service complaint for worker jaques who denied my request to speak to a manager after she told the the system was down
Good morning,
I went to have breakfast before work at the Burger King on Biscayne Boulevard and 52 Ave. I ordered two sausage croissants with hashbrowns and orange juice, then went to the order window. That is when worker Jaques advised the system was down and she was not able to take credit card or cash. I was surprised and asked to speak to a manager since I was hungry, in a rush to work, and wanted to explain my situation. Worker Jaques denied my request for a manager and simply said "no". I told Jaques I would leave a complaint if she did not let me speak to a manager and she said "go on". I do not understand why Burger King is not trying to keep up with the usual great customer service but I am really thinking twice before going to Burger King again.

unsuitable working conditions
I visited the lebanon oregon burger king today. We had at least 108 degree temps today and there is no air conditioning for customers and for those poor employees. It was terrible these employees looked horrible due to these conditions. It had to be at least 110 degrees in that place. Talking to others I found out that the air conditioning hasn't worked for some time now.
bad customer service
I went to the Burger King off Capital Blvd. I asked for a veggie burger, which had had been waiting the last 4 hours off work to go get afterwards. She girl told me that they were out of buns for the Veggie. And asked if it was a special bun and she responded no, it's a normal bun. So I then asked if she could use a different bun to replace it since they were out, and she refused to. She said "yeah, I can't do that" and then didn't say anything else. Didn't apologize, didn't try to make it right. I'm just not sure how a place with the slogan "have it your way " literally refuses to use a different bun that the store was out of. I was a customer who just wanted a special bun, I just wanted a veggie burger after a long day of work. Can someone please explain why you can't replace a simple bun when it's not the customers fault that you are out of it?

I was treated with no respect at all. The manager and employee was rude and didn't care about providing a service for my family and I. The manager was outside smoking and then came in to prepare my food. Once I check the order it was still wrong and instead of preparing a fresh meal she put her in clean hand on my family's food. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for your leadership to carry themselves that way.
french fries
Hello, I had just went to a Burger King in Charleston, wv, where I got my 15 month old some chicken nuggets and some French fries. After putting her in her high chair and laid some fries and nuggets on her tray she began to munch of her food. Next thing I knew she was chocking on a French frie. When we got it out the French frie was hard as a rock couldn't even break it in half.

This salad was nothing like the description. Chicken was so hard I couldn't poke my fork into it. I had no bacon at all on it and very little cheese. I went thru the drive thru to get a quick lunch and eat it at work. Very disappointed. It was not even close to looking or being like the description. I won't be getting any more salads here.
coke product and customer service
I went to the location at Milan central train station and asked for a coke. I paid 2.50 and got a small coke. It was warm because there was no ice. I took it back and asked for some ice. The clerk used his hands and put in 4 little pieces of ice. Disgusting ! The beverage was still warm. I left it and left the store. Very disappointing. I will not go back.

I had to stand in line for over six minutes before I was acknowledged by the cashier. By the way, I was the only person in line. The only reason I was acknowledge is due to the fact that I addressed her, I was never given an apology for standing and waiting nor did I get greeted as a customary to good customer service. It's a shame that such a new Burger King chain has started out so drastically wrong, the workers should be trained and customer service. I would never let one of my employees behave in such an unprofessional manner.
survey
I tried to take the on line survey today, August 1, 2017 with my reciept, however, there is no survey code at the bottom of the receipt. The store # is 3534, my purchase was for ice tea, 10 piece of chicken nuggets and a large french fries. Order number is 4 at 11:56 PM then the web site wouldn't let me complete the survey earlier today, after several tries.
I received coupons in the mail today and went to the burger king in Chocowinity nc 27817 and was going to get me something and my grandson something the person that took the order said I could only use one coupon and I had two so I explained to her it was for two different people and she smartly replied are there two people in the car? and I said no my grandson was home with his grand mother, she said I could only use one coupon then. So I politely
told her I would go down the street to Hardees and did so. Now at work sometimes we will send one person out at lunch with several coupons and they don't have any problem getting our food. With that being said the Burger King in Chocowinity has lost a customer. If anyone wishes to respond my number is [protected] Gary Peed.

drive thru
Queens Blvd Rego Park location refused to take our order in the drive thru on monday evening july 31 2017. They stated our order was to large for the drive thru because they were on a time limit. They would only serve us if we came inside.
Whats the purpose of a drive thru if the cant or wont service a customer.

When Jen burrows (manager) is working none of the employees do their job, they're all too. Yay on their phones on Facebook, it's ridiculous. The owner does nothing and the service is extremely poor when they are working. Brandi fritz routinely refuses to serve people at the drive through window, because she doesn't like them. And I've seen her give bad food to people she doesn't like on purpose.

hours of operation
I come to the lake nona burger king in Florida on several occasions in the early morning. It is currently 6:19am and all signs state that the dining room opens at 6am and each and every time that i come by it is still closed. Workers are inside but won't open the door. The lady that looks like a manager states they are not ready. This seems to be a common problem with this store and i would like for it to be looked into. Still not open and it is 6:23am.
rude comment from one of the employees
At my visit today at the Clarksville, TN restaurant located on 3089 wilma rudolph blvd, an employee working there made the rude comment stating, "Damn how much did they order?" The cashier at the drive-thru left the window open which is how I heard the inconsiderate remark. Im sorry that it was so inconvenient to put food in a bag when all it was was 2 combos and a kids meal. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and will recommend to my friends and co-workers to not visit in the future.

