Burger King service and product

Went to burger king located in Baker, Louisiana. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the 2 for $10 whopper meals and a fish sandwich meal. Then went home. The drinks were horrible so we went back to the store to speak with manager and have them fix the drinks. The manager said they were out of coke so we chose another drink. She proceeds to tell me that they are out of all the drinks. So i asked for a refund for the drinks portion. I was told they cant do that because it was part of a combo meal. I told the manager that they knew they were out of drinks and should have said something when we placed the order. Instead they knowingly gave us drinks that were not any good and refused to fix the problem. I asked for a phone number to corporate office and for my receipt back. She said she through the receipt away and she did not have access to the corporate number. This was extremely poor service and the manager on duty that night is not management material.

Burger King customer service

Hello,
My family and I decided to eat at the Burger King located at 11401 NW 12TH ST, Miami, Fl 33172 which is inside Dolphin Mall. Once they Called our receipt number we approached the counter and realised my son's kids meal was missing the toy. We asked the employee who was there at the time calling out the orders for the missing toy. He proceeded by taking out three toys and informing my son to take only one. My son was having a hard time deciding which toy to grab, since he insisted on all three but we quickly let him know only one can be choosen. The employee than clearly stated to my four year old son "JUST TAKE ALL OF THEM" that's when we grabbed all three toys thinking it was okay, as my son said "THANK YOU". The employee than noticed there were other workers around and said "ARE YOU GUYS REALLY JUST GOING TO ROB THE TOYS FROM ME" when my husband and I both heard him tell my son to take them all. The employee was accusing us of stealing the toys and continued disrespecting us by saying "HE WILL NOT LOOSE HIS JOB BECAUSE WE WANTED TO STEAL ALL THE TOYS". I did not want any conflict due to the fact I had my son with me. I quickly demanded to my son to give back two of the three toys, the kids meal only comes with one. We got out of there as quick as we could due to the disrespect this employee had with my family. I know what we heard but if the employee made a mistake by giving my son all three toys he should have asked for them nicely stating he had made a mistake and we would of kindly given them back. We are aware that you can't take more than one toy but the employee offered them to a four year old kid, he was clearly not going to decline. I hope this Burger King does something about this employee. This is inside a mall where many families come with their little ones and don't want to be accused of stealing because one employee wants to break the rules and then tries to blame the customers.

Burger King my gm won't help me get my last check.

I was due a pay check 3 weeks ago. My gym asked me to give her a stamped envelope as I did with my new address. I have not received it yet and it was sent to a local address in town? She doesn't care I need to get it I have a baby daughter who I support and I have had no money for I'm looking for a new job but have nothing yet. She won't help me in any way just short and snappy with me. When I go on line to see if it's on file there is nothing of me to pull up. They don't do direct deposit per My Gm Sabrina W. at the store I was at in Melbourne she told me to call corporate! They are a franchise and don't have anything to do with corporate. She knew that! What a bad Gm she is to lie to me. They are stealing my money why do fast food resteraunts let their GM treat employees so bad. I had never called in and when I asked for a day off for personal reasons after months of working she fired me! I returned all his uniforms and hats etc. so they should return me my check to me .please help why would she steal my money? Gm won't give me my check or help me with any info to get it says she mailed it but it's been 3 weeks no check shame on Burger King for not hiring better role models fast food is allowed to hire the. Worst people and let them be bosses to treat employees with No respect Sabrina W. at the viera Fla Burger King basically stole my check and won't help me get it back she said she maile it to me at my sisters house in Rockledge 3 miles down the road but she never got it we have gotten all our other mail funny we never got that $400.00 pay check. She should loose her job for pulling such a stunt. Wonder how many other people she done this too...shame on her and Burger King for letting her get away with it? J.Masters

Burger King service

Branch locate it in 3905 N.E. Loop 820
Haltom City, TX 76137, have the hours outside "Dining close at 10:00 pm". I was there around nine and they said that the door should be close at 9:00 pm. The cashier told me that it have to be "to go" because have to close the door. Make sure that the employees for dining just get pay until nine o'clock or, change the closing hours. It was 06/22/2017

Burger King a assistant manager

She has a problem with arguing with employees. Her name is Melissa! Enjoy working here, but I'm tired of her arguing with employees! She just trying to fire certain people. I don't understand how someone could just say things about someone just to get them fired. We have people that work here, because they need these jobs to help family. Please someone needs to talk to her!

Burger King service

I won't go back to mcdonalds because an employee got my order wrong because she was busy on her cell phone, and guess what the same thing happen at a burger king #2739 lenexa ks. I think fast food employees should leave their cell phones in a designated area and not be able to have the in the service aera, i had to hear about her health conditions while trying to get my order and when i got my food home of course the order was wrong. So now mcdonalds and burger king are off my lists of fast food places.

