the entire location was disgusting
My family and I were traveling home from Maine today, Saturday, August 26, 2017, and we stopped at the Burger King on 85 Main Street in Tewksbury, MA. Upon entering, our shoes stick to the floor, no matter where you walked. The front counter services was not welcoming. The self serve soda machine and the entire area was a mess with soda on the floor and counter area, and straw wrappers were everywhere. There was not one clean table in the entire place. Vagrants were sitting at tables just refilling their cups. An employee walked in with his underwear hanging out of his uniform and proceeded to the Men's bathroom which one of these seated customers followed. In 30 seconds they emerged with one saying to the other they'd be in contact. Well, if I hadn't known any better I would say that an illegal activity had just taken place. Then to top things off, a female employee walked to the ladies room and back and completely ignore the mess that encompassed this establishment. I then proceeded to read the reviews and of this location and all stated how disgusting this location is. The bathroom which we also had to use was beyond disgusting and I refused to use this. I am a fan of Burger King but after seeing this, I may change my mind. I'm sending you this because you need to know how your brand is being represented. bacon king & cheesy tots
So my husband and I went to Burger King Store #5394 off of Mariposa Street in Vallejo around 11am this morning on 08.26.2017. We ordered a medium #1 Whopper combo with a vanilla iced coffee, a medium #5 Bacon King combo with a coke, 10 chicken nuggets, and cheesy tots. Firstly it was very difficult to understand the people speaking on the ordering box, then the service was extremely slow, they got our order wrong so we had to have them repeat it to us as well. Then when we got our food and we had to wait longer because they forgot to give us my iced coffee. We finally got home and when we opened everything and started eating we noticed that some of the cheesy tots we ordered had some sort of fluff or fuzz on it (so that was thrown away and we didn't even get to try any). So we shrugged it off and continued eating what we still had, then my husband takes the top bun off of his burger (too much sauce) and notice a long curly hair stuck on the top bun of his burger. As you can guess we couldn't eat any longer (mind you we only took a few bites out of our food). We tried to call the store we got the food from but there was no answer. We spent $23.26 at that store only to throw it all away because of terrible service and disgusting food. We will not be returning to that store and it is the only one in our city. We would like a full refund and we do not plan on returning to a Burger King anytime soon.

On 8/25/17 approximately 5:37 pm, I entered Burger King at 2240 Martin Luther King Drive, to purchase 2 of your famous Whopper Sandwiches as well as 2 of the double Cheeseburgers. Employee : 455623 Name Jauniquia took my order. Her attitude was terrible, had no customer service at all. All sandwiches were special order, when giving my order the sandwiches were not mark, when I asked which was which I was told I had to look into the bag at the sandwiches myself to determine which sandwiches where which, and then was told the only way I would know was to look at the sandwiches. I think a person like this doesn't and shouldn't represent a Food Chain as big as burger king should not have even been given a job. Management should take a look into this because this was terrible. A customer should have never, never been told something like this. The sandwiches were terrible and I'm requesting a refund, and hope no one ever has to experience this. An employee like that would never represent any company of mine, NEVER! When I ask her for her name she totally ignored me, If she would have had on a name tag I wouldn't have asked her, I had to ask another employee. I'm so sick over this, I can't believe a person/employee would have ever told a customer such a thing. This should be grounds for immediate termination. And I really hope Management or Cooperate look into this. I've been trying to call the store for a while now, and it's going straight to fax. Very unprofessional. You can't even talk with management

On Thursday August 24 a few co-workers and myself walked into the establishment at 11:40am it was at the very least 5 minutes before we were agknowled and then served. The manager was too worried about the drive thru to even turn around and say we'll be right with you or even a hello. Most only get a half hour lunch and we assume the risk of not getting what we need in time but usually have time to order receive our food and sit and eat a majority of the food but today we had to take our food to go and eat in the car because of the lack of service we received. We've had issues in the past with timeliness at this location but this was enough because we didn't receive a standard greeting of hello nor an apology for the wait time.

I arrived for an evening lunch at the burger King located at 600 south high street Cortland Ohio. I ordered my meal, I noticed a problem with my order and spoke to a woman who introduced herself as Staci, said she was a manager. She handled my problem, upon leaving though. I noticed the same person, Staci in the parking lot, kissing and hugging another employee. Noticed him from inside the store. I find it very unprofessional for a relationship to be blossoming in front of customers, especially when it is two employees of the same store. I will not visit again
new shakes
Every Burger King I have been to I can never get one of the new shakes as
the machines are always down no matter where I go why is that! Why
do they even bother to put these new shakes on the menu if I can never
try one. No matter where I go the machines are not working. I would like
to try one of these shakes but to no avail I cannot as none of the shake
machines are ever working. Do the employees not want to make these
shakes are they too hard to do. Do they not want to clean the machines is
that the reason. This was in Omaha Nebraska and also in Texas no shakes
anywhere.
poor food quality
The Burger King restaurant in Cameron, MO store 10641 used to be a stellar restaurant with great food and great customer service. But the food quality is so bad now, a sausage biscuit tastes stale, biscuits aren't fluffy at all, it is so sad to see how bad the food quality has gotten. From now on, I will go a further distance in the morning to get breakfast at McDonald's or Wendy's.

