lack of communication
I went to the Burger King on the corner of knob hill and 595 in broward county Florida. I get into the drive thru line at midnight and I am informed by the attendant to please hold, which does not pose a problem I figured they were busy. After waiting for 4 minutes I am informed by someone else through the intercom that the restaurant is closed. Why the hell am I sitting here waiting if you close at midnight?! I do not frequent Burger King that often as I typically go to McDonald's instead, but as it was along my way I decided to stop here instead unaware of the hours of operation. If it had been made clear when I arrived at the drive thru that the establishment closed at midnight I wouldn't have had any issue but the fact that I had to wait 4 minutes just to be told that you're closed and my time means nothing to you is beyond poor customer service.

As soon as I started ordering the cashier said over the speaker with abbery rude voice hold on wait a sec! I ordered my food. I ordered some nuggets and I wasn't offered any sauce I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals the #9 they did them so sloppy. The tomato was so small I'm paying almost $7.00 for a simple sandwich that can't even be done right. I've been buying from Burger King for years and I go at least 2-3 times a week and every times spend well over $25.00 and I'm just tired of always getting horrible service. I love the food but they do not know how to make it right. This is ridiculous.

On the 07/25/2017 at the International Miami Airport I tried to order Kid's Meal at the machine, it asked me to pay, and once it was payed it put "sorry we're unable to take the order". I tried on different machine, it didn't worked, so I go to see a manager that told me I would not be charged and took my order on her register. However on my account I have been charged 6 Times for 1 kid meal.
chicken nuggets, and dirty smell.
As soon as I walked in the door of Burger king It smelled dirty. My husband is disabled and wanted to get something before we went home so I agreed. I ordered chicken nuggets. The nuggets were over cooked and I threw them away. The place smelled so bad I wanted to leave.My husband ordered a hamburger and I think he liked it. He also ordered fried which were very salty but were ok. I will not go back to this place because it was like eating next to a smelly dumpster. Normally I love burger kings food but if they can.t clean the place I will go to Wendy's or McDonald's for a quick snack.

I go through the drive thru at this Burger King more in the summer because of the frozen cokes and being close to my work. I thought I would try again this year even though the same thing is happening this year. Both times in the last week I have ordered a frozen coke only for the person to say "I'm sorry our machine is down". I said again, it's always down. When is it going to be working? She comes back with "when the humidity goes down" do you want anything else? Most of them are not ever friendly at this location anyways probably because of the area it's in but no reason to smart and rude.
It was the same way last year. They always say the machine is down but always have the $1 Frozen Coke light flashing in the drive thru where you order. I think they just don't want to turn it on or mess with it cause none of the others or the Burger King in my home town ever has a problem with it.

Tonight I was shorted my sons Chicken fries. Only got 4 of 5 items that were ordered and paid for. I called the restaurant and they said sorry, come back and get them, or come get a refund. Unacceptable! I am almost 4 miles away now at my home and I am supposed to fight traffic to pick up what I originally paid for! This Burger King on Mira Mesa Blvd is the worst. They mess up most of the orders. Last time I asked for ranch and they gave me bbq sauce, the time before that I asked for extra pickles and I got NO pickles. The Icee machine is always broken. This place is the worst and I plan on letting as many people know about it as possible. I guess I just lose on this one. Seriously, I have had more screwed up orders from this particular BK than all the other restaurants that I have eaten at in my entire life. Must be a training issue, because the BK at UCSD is always spot on...like it should be. Location #5955 Mira Mesa 92126, on 7/26/2017, order #95. You need to fix this. You ruined our dinner and pretty much our evening...again. Make it right. Customer Service was not helpful and quite rude about this as well.

Cheeseburger was not warm and tasted funny
My wife said the same about her chicken sandwich We did not eat more than a couple of bites each. The chicken nuggets were edible only after reheating in microwave.

The food was cold and not fresh it also made us sick and I'm not happy about I have a very big family and ordered a large quantity of food and this is not right at all I've been calling all day long nobody is answering the phone at all it's just making a very loud noise and I would like for someone to please contact asap at anytime is fine with me Thank you
did not fulfill order
I was at the drive thru for Burger King #1808 to order some food. my order was number 47 at around 7:30pm. Three people were talking on the other end while I was trying to order and when I got to the window they just handed me the food, however when I got home it seems like they didn't give me my chicken sandwich, so is there any way to rectify this situation?