Burger King bad customer service

BK Store number #5475 time 21:20PM.
Purchased a Whopper with cheese Only Pickle's Only Tomato and cheese. The counter girl repeated this to the cook, and I checked my receipt and all was good. They charged me $8.13 . Purchase was made at 18:29 pm It was a take out. Got back to my car drove home about 15 minutes. Took all my groceries out of my car then sat down to eat. They had put lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup and onions in it. First off I am allergic to mayonnaise and ketchup. So now I could not eat it. So I went ahead and made myself a Protein Shake and a yogurt and took my medications. Sat down a while and was going to throw it away but decided to take it back. So I drove another 20 minutes back to BK. I waited in line and when the girl asked me I told her what happened and asked for a refund. They said they could not because they had changed shift. She spoke with the manager and he said the same. I said I could not eat this late. She said she could not refund me. So ii asked for the receipt and left back home. This is unacceptable I had no fault at all, I asked for what I wanted and the receipt verified it yet they did nothing to help me. SO I wasted my money, my time and gas for nothing. Is this good customer service?

Burger King overcharged on order

I took advantage of the 2 Whopper meal special for $10. add cheese to both meals. I added a 3rd Whopper meal with coupon for $5. And added cheese to it. The last item added was a Hershey pie. I was charge $23.19 for the order. Here is the math for the correct amount, 3 meals @ $5.00 each, add cheese @ $.60 each and 1 pie @ $1.69. Basic math $15.00 meal, $1.80 cheese, $1.69 pie and tax @ $1.48 total $19.97. Instead of listening to the customer, I had shift manager arguing that the computer is correct and I am wrong. As I see it you owe me $3.22 for the over charge and I want you to send me a check A.S.A.P. As a manager of a servicing business, I find the entire instants unprofessional. What happen to listening to the customer and finding a solution, instead of having me aggravated and pissed off.

Burger King customer service

Hello, my name is liz. The burger King I went to was in Webb city, MO 64870. On June 16, 2017 around 915pm. I order 10 piece nuggets and small fry and Dr pepper. I asked for 4 ranch, we'll the girl have me two. So I called her named hey, miss I need two more. I sat in the drive way for 10 mins. I had to yell in window to get more sauce. So I'm driving to my mothers, house. The nuggets had an order, like old grease. When I looked at them, they was dark brown. I called the store, and asked for the manger. I told her how upset about the customer service, and why these nuggets look so brown and have a smell. She told me, that the machine. Een broke down, they couldn't changed the grease and she apologized. She said if I come back next week it be fix. I can't remember if she said bring my reciept or not. But she wrong my name down in the book. So today, around 7 pm. I went to pick my order for my daughter. One of the workers, said, um. Let me look. She went to get book. Well the manager, bUT me down, but said to bring the reciept. I said what, ya machine was mess up and ya was serving nasty greased, old nuggets but couldn't replace my order she said, or w/o a reciept. So I said what's ya district manager number. She said she didn't know. I said you better find it. So she finally gave me the number. This is cray. How a customer is treated over they mistake

Burger King customer service at 23904 u s hwy n clearwater fl burger king

I pulled up to the drive thru at 3:15 on 6/19 in a torrential rain. I had been debating whether to go to Burger King or McDonalds as I had a coupon for both in front of me . I opened car window and mistakenly ordered Quarter Pounders and before I could finish correcting my misspeak the lady on the other end lit into me with a profane tirade. I apologized and said could you please be quiet so I could get my order in as I was getting soaked. She then yelled "You can't tell me to be quiet" and started her tirade all over again, finally offering that I could have pulled up to the window if I was getting wet. I did so and she continued her yelling to my face. Finally she ran down and took my order which took an inordinate amount of time to fill. She had no visible name tag, but she was a tall thin black woman who appeared to be a manager as she instructed the other employees. Needless to say I will no longer shop at this location and the next closest Burger King is some distance from me. I will miss your excellent food but I will not be treated with this lack of respect.

Burger King front counter

Have visited bk on crill ave, palatka, and starke, fl, while slow and focused on drive thru first, good food and very nice service on my inside visits this past week, on way back from business trip, dropped in to bk at 8:00 am june 19, to bk 1164 n. St. Augustine rd, valdosta, ga 31601.

Think only two workers, and focused on drive thru, but rear cook lady, very nice, after I waited for a bit asked what I wanted so she could get started on it while counter lady was focusing on drive thrus. When counter lady finally finished everyone in drive thru, was very rude and I asked for my money back and went on over to competing restr for carry out breakfast. I prefer bk's bacon croissants, but pleasant behavior and courteous behavior wins over good food any time.

I made my order which was a Number 1 combo I specifically told the clerk how I wanted my sandwich ( it was register #3) (Dominique employee number 463494 order # 390) after getting my food the 1st time it was wrong (ex mayo) I again told the clerk no mayo add mustard the sandwich was fixed a 2nd time I got back to my place of employment and looked at the sandwich again it was ex mayo I went back for the 3rd time told the general manager ( did not get her name she was a Caucasian lady that came to the window) another employee ( a African American male gave me my drink again (I had a slush which had melted by the time I went back and forth ) he immediately slammed the drive thur window closed ( even though its on a track he used his hand to close it) as I was trying to make sure that they understood my order, the general manager gave me my food I pulled away only to notice my food was cold burger looked as if they had wiped the mayo off and added mustard on a new bun the onion rings were cold as well . So I returned back to just ask for my monies back this was by far the longest and worse experience I had not to mention being late returning from my break at work. I would like to be contacted by someone to explain a few more observations while at this location.

