Burger King employees embarrassing your company

We recently moved into the neighborhood behind this Burger King:
1304 PASEO VEREDA DR.
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL [protected]
This is a perfect location for a BK due to the large communities built around the only fast food restaurant for miles. The neighborhoods are extremely nice. This BK is very dirty both on the inside and outside. Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. Noticeably unhealthy climate. The customer service (employees) are slow and at times unintelligible when speaking. They are very nonchalant and borderline annoyed when taking an order! We have been going here for two years (see location and reason above) and it seems management is doing nothing to exemplify standards that represent your company. It is disgusting and sad. We choose starbucks breakfast over BK which is 100 feet away because of everything I just mentioned. We could not possibly be the first complaint in such a high class neighborhood where this store is located.
Good food, a warm smile, clean hand, mistake free orders and kind words is all we ask for... please look into this immediately

Burger King mushroom swiss king

on 11 July 2017 at 10:52 PM I purchased a Mushroom Swiss King at the Burger King #7414 located at 820 N. Rancho. It was the single worst item I have ever received at a Burger King and one of the worst tasting items I have ever had. I took maximum 4 bites and threw it away, then went to bed. On morning of 12 July at 08:10am I called to speak to the manager, and once I had explained my problem his only concern was why I did not call last night, why was I calling this morning.

Meat tasted freezer burned or very old. Was a vey foul taste.

Initially I just wanted a new burger, but now I just want a refund.

Burger King missing food from my order

On 7/11/17 at 12:18p.m. my niece placed an order for food at the burger king (store number 21602). She used 2 coupons one for 2 bacon cheeseburgers 1 small fry, small drink. The other for a 10 piece nuggets and large get. She also ordered and paid for 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 value fries, and an additional 10 piece nuggets. Once my niece came in she discovers that one of the 10 piece nuggets are not there. I am out if work due to a work related accident, it prevents me from going to burger king. So I called them 5 times. No answer, no voice mail. This happens often. I have spoken to different managers, Stephanie as well as Marcus. I know there's a new manager now so I hope new changes are coming too.

Burger King wrong meal and horrible customer service

I ordered three whopper meals and got charged for three whopper meals but all I got was 3 chicken sandwiches. I went back up front and attempted to correct it but I was told I get what I ordered and they can't exchange without a manager. I asked for the manager and was told that they weren't in at the moment. I frequent you guys and don't normally complain much but this was over the line. It was embarrassing

Burger King the whopper sandwich

My husband and I went to Burger King after church today...The Whopper is the burger of choice for both my husband and myself pretty much all of the time...This was the most pitiful sandwich I have ever gotten...almost a flat sandwich, with a sliver about an inch long of onion (not a slice) and a tomato that was the size of a 50 cent piece... one pickle and a small bit of lettuce. If this is what your sandwiches have become, then I will not be frequenting your stores anymore...not at all the sandwich I have come to expect from Burger King. This Burger King is #05981 and is located at 2100 N. Frontage Road in Meridian, Ms.
I will look forward to hearing from someone about my complaint...thank you

Burger King not given food - inconvenience

On 07/09/2017 approximately at 7pm we proceeded to order food from the Burger King Drive (#7035) Thru in Austinburg, Ohio. Once again I am disappointed at the constant mess up of our orders. We have ordered from here 4 separate times over the course of the last 9-10 weeks and each time we place an order there are multiple screw ups and problems ranging from not giving us the correct amount of food to making the food/drinks wrong entirely. On 07/09 they failed to give us one of our cheeseburgers yet again and messed up the order failing to give us the onion rings and zesty sauce. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and complete ignorance and will not EVER buy from any burger king again. The lack of customer service when trying to resolve each order has been time consuming and an inconvenience. The employees get upset when you ask them to fix it the correct way or actually give you the food you ask for. The sad thing is I have already spoke to the "manager on duty" twice and they do not care. I will be filling out a negative review for this location. Furthermore, the lack of customer service, quality of food, and rude employees are unacceptable. - Sincerely a pissed off customer

Burger King the drive thru wasn't open and inside is an absolute mess.

