Burger King racist employee picture evidence

Hello thank you for taking the time to read into this matter, me and my fiance have dined at bk countless times due to our fast last lifestyle with work so it accomidates us well. We recently stumbled on one of your managers Facebook profiles where underneath his job description says"working like a n[censor]" this manager is in the rhode island area of providence his name is micheal Lonardo. He has multiple pictures with him in his BK uniform. Me and my fiance find this extremely vulgar, racist and unethical. Me as a veteran of the army have served along side all races colors shapes and sizes and seing such hate and racism in his Facebook sickens us. I have taken pictures of the post along with his name and picture. We believe such racism should not be allowed in your company, there are hard workers all shapes and colors providing for families. Me and fiance believe he should be fired immediately to prevent spreading any further hate, we refuse to eat in an establishment where racism would be looked over, as well as anyone who sees this picture and post. This is why we are immediately bringing it to your attention. You may reach me personally threw email or my contact info is [protected]. Burger King window attendant

Good afternoon, I went to the Burger King here at (12008 Elam Rd
Balch Springs, TX 75180 United States) Today at around 5:30 PM. I ordered my food like normal paid at the first window and when I got to window 2 I realized that I forgot to order an Oreo shake so I polite asked the drive thru attendant if I could order an Oreo shake and she told me no that I'd have to go all the way around with not so customer friendly attitude. So I did and the attendant from window one was in disbelief that they told me to do so. Once I got to the second window I asked to speak to the manager and told her the issue, she apologized and assured that she was going to talk to the woman that told to go all the way around. At the end of it all; although the manager was very polite I still did not feel that justice was made, in still extremely upset and shocked that this behavior will go on with a slap one the wrist. Burger King entire order

Hello, today my son and I ordered a 2 for 10 whopper meals and two orders of nuggets through the drive through. We purchased our food and we're asked to go to the parking lot out front and they will bring it out to us (very common for this location). After waiting 9 minutes I went inside and checked to see if they had forgotten about us. The hamburgers were sacked up but they were "waiting on the nuggets". I went out to my vehicle and waited another 5 minutes and went back inside again. The nuggets were waiting on holder and when she saw me she sacked them up as well. I then asked if the burgers were cold and she told me I can check them, as I did. They were cold and when I told her they were cold she shrugged her shoulders and turned and walked away. When I got home with the cold burgers we seen that the patties were all broken up and in pieces on the burger. This location often forgets my food and is a long wait, but this food that I payed nearly 15.00 for was horrible not to mention the experience. The location is Washington and 10th in Kennewick, Wa.

Burger King no service. 10 minute wait at drive thru order taking board

waited for 10 minutes from 7:40-7:50 pm at the menu board without any customer service in giving my Order...3 cars behind me were mad at me sitting at menu board and doing nothing..i told them that I have been waiting for 10 minutes...and so I left not happy and my Order not taken...this location has had its problems before but nothing like today. burger king employee (woman) told me ...hunny..we are short staffed and would get to me . I told her that the service was terrible..

I may not come back to the burger king in Fridley ever again..unless management can change the terrible service...

i left burger king and drove 15 miles away to a hardees instead. i would like to talk to someone about tonight.

Burger King gift card inability to redeem

I have attempted to make purchase with the gift cards to no avail. Every time that I have attempted make purchases I was told by the mangers of the stores that the internet used to redeem the cards was not functioning properly, therefore I would have use another method of payment. For me It was cash on three separate occasions.

I would like your corporation to make good the gift cards that have caused me a lot of inconveince and frustration.

I would like your corporation to make good the gift cards either by cash or some instrument that would allow me to make the purchases without all the hassle.

I'm waiting to hear from you, hopefully to resolve this situation. When I do I can provide you with any information of the gift cards.

Burger King ketchup in the dispensers

I often visit many locations in the Cleveland Ohio area and they all have one thing in common, the ketchup in the dispensers are VERY thin. When you put it on your fries it will drip off and not even add much flavor . I did compare what came out of the dispenser to what was on my burger and they were two different colors and consistency. What comes in the to go packs of ketchup are fine and are more like what comes on the burgers. I do like ketchup and I find that this problem keeps me from going in and getting a burger and fries. I do want to be clear, this is a many different locations and over the last year or more this has been the case. I also may add I have Never seen this thin, runny and pale looking ketchup any other place but at your stores.

Burger King service in general

I frequently visit your location on Yopp road in Jacksonville NC. Here recently it has taken a nose dive in service. There is no scense of urgency to get us our food at all. The employees no longer seem happy to be there. As I said i have frequented this location a lot and I have noticed different things that have changed. I don't know quit what it is that has made things go south however this location once was great and I loved going there. Friendly staff great hot food etc...but now I feel as if I will stop returning to this location soon.

Burger King complaint center customer service catastrophe

Please i live in Dubai UAE my phone [protected] you can check my complaint by recorded calls i ordered food it came late one hour and half . With no contact no excuse c. Customer service behaved very bad non professional and didnot reply my calls sometimes or following up with me . I want to make big investigation because make shame for name of burger king and i cut my relation with ur food thanks

Burger King drive through service at goshen bk by walmart

We simply went to get drinks at BK today at about 9:15 on Friday, July 21st, and the lady told us to, "wait a minute." We waited about three minutes just to order drinks and my boyfriend said, "yo" as he thought she forgot about us. Then this lady replied with, "yo I said wait a minute!" At this moment we left because the lady was very disrespectful. She was working the front drive through space, otherwise, the speaker closest to the building.