Burger King stolen credit card information, store# 5654

My daughter used her credit card at Burger King last Sunday June the 11th, the next day her credit card was compromised. It seems that the person who took her credit card to process the order also skimmed her card. I would like this person investigated. You have a criminal working at your facility. I normally would not issue a complaint but this is unacceptable.

Burger King false advertisement and fraud

On 17Jun2017 at around 0840 I visited Burger King, located at 5013 Walzem Rd, Windcrest, TX 78218. I went through the drive through and attempted to order (amongst several other items) several Junior Breakfast burritos off their value menu. The listed menu price was $1 each, but when the cashier rang it up, I was charged $1.19 each. When the price discrepancy was brought to the attention of the cashier, he reacted with irritation and snapped that the price had changed and he didn't care what it was listed at outside. I canceled that portion of my order. I do not appreciate being lied to about a price...if you list it on your menu outside, it is fraudulent to charge more than your listed price...you are supposed to change the menu before you increase the price at the register. To then get upset with the customer because they object to your illegal activity is uncalled for. To make matters worse, I wasn't given my receipt (I suspect to prevent me from being able to complain about the poor service and attitude.). I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at that location and will not be returning. I will also be making sure that all of my friends and family know to avoid shopping there.

Burger King meal deal

I got the i believe it was $3.49 on the picture on the window and on tv it showed 2 double cheeseburger w 2 pieces of meat each. Well when i got it home it was just regular cheeseburgers. If i knew that i wouldnt have gotten it. I woulda got something more. I was actually going to get the $5 lunch deal. But the picture showed double cheesrburgers i thought was a better deal. I was very disappointed and felt taken advantage of.

Burger King ignored by the entire burger king staff.

On Thursday, June 15, I entered the Burger King on Moreland Road in Muskego, WI. No one was at the counter. The entire staff was in a booth having a meeting. Three of the staff stared at me, and I stared back waiting. After 30 seconds of being completely ignored and feeling completely embarrassed, I left. I will never enter that Burger King again. Fire the manager who thinks it's good store policy to ignore and stare at a customer and make the customer feel completely uncomfortable.

Burger King also needs to improve it's general customer service. Calling the customer server number, I waited, and then was told no one could help me. Listing my complaint on the "tellusaboutus" web page didn't work as I could not submit the complaint.

You do realize you are here to serve people? And when customers need to complain, you can't block all avenues to them.

Burger King employee bringing 6yr old to work with him every day

One employee at the Whitmore Lake Burger King brings his 6yr old to work every day. The kid is left to himself in the room that was once the play room. His father from time to time will tell at him to go back in the room and watch a movie. Today the kid was running around wiping his hands on the door glass as another employee was trying to clean them. As a customer, I did not appreciate the temper tantrum that was thrown because the kid wanted a shake.
I feel a place of business should not be a free childcare center for 1 employee.

Burger King burn

I visited the Burger King located inside Walmart in Venice Florida on 6/15/17. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I took my first bite and hot grease exploded out of the chicken burning my lips and cheek. The burn has now blistered. See photo attached. I asked the manager to fill out an incident report and was shocked when she handed me a blank sheet of paper and a pink inked pen, and asked me to write down my name and address (not very concerned or professional). Lisa, the manager, said she would tell the insurance company.

Burger King a manger kellie on 6003 w 19th

Yes I was working for kellie duran. I quit yesterday cuz she cut my hours to one day... But I don't think it's far cuz she has a boyfriend name sytz williams that works with her and he gets to clock in when he wants and can work on the clock and not be their... I was working monday tho friday 8am to 5pm so I know he was not their and always got his 40 hours a week. Kellie duran said she has to watch labor I understand that but she should see it. Her boyfriend sytz williams is supposed to clock in at 10 and she gets their at 8am and he clocks in if kellie duran leaves early so does sytz williams.. Kellie duran takes him to the bank every day with her and he gets to stay on the clock and both of them take three hours.. And if we call in she cuts are hours and sytz williams if he has to set up a rock band she takes him off the schedule and it's ok and we don't get busy and styz williams drops alot of food and goes out cold but we can't say anything cuz he said he can drop that much. So that's where her food cost is. I'm no longer working their but I would like someone to look into this cuz it's not far to the workers that are still their because everyone see it's. Thanks

Burger King no maple syrup oatmeal meal

I couldn't believe it, I drove up to the order window and ordered the maple syrup oatmeal meal with bk Joe iced coffee on 6/15/17 and the lady​ kept interrupting me saying they didn't have it so I was going to get it separately, once again she interrupted me so I just said forget it I'm going to McDonald's instead. Bad customer service on Burger King! I would advise anyone else with a bad experience with bk to go elsewhere!
