Milk Shakes are to small, no other sizes are offered ! I want my king size back ! at least a large . one size does not fit all, even your booths have gotten so small that a regular person has a hard time getting in then . I placed a special order, no pickle no tomato and got a cold of the shelf ready made burger not to my order . this happened in Eustis Fl. on highway 441 at #1837 If I can't have it my way I wont be going back or to any other Burger King ever again . this is why your places are empty and with minimum business, your people are slow and can't take an order, and then make it right .
menu pricing
I visited the Parkview shopping center location in Chesapeake VA. I went thru the drive thru and ordered the bbq bacon whopper it was priced $5.xx for the meal. When the women told me my total I told her it was priced 5.xx she said pull up to the second window I pull up and she tells me it 8.xx. I told her again that it is price 5.xx this time i was told to pull up to the side door and I the women came I side and said that it is "SUPPOSE"to be 7.xx for the meal but I told her again that's not what the menu says. We went back in forth for about a minute about what the menu said she then asked me "are you saying what I think you are saying" I again I said its priced at 5.xx . I said nevermind on the order drove around the drive thru and took a picture
I went thru BK drive thru and asked for hot dogs they said we don't have them anymore. I saw your sign saying 2 whoppers for $6.00, and a lg. coffee, so I said give me that. The bill added .60 to each sandwich. I questioned that and server said, that's for cheese. The server said she always ask if I wanted cheese. I don't think she did, either way they should also customer that it will cost .60 a slice. wow what a deal, hook the customer.

At burger king cairo airport, terminal three. Standing on line had been terrorized by a fellow who decided he should be served first. The issue was that he pushed me physically, insulted me in your premises . Waited for police to come for 10 minutes. Nothing had happened. If you want to sell burgerd, chose places that does not encourage or numb to such actions.

I pulled up to the drive thru, there were only 3 cars in front of me. I thought, oh this will be quick. WRONG! They took one order, filled it and let the vehicle go, then took the next order. I spent 28 minutes in the drive thru before I could just pull out and leave. The customer is kept hostage once there is someone in the lane. I even called the store at the 20 minute wait and asked if they were indeed open for business. The clerk said we are open until I think she said 8. I then told her I had been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the line is barely moving and I can't even leave because it has the curb on one side. The car in front of me finally got to order and pulled up to the window and I was fortunate enough to be able to pull around. Even if I was starving I would not eat there again! HORRIBLE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. If they are going to be that short of staff, please do us all a favor and close the store
contents of burger
I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper meal. I asked for no pickles or tomatoes and granted those aren't on the burger, but neither is the cheese or bacon. This isn't the first time they've completely messed up an order of mine. It's unacceptable for the money I pay. $8.50 for something I don't even want. It shouldn't be up to me to go inside each and every time mistakes like this happen. I am beyond fed up. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went to the Burger King #4178 on 8/3/17 @ 7:38am. My order # was 25. I ordered the crois s/e/c 2 for $4.00 deal. The female operating the drive thru asked if I wanted a hash brown or coffee and I said yes I want hash brown. When I got to my office they did not include the hash brown with my order. I called the location @ [protected] @ 8:07 and I had to leave a message on the voice mail. I as of this morning have not received a return call. new chicken sandwiches
I tried the new breaded chicken sandwich a few days ago at the BK at the travel plaza in Westmoreland, NY off the I-90 NY thruway. The sandwich was so different from the photos on the menus and promotional signs that I complained to the employee. He was nice about it, apologized, showed me another cooked chicken cutlet that was just as small and thin, and gave me a whopper. If I were an attorney I would seriously consider filing a class action suit for blatant mis representation of product. The photos show a thick large piece of chicken that extends out from the bun on all sides. The reality is, this small, thin cutlet is nothing even similar. The attached photos show what you are serving customers. I paid $11.00 for a small combo and got a sandwich that is not much different than your cheap crispy chicken sandwich from the value menu. Maybe you should remove it from the menu until you find a chicken cutlet that is similar to the menu photos. I used to own a restaurant and I wouldn't have gotten away with lying to my customers like this.