Have you read any of "the Google reviews" for your Burger King @this location? The physical appearance of your restaurant (on this inside) is disgusting (unsanitary *). Also, you are receiving bad reviews about your food.

My friend and I went to store # 3975 in North Dartmouth, Ma. on Saturday July 22nd. I ordered a hot coffee, the cashier was very nice. She(Ashley) got me my coffee and it was luke warm. The manager was right there ( I never left the counter area). Manager came over and asked what was wrong, I told her the coffee wasn't hot. She put her finger in it and said it's luke warm . I told her I didn't want to drink luke warm coffee and she said she would microwave it. I said after you just put your finger in it, are you kidding me. She then got mad and had an attitude. Ashley looked at her and said, it is from this morning. She was so upset with Ashley, poor sweetheart ! I was and still am very upset with her attitude !

Hello my Name is Tiesha Tate and I been working at Burger King for 4 months and I haven't been getting any hours and only been working 2 days out of the week and then last week I had the whole week off . The frist incident I have encounter when I never got Trained right the manager told me that I have to learn on my own and how o don't know how to do anything as far as Expedite food and handing out orders to the customers which I know how too and also I been getting called off and it's really been hard for me because I am a really hard worker and I just want more experience for the near future.
triple whopper with cheese
So I went into burger king about a week ago to get some food I went up to the counter ordered my food the cashier seemed like he was annoyed with each customer, anyways I ordered a triple whopper with cheese no lettuce or pickepickles and a small fry... got home washed my hands so I could eat looked at my whopper and it was one single patty with lots of lettuce and six pickles the food was not warm it was gross it looked like they just threw it together and didn't care... I wanted to go back but it was pouring rain and I didn't want to go back out.. that burger was just nasty...
lettuce in chicken royale
Bought 2 chicken Royale meals at Burger King at hurghada ariport in Egypt. Service good.
I ordered 1 with just lettuce and mayo and 1 just mayo. These was the best tasting chicken Royale I've ever tasted BUT I've had the most awful upset stomach since. I had the one with lettuce and my daughter had the one without and she is fine.
Both of us hadn't eaten for 6 hrs previously so it is my belief that it was the lettuce in my burger which was contaminated. This also happend last year despite getting through 2 weeks at our hotel with no such problems.
I think you must make sure that the salad is washed with bottled water.

My chicken wasn't even warm. My bread was burnt and I ordered a large fry and got a medium. The restrooms are dirty. I was there on July 24 2017 and July 25 2017. Today my fries felt like I was biting into week old fries. And my burger didn't even have pickles on it when I got two cheeseburgers and a small Fry and small drink. Ad my small fry was so much larger than my large fry yesterday
Today I visited bk for lunch had a buy one get one free whooper well my only complaint was that for the second time my bread was stale not toasted and the sandwich fell apart I really like bk but this is turning me away from your food please try and fix this so I can come back home thanks
the way the employees were cleaning
I walked in to the Burger King in Gardnerville, NV and first thing that I saw was an employee dumping a bucket of cleaning solution on the ground, as he did that it splashed up on some condiments, and some buns. I walked right out. I know this is the incorrect way to do this, and it was very disgusting because the solution was very dirty. So please resolve this.

I only ordered a Burger Meal, by using one of the machine near the entrance. However, it charged me $108.86. Also, I never got the receipt that surprised me when I saw how much was charged on my bank statement.

chicken parm sandwich
On 7/21/2017 I purchase a chicken parm sandwich, two fish sandwiches and an original chicken sandwich. The commercial makes the chicken parm sandwich look so good but not so, my sandwich was a tough piece of meat . I took just a couple bites and threw it out. The fish sandwiches were burnt. All in all I spent $23. on terrible meals. Your meals are very over priced especially on the quality of your food. The store was on Welsh Rd in Phila pa . I did not receive a receipt with my purchase so I don't know the store number.I would like a refund if possible.

cockroach/chicken
Never have had a problem with Burger King until today. There was a cockroach that crawled out of my bag when I sat down to eat at my place and then there was a half eaten chicken nugget in my brothers bag. This occurred near 10:45 to 11pm on July 24th in Lawrence at 4671 Bauer Farm Drive. I quickly decided to throw my food away and not eat it. I hope this issue gets resolved and I can get my money back at least.
