didn't have any trash or trash cans with him. We have been to this location a few times and we have never had a problem, but knowing this location has at least one employee getting high in their uniform in a dumpster area possibly on the clock and preparing food makes me wonder what else is going on in the kitchen. We won't be going back to this location. What ashame.

poor service and terrible manager
My husband and I went through the drive thru on July 1, 2017 at 1:02 PM. We wanted to try the Cheeto bites and they were out. Frustrated with that right off the bat, we next ordered Whopper and Chicken Nuggets. However, my husband ordered a triple whopper. The woman was very obnoxious when my husband was stating what he wanted on his sandwich by saying "I got it. I got it." Obviously she didn't "get it." because he got a single Whopper and not the triple that he asked for NOR the extra cheese he paid for. So the clerk was rude and short fused. Additionally, we only ordered two sandwiches and an order of nuggets and had to pull to the side, AND there were no other cars in the drive-thru.
When we got home, we called the manager on duty. His name was Sixx. The very first words out of his mouth were arguments. I've worked in customer service for 30 years and the proper way to handle customer complaints is NOT with excuses and arguments. He told my husband he was not responsible to get the order right. I would like this message relayed that YES it IS your responsibility to make sure your customers leave satisfied...EVEN if you have to offer the supreme sacrifice of getting their order "right." He gets the plaque of shame award for "YOU HAD ONE JOB!"

So I live in Venice Florida, at 10:50 I drove to your Venice location... wanted to try the new lucky charms shake that I've been seeing all over.. shake machine was out.. bummer... so I decide to drive to the next nearest location which was 15 minutes away. Called them to see if their shake machine was down && no answer. Got to the englewood location at 11:05 && by golly... the shake machine was out... I'm not stupid I have worked in the food industry for 15 years, I've done everything from McDonald's to five star dining. If you close at 12 why is it that at at 10 something your shake machines are constantly down. this happens to me at least 50 percent of the time I go to Burger King. I understand the employees want to go home so they clean early, but why should my service be limited because of that. If they want to close the machines hours early then at least post online that you close at 12 but shake machines are down. deeply disappointed.
hamburger meals
On June 30th, 2017 I went to the drive thru service on Prospect street in Houma, La. After I ordered when I was driving up to the window, the server stuck out her hand to stop. Not to pull forward to the window to pick up my food. This is not the first time this has happened. They stated before that they have a timer and that they need to get the cars out quickly. To me this is not professional. It is like I'm thinking is my food even cooked thoroughly if they rushing that much. She gave me the food when I finally was able to pull up with her permission, but I did not receive my soft drinks. She wanted me to leave, but there was a car ahead of me that they rushed before me that was blocking the driveway exit. (it's just a small ally type drive). They were waiting on there food because they were also rushed forward. I am not pleased at all, and I feel rushed just thinking about it. No other food chains do this. Very sad service.

I went to the Burger King located at 130 West 125th Street New York, NY 10027 on June 28th 2017 . First, off the customer service, I received from the person who gave me my food was very bad and she basically threw the food at me. When I asked for an extra honey mustard sauce to go with my nuggets she said NO very sternly as if there was no way I was getting one. I said I'm willing to pay for it and she says give me 25 cents which I did and then she threw an additional sauce into the bag. I left the store and when I opened my nuggets some of them were soggy and wet with a white color as if they were spoiled or had been sitting for a very long time. My experience at this location was VERY disappointing. I tried complaining about this treatment on the Burker King website but was unsuccessful. I usually don't bother much with complaining especially when it was over such a small amount of money but that is just how bad the service was.

When I go to the Burger King near my job I usually go through drive through today the drive through line was very long so I decide to go in place my order to go.
Placed my order waited and received order and left. Once I get to my office the two whoppers that were ordered were with cheese and neither on had cheese. I was charged for the cheeses and No Cheese :(

I generally get Burger King for breakfast 2 times a week and order a breakfast meal with a coke. Normally they ask if I want a small or if I want to upsize wich I usually don't. This morning when I get up to the window I question the ladybas to why my meal cost $6.10 instead of the menu price of 4.79 and she said that includes a coffee. I said I buy breakfast here regularly enough and never get charged extra for the drink.
My roommate went to the same place and got the same meal and paid less!
Not a way to start my morning, especially after questioning the associate about the price and her not explaining anything!

Hi, this is not the first time I have faced this issue with this location (3151 Matlock road, Mansfield, Tx 76063 ). I was there with my family and 3 kids today and I was waiting over 15 minutes to order inside. No one even bother to let me nad 4 other customers to know when they will take my order. I had to ask them are you taking orders inside. He replied not now. We are taking orders for drive through only. I have told them the drive through line is big and it seems to even getting bigger. He didn't answered me. I went there with my kids so the can play and have dinner. I had to leave the restaurant. This is the 3rd time in last 2 months. I'll also complain against Burger King to BBB.
These people are doing this kind of thing for long time. They don't hire enough people to save money. This is a scam. Even when I used drive through they asked me to park in front of the restaurant and they bring food. Not cool.
They are cheat with our time. Even drive though not drive through. Such a shame they are conducting business like this.
I hope Burger King will take strong action to stop this and show some respect to the customers.

Today I drove through the Burger King in Haleyville, AL and ordered one chicken sandwich meal, a bacon king, and mac n cheetos. We were in line for 35 minutes 15 of that at the window where the manager took my money then left his young workers to deal with all the customers. A young lady came to the window telling us the manager left and she needed to know if we paid. Then she proceeds to tell me that they have no bacon for my burger! Instead they gave me a large fry to replace the burger instead of giving me my money back. Then the mac n cheetos were cold and not edible! This Burger King needs to fire their manager because he is obviously unqualified! Such a disappointment!