Good morning,
I went to have breakfast before work at the Burger King on Biscayne Boulevard and 52 Ave. I ordered two sausage croissants with hashbrowns and orange juice, then went to the order window. That is when worker Jaques advised the system was down and she was not able to take credit card or cash. I was surprised and asked to speak to a manager since I was hungry, in a rush to work, and wanted to explain my situation. Worker Jaques denied my request for a manager and simply said "no". I told Jaques I would leave a complaint if she did not let me speak to a manager and she said "go on". I do not understand why Burger King is not trying to keep up with the usual great customer service but I am really thinking twice before going to Burger King again.

unsuitable working conditions
I visited the lebanon oregon burger king today. We had at least 108 degree temps today and there is no air conditioning for customers and for those poor employees. It was terrible these employees looked horrible due to these conditions. It had to be at least 110 degrees in that place. Talking to others I found out that the air conditioning hasn't worked for some time now.
bad customer service
I went to the Burger King off Capital Blvd. I asked for a veggie burger, which had had been waiting the last 4 hours off work to go get afterwards. She girl told me that they were out of buns for the Veggie. And asked if it was a special bun and she responded no, it's a normal bun. So I then asked if she could use a different bun to replace it since they were out, and she refused to. She said "yeah, I can't do that" and then didn't say anything else. Didn't apologize, didn't try to make it right. I'm just not sure how a place with the slogan "have it your way " literally refuses to use a different bun that the store was out of. I was a customer who just wanted a special bun, I just wanted a veggie burger after a long day of work. Can someone please explain why you can't replace a simple bun when it's not the customers fault that you are out of it?

I was treated with no respect at all. The manager and employee was rude and didn't care about providing a service for my family and I. The manager was outside smoking and then came in to prepare my food. Once I check the order it was still wrong and instead of preparing a fresh meal she put her in clean hand on my family's food. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for your leadership to carry themselves that way.
french fries
Hello, I had just went to a Burger King in Charleston, wv, where I got my 15 month old some chicken nuggets and some French fries. After putting her in her high chair and laid some fries and nuggets on her tray she began to munch of her food. Next thing I knew she was chocking on a French frie. When we got it out the French frie was hard as a rock couldn't even break it in half.

This salad was nothing like the description. Chicken was so hard I couldn't poke my fork into it. I had no bacon at all on it and very little cheese. I went thru the drive thru to get a quick lunch and eat it at work. Very disappointed. It was not even close to looking or being like the description. I won't be getting any more salads here.

I went to the location at Milan central train station and asked for a coke. I paid 2.50 and got a small coke. It was warm because there was no ice. I took it back and asked for some ice. The clerk used his hands and put in 4 little pieces of ice. Disgusting ! The beverage was still warm. I left it and left the store. Very disappointing. I will not go back.

I had to stand in line for over six minutes before I was acknowledged by the cashier. By the way, I was the only person in line. The only reason I was acknowledge is due to the fact that I addressed her, I was never given an apology for standing and waiting nor did I get greeted as a customary to good customer service. It's a shame that such a new Burger King chain has started out so drastically wrong, the workers should be trained and customer service. I would never let one of my employees behave in such an unprofessional manner.

I tried to take the on line survey today, August 1, 2017 with my reciept, however, there is no survey code at the bottom of the receipt. The store # is 3534, my purchase was for ice tea, 10 piece of chicken nuggets and a large french fries. Order number is 4 at 11:56 PM then the web site wouldn't let me complete the survey earlier today, after several tries.
I received coupons in the mail today and went to the burger king in Chocowinity nc 27817 and was going to get me something and my grandson something the person that took the order said I could only use one coupon and I had two so I explained to her it was for two different people and she smartly replied are there two people in the car? and I said no my grandson was home with his grand mother, she said I could only use one coupon then. So I politely
told her I would go down the street to Hardees and did so. Now at work sometimes we will send one person out at lunch with several coupons and they don't have any problem getting our food. Queens Blvd Rego Park location refused to take our order in the drive thru on monday evening july 31 2017. They stated our order was to large for the drive thru because they were on a time limit. They would only serve us if we came inside.
Whats the purpose of a drive thru if the cant or wont service a customer.

When Jen burrows (manager) is working none of the employees do their job, they're all too. Yay on their phones on Facebook, it's ridiculous. The owner does nothing and the service is extremely poor when they are working. Brandi fritz routinely refuses to serve people at the drive through window, because she doesn't like them. And I've seen her give bad food to people she doesn't like on purpose.

hours of operation
I come to the lake nona burger king in Florida on several occasions in the early morning. It is currently 6:19am and all signs state that the dining room opens at 6am and each and every time that i come by it is still closed. Workers are inside but won't open the door. The lady that looks like a manager states they are not ready. This seems to be a common problem with this store and i would like for it to be looked into. Still not open and it is 6:23am.