We went to the Burgerking in Buda and the drive thru was not open as we were going Thur the drive thru to go inside an employee was by the window on thier phone. When I went inside it was so gross. Not sweep soda spills on the ground and by the soda machine. And table were dirty. And it wasn't busy I was the only customer. And they were cleaning anything. Only three employees all Kids not ever a manager there! Service was fast but food was cold. I ordered four orders of chicken nuggets.

Burger King service wait time

I normally never complain about customer service at restaurants, even when I'm out to eat and the food comes out bad. I just don't like complaining.
However on this occasion I felt it necessary given the unbelievable experience we just had here.
I pulled up to the drive-thru behind four other vehicles including the one at the microphone, then proceeded to wait roughly 8 minutes before moving forward. After moving forward and waiting another four minutes two of the vehicles in front of me drove off, apparently from waiting so long. I thought at that point I would get right in there because I would be next but I was mistaken.
I waited another ten minutes before anybody came on the microphone and asked me what I would like to order. The whole time I was waiting at the microphone I could hear people speaking over the microphone using foul language and goofing off.
Then when I finally got to the window the manager came over and proceeded to raise your voice at me when they tried to give me an order that wasn't mine because of the vehicles I drove off in front of me. She asked me what the problem is and I told her it was no problem that somebody had drove off and that my order wasn't what was being given to me. She then turned and started yelling at the employees in front of me about having to go to the bathroom for a minute and everything getting crazy.
This is the store on South Willow Street in Manchester New Hampshire. It has awful service and needs to be addressed promptly.

Burger King management

I waited up by the counter for a few minutes while the manager on duty was on her phone and said hold on plz I will be with you in a second. Like excuse me! Evetytime i go into that place Cassandra the manager on duty is always on her phone and is rude with her employees in front of the customers. I will be going elsewhere and a lot of people here in Warrenton mo feel the same. MAnagement sucks at the warrrenton mo bk

Burger King bk @troost and cleaver in kansas city

This BK was filthy. Women's toilet clogged up, trash all over floor. Restaurant floor was sticky and dirty with trash. Tables not bussed or wiped down. The grill was not functioning so there were no hot dogs, hamburgers etc.
The soda machine was also out of order.
The employees behind the counter were standing around seemingly unaware of any issues.

Burger King cleanliness, no senior drink, service

Worst of all, no senior drink available on the menu. All booths were empty, but all were dirty. It was Sunday, July 9 but they were not busy (10 customers at 4 tables). We were here for over an hour and not a single table as wiped during that time (we wiped our own). The walkway from counter to drinks had large pieces of trash that were also not touched. When we left, the dining room was empty. 3 customers stood an extra long time at counter before being waited on during our stay. Chicken sandwich was not warm. Stringtown Rd store

Burger King management

I am a regular customer but am about to take my business elsewhere.
The store is located on 2150 Valley Avenue, Winchester, Virginia 22601. Store number is: 1730
You have under employment the most rude and irresponsible General Manager, TJ McVickers, I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. He is not only completely disorganized to where this store runs out of main foods (whoppers and crispy chicken) on a regular basis, he is also very nasty to his employees and to customers.