The chicken parm sandwich was dry no sauce unless you consider a total of teaspoon sauce. As far as the kids meal we ordered a double cheese burger and received nuggets. I would have gone back but we ordered it to go and ate at home. Normally everything is great when we go but the last few times they have forgotten something or messed u the order. We don't go thru the drive thru but order inside.

This is the second time I'm gonna complain. The food is usually always on spot. But the burger King on national turnpike or old third street has some major service issues. The first complaint was about the fact that there never open on time. I waited for thirty minutes one morning for them to open. At 6:30 am they still had not opened. Left and went to mcdonalds. Today my husband went to go get some lunch and waited in the drive thru line for twenty minutes for two whoppers, two drinks and two orders of onion rings. He and three cars behind him waited for there food patiently, three people behind counter and no one making an effort. Understandably I know things happen and things can be hard, but it seems to be a reoccurring theme with this facility. We enjoy the food, but apparently something else is at play here. There have been other occurrences but these are the final incidents that I feel I need to let you know bout. Will continue to patron burger king, but probably a different loation, even though this lovation is just a few miles from my home.
breakfast sandwiches (sauces, egg and cheese on, croissant) order# 79
On Thursday, July 27, 17 at about 8:45 a.m. I was at Burger King, Fulton Street Store#17871 for breakfast (Order#79). Ordered 2 Breakfast Sandwiches (Sauces, Egg and Chees on Croissant). Sandwich was like a mess as wrapping was so disgusting. Sauces was burned and Egg and chees were isolated. Chees and egg were hanging out of the wrapping paper. I go there very often as Burger King has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. Sometimes get very good sandwiches and sometimes very odd looking like careless making.
poor management. disrespectful order taker
Came in to order at the location at 12008 Elam rd baldy springs tx. We was asked for our order, upon giving the manager with no name badge on the kids meal order. I asked what came in it. For a snack. She proceeded to turn her back on us and pretend to fill an order. Upon turning around she had a hateful look on her face. Proceeded with rest of order, asked for a receipt with my change. Was told I would get it on my tray when my food was ready. We began order at 1:18p.m. received food at 1:35p.m. after watching my food sit under the heat lamp while waiting on 2 small fries. Watched same manager place 3 orders of fries in bags for drive thru orders. While my food continued to sit under heat lamp. While waiting for food to be finished, lady in front of us had ordered her food to go. Manager proceeded to hand the tray to the elderly lady. Which she explained it was a to go order. Not for lobby dining. Manager turned around and scoffed at having to place food in a bag to go. This facility is and has been for years ran by same 2 managers who are hispanic, whom have choose to disrespect others out of their race. The treat us anglosaxons as if we are dirt to them. And treat Hispanics with respect and courtesy. I find this to be a bad problem considering 65% of the population in this area is elderly white ppl. I refuse to eat at this location again until something has been done about these managers here. Cant give you their names. No one here has a name badge. And when asked for their names. I got I'm the manager on duty. Please look into this immediately. Thank you and have a great day.
unsafe environment
On Sunday July 30 at 4:00pm, I stopped by the BK at 1601 NC HWY 55 in Durham, NC.
The parking lot was full of unlicensed four-wheelers and off-road dirt bikes parked everywhere, zooming around the building and blocking traffic. Some of them even had guns.
There were several BK employees standing outside chatting with the thugs.
There were more employees in the seating area chatting and laughing about the antics outside.
The police showed up while I was there and everyone took off into a crowded public street, nearly hitting passing cars.
With the management of the BK not doing anything to stop such behavior, even encouraging it, you make yourself liable for injuries received.
You have created and allowed to continue a dangerous situation.
I will watch the police reports for any accidents and I will contact the injured parties and offer to testify for them against you.
Is this the BK idea of a nice, safe place to dine?

This is the second time I went through the drive up and got the worst service. The girl at the window was very rude and hateful. Didn't say hello, frowned when I asked her for a LG. Drink and snatched the small drink glass and threw it in the garbage in disgust. Tired of this attitude.
drive thru service
My sister and i went to BK's drive thru around 11:00 pm. I waited for approximatly 5 mins before i was greeted with an "what you want?"! I was apalled at not only what she said but also shocked at the rudeness in her tone of voice. For some reason, i apologized and asked about the Lucky Charm shake. She rudely replied "We aint got no shakes for you right now." I was taken back and questioned whether or not i even wanted food from a place that had such rude employees. I mean if thats how they treat their customers verbally, whats the quality of the food going to be like? Next thing i hear is "are you ready yet. I dont have time for these games." Games?! I just wanted to get some food. I then began my order and she then shouted "WE CLOSED!" What!? I then heard her begin to take the order in the lane next to mine. Not just one car but 2 cars. She actually told me they were closed and went on to take the other peoples order. Ive never been treated so badly by any employee at any restaurant im my whole life! I completed my order and pulled up in line at which point a manager came out to collect payment. I went on to tell him about the whole situation ans said he didnt hear anything because he was in the back. I told him how completely rude she was to us and he apologized and excused her behavior away bc she " has an ear infection. '' I told him that maybe she should have stayed home, rather than come to work and treat customers the way she is. He really just brushed it off like it was ok. I decided at that point that i was not going to eat food from there. I asked for the employees name. He told me it and i left. I will NEVER go to that BK again.