Burger King chili cheese dogs

My complaint is that the chili cheese dogs were discontinued! I loved these. I was very disappointed that after finding something besides a burger that I loved for my lunches.

so I simply want to encourage Burger King to bring them back as a regular entree. And for as long as i ate them I had no idea they were only temporary. Great quality. Always good. Best chili cheese dog i have ever had... and i know chili cheese dogs.

Burger King fast food place

A mánager whos name is Dilania in passaic 23 gregory avenue passaic new jersey who has given me the WORST CUSTOMER service yelling at me and all the cusomer. Very rude and states that she can scream and yell at me .Also all of the employees there did not even budge And were toó afraid to talk in her presence in fact one employee approached me and said she treats customer s and staff BAD all the timé and no one has doné anything about it . If someone can please contact me and do something about this. Thank you

Burger King unethical behaviour too much horseplay

date 7/21/17 wife and I came to the store to find dirty floors tables and drink area and the workers not caring about the area. The workers are not happy to serve the public no smiles or a greeting nothing wrong with the food yet. We've been coming here for about 4 yrs and it seems to be getting worse the store is in Union City Tn. #11849.We like coming to the store just don't feel like we are welcome to much playing not enough work.

Burger King fries, whopper, employees

The Employees were all so unhappy to be there I was afraid to go tell them since I got the last fries in the drainer that they were cold. Maybe, after reading the complaints, Burger King oughta take a look around at their stores and decide if it is worth being open. Unhappy employees make unhappy customers which makes no profit when we start going there

Burger King staff unprofessional, loud, vulgar and mishandling food

My husband and I stopped at the Amsterdam NY location 7/20/17 at approximately 745 pm. The young woman working the register was obviously irritated about something and loudly announced "I ain't staying up front no more" the two food workers in the kitchen were dropping food AND putting it back for consumers and laughing about it. Their language was extremely offensive----f-bombs everywhere. The poor young man who came out to take our order was obviously embarrassed. We told him we were leaving due to what we observed and he apologized. We will never return to that location; it is a blight on your Company. This is the first bad experience we have ever had; we generally use your Johnstown location.

Burger King poor and unprofessional window worker and manager

I first ordered my food through the drive thru on 07/20/2017 and a really slow night. At window the guy tried to charge me a dollar more than my order was. Then the double bacon cheese burger I ordered was super small and I was hungry. I asked if I could also get a chicken sandwich. The guy at window said you have to drive back around and order at the order menu. I told him nobody is behind me or even at the order menu. He just shrugs his shoulder and I just drive off. Then get home and call the locations phone number at [protected] and nobody answered and the phone rings and few times and then hangs you up. I called 3 times and got 3 hang ups. Then they called back and I explained my issue to some guy and he said that is their policy and I asked why would I have to drive all the way around to order when nobody is at the window or behind me? He then says do you want to talk to a manager and then put the phone by the dishwasher. I have been waiting over 30 minutes now for a manager to come to the phone. That is why I am typing this complaint now to you. The onion rings where like twice cooked and burnt. I could only eat 3 of them and through the rest out. The burger was like a mini burger. The apple pie top layer was soggy and nasty. This is the reason the place is run down and not making much because the employees are not professional. Usually burger king restaurants have lines in the drive thru and this one doesn't because this franchise does not know how to do good up keep at this location. This location is 2439 W. Ledbetter Dr. Dallas, Texas 75233. This location does not represent your fine company in the least bit!

Burger King dining room

I was at store 2239 on Maryland in Las Vegas Nv. Me and my son order our food and was going to eat here. All the tables were dirty and I ask the management if they can clean off a table so we can eat. They said that they will send some one out to clean. Never happend. Then we got our food. I started to clean off a table while the management saw and didn't say anything. Then we started to eat. About 45 minutes into eating the dining room was still dirty. Nothing clean I was afraid to even look in the restrooms. I will not come to this location due to its dirty and the management don't care for the customers. The time that we came was about 11am and they didn't have a rush.

Burger King egg and cheese croissant

I went to the Burger King in Troy Michigan on 14 mile and John r rd @ 9am today with my daughter because she like the pancakes, I also ordered hey egg and cheese croissant and a order of hashbrowns there was two strands of blonde hair on my sandwich I initially call the store directly and asked to speak with a manager I spoke with a lady named Peggy that tells me that there couldn't have been a hair in my food because the cook is black... I'll also be reporting this to the better Business bureau this is totally unacceptable and unsanitary...

Burger King dining room safety

The Burger King in Greeneville Tn on US Hwy 11E has a on going safety hazard. One of their own making. I was just there at around 9:30 pm tonight (July 19th) I guess every night they move the chairs out and block 60 to 70 percent of the dining off. So all the customers are corralled into a small area. They also place yellow signs in the walk ways and large add signs (as big as a person) in the main walk way. This building is proper (to code) looks good with several exits. The customers only have access to one exit. I guess we are expected to move towards the kitchen in the event of a fire. I watched an older Gentleman with a cane while holding a tray try to push pass a big sign that was in the main threw way. If a drive by or some other emergency was to happen the customers would have no way to hide or move out of harms way.

Burger King product and service quality

This is regarding BK store #12726. An order was placed by Wadeline ref Order#573 on 7/19/17 @ 10:10pm. I received a poorly prepared order of a #1 meal without cheese. The fries taste a week old, the sandwich was soggy and my fruit punch taste more like water. The service I received tonight is worst then the service I normally receive in the afternoon. For a company's motto of having it my way, I was completely disturbed to see how my order came out. It was a complete waste of money. I would like a refund immediately (ref check: 30118).