Burger King service/product/experience

Visited your W new Circle Rd location in Lexington KY today and WILL NEVER visit any Burger King ever again based strictly on how we were treated by your employee working the drive thru windows today around 200pm. Had an order for 3 people and after ordering my first thing was told a total rudely, then after telling the girl we still had more orders she proceeded after every item to say Is that it? After ordering she then tells us We have to wait on your food so you are gonna have to pull over there again rude as hell. Made us feel like we were the biggest problem ever for showing up to your establishment to order food. There is no reason why someone like this should be employed by anyone especially a company who's objective is to SERVE FOOD TO PEOPLE! Had not visited Burger King in probably 2 years bc of this very reason. Horrible service at this location. Decided to give it another try in hopes you all maybe decided to hire employees that actually wanted a job and represented your brand but I guess your employees are worth more than your consumers who keep y'all in business. We work in the food industry so have more patience than most people i feel but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Will also tell everyone I know to stay away from this location at least. Was shorted food and straws as well as cold food that we waited over 20 minutes for. Oh and I would give u the girls name at the window but she wouldn't even face us to get a name. All I know is she is a black female who's name begins with S...charged money to be treated like crap and to have my entire order wrong as well! Bad job Burger KING! I feel like basically I was robbed.

Burger King price

I went thru the drive thru and ordered the 2/$4 croissants, one plain sausage and one bacon egg and cheese and also ordered one order of 0.89 pancakes. That was it. I was expecting the order to be $5 or a little more and it was $7.24. I asked the girl why and she said I don't know I didn't ring it up. She said I guess because the one was plain. I said well we have never had to pay more than the 2/$4 before and always order like that and she just said I don't know I didn't do it. So I said ok and left. I should not have been charged more. I know it was only a couple of dollars but that's a lot when you live paycheck to paycheck and your employees are rude when you ask why your bill is so much

Burger King cashier in drive thru

He was pushy rude dirty and wouldn't even serve me my food his shirt was unbuttoned and hanging out his sagging pants he was talking about me and my kids right in front of us the food is cold and fries are dropped all in the bag none were in boxes this employee is someone you would see begging for money on the side of the road not someone I want serving me food how disgusting and oblivious is the management I will tell everyone I know and post about this employee Burger King needs to make sure that night crew is still presentable to the public

Burger King bad service

Workers were sitting in the back talking for a few minutes before they decided to acknowledge the register. The lady (calling that girl a lady is a stretch) came up to the register, rolling her eyes and just waited for us to order. She did not address us at all. After ringing up our order, her and her friend sat on their phones while making our food. I was disgusted. I wrote a review on google, and you all need to read the reviews there as well. Apparently this is a continuous issue. Haha and those workers want $15/hr. What a joke.

Burger King #3124 Discrimination, Store opening late.

7/2/17 Who I have seen turn away Customers. Because they were Native Alaskan.

7/8/17 Again this manager arrived late, and did not open the store till around 8 AM or later. I didn't bother checking back to when She finally opened the store, I took my business to Taco Bell just a couple blocks away.

The other manager is great. He opens the store on time. and never turns away paying customers because of the way they look.

Burger King management complaint

This burger king. #15306 @ george craig travel plaza in indiana, . They really and seriously need help. I feel very sorry for only 2 staff working very hard there. It took me a while to get my order because they have full of customers, but i cannot blame them because of lack of employees. Everthing was dirty in the dining, counters are nasty, garbages are all full, tables are dirty too. They need more and more staff very badly. I hope the hmhost make an action regarding this store (store i.D. 4 i n b k g 1 0) the 2 people ( christin and her manager who's making a burger)who worked so hard there are all amazing, they done a great job even its busy and took time to make orders. We visited july 7, 2017 9:02 pm.

The waitress Marleen (168275) was such a happy and good server. After a long day of travel, her attitude was so refreshing (especially in New York) and the service was excellent. She complimented my jacket and I complimented her attitude. I do not usually leave feedback, but I hope she is valued by your company as she should be.

Burger King racial discrimination

7757 west Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, Fl. I witnessed the staff which are Hispanic, go out of their way not once but twice to ignore the two Black men waiting inline to place their orders. Even when this was brought to their attention, they didn't care. These men were in the restaurant waiting, a Hispanic family of 4 walked in in from of us(2). The workers waited on the family. We walked out never to spend our money at this location again. Also their full attention was on the drive thru customers and not the customers in the lobby. I will be sharing this information around work about the Racical Discrimination at this location.