I ordered two eight only croissants from the Burger King location at 714 US 31 South Greenwood Indiana. I recently moved so I've been using this location not very happy hardly any egg on the sandwiches at all. This morning I received one egg only croissant and the other one was a ham and cheese with no egg croissant. I think maybe I'll just start going back to McDonald's even though it's a little bit out of my way since I have moved. I can get twice as much egg on one of their sandwiches and I can at this Burger King location it amazes me that I could have meat and cheese put on there for the same price but not have extra egg. If I wanted to eat just a croissant for breakfast I would order just a plain croissant I tried calling them for over an hour this morning and the line was busy then once it finally did start to ring it rang forever and no one ever answered what is the purpose of having a phone number if you're not going to answer it so I'll go ahead and file a complaint with you guys since they did not want to answer their phone.
french toast sticks
I went to Burger King location#6596 I ordered French toast sticks. They gave to me cold and the container was not close, syrup was laying on my French toast sticks. I didn't received a receipt. I'm very dissatisfied at the service. I did attempt to call the store but no one answered. I also received my French toast sticks hard like they was old had to being sitting up there for a while.

I went to the Burger King located at 8770 Mills Drive, Miami, FL (#4867) yesterday through the drive thru. I originally ordered a cheeseburger and small fry. The young lady that took my order offered a combo and I accepted. As I waited in the drive thru line, I see an ad on the window for two cheeseburgers, one small fry, and a small soda for $3.49. When I pulled up to the window, I asked the young lady if I could get that offer because I was paying more for less food and she did not offer it to me when she offered the combo. She did offer two cookies for a $1 but failed to mention that they had that offer. She told me there was nothing she could do and that if I wanted that offer, I would have to go through the drive through line again. She did not make any effort to assist me. I even mentioned to her that I was paying more for less. She apologized and told me I would have to make the line again if I wanted another cheeseburger. Every time I have visited this Burger King the service has been nothing more than ordinary or bad. I intentionally avoid this Burger King for that reason. I was hungry yesterday and it was my only alternative for fast food within the time frame I had for lunch. I honestly felt that I was taken advantage of and nothing was done to resolve the issue and zero effort was made to correct the mistake she made. She completely did not care when I voiced my complaint and concern. I was polite and respectful. She could have at least asked the manager next to her or given me another cheeseburger for the amount of money that I paid. My total check was $4.37 when it could have been $3.70 with more food. Its the principle that bothers me the most. It was dishonest on her behalf. I would like a refund and I recommend the management at this location get better training so that they can better train their staff. This is the first time I ever file a formal complaint with any restaurant but I have had too many incidents in the past with this location.
chicken parm sandwich
I was so excited when I heard chicken Parmesan sandwich was returning. I can't wait to get them again. I went to the Clifton Park NY location and got them for myself and my family plus fries, drinks, even a couple hot dogs, which was the first time I tried them. I can't tell you how disappointed we were with the entire meal.
We could have gone to a nice Italian restaurant and enjoyed a nice Italian dinner for the same price.
horrible customer service
I visited the Burger King drive-thru located at 3863 W Jefferson Ave, Ecorse, MI 48229 this evening. I was asked to pull up immediately after paying for my order and then I waited for half an hour before our food was brought out. At that point I let the young lady know (dining room cashier) that I never received the drinks which included 2 large Diet Cokes and a medium Coke, she asked for my receipt to confirm the drinks and still brought me the wrong sizes. I was so upset because she said she had told the manager who prepared the drinks and she didn't care so I thanked her and pulled away. On our drive home we noticed that we were missing our medium fries and large onion rings so I went back. My intention was to walk into the dining room to ask for the manager and explain what happened. The dining room doors were closed at 8:30 when the website clearly states that it closes at 10pm but there was a young black man (customer) inside joking and playing with the cashier. When I knocked on the door the rude "manager" signaled for me to use the drive-thru and the rest of the employees laughed. Once I pulled around to the window she took her sweet time to come to window to see why I came back and took my receipt when I told her the items she forgot. There was a minimal ridiculous apology and I got a free large fries to go with my then cold food. Thanks for the terrible service, NOT!

8/24/17,, r eason for pulling in.. Handicapped mother, traveling 45 miles. No receipt given. Asked for #1 with choc. Milkshake. And nougats with honey mustard. And ketchup for fries. Courtney asked us to pull over handing our shakes with no straws, not being able to get out they melted... When she came to car I asked her nicely for straws the reply was rude. Why! Do you want them? (As our drinks already melted. We pulled over to eat... Mom took a bite not reading label... It burned her insides not good with someone whos has cancer! We feel literlly gave her fire hot mustard,, we pulled in again... We asked for honey mustard do you have any? Yes! Her back was turned to the others but heard her say oh those are the people who want honey mustard.. Laughing at us in a rude matter... "by the way I also didnt get any ketchup I asked for but ate dry fries" so no straws, hot mustard.. No ketchup and laughing each time. As done on purpose.. Wont go back! And no receipt given to us. Very rude.
We drove 45 miles to get a freezer for mom from sears... She has medicaal problems such as cancer, copd, diabetic.. She needed to eat, and this is how we get treated and laughed at. If I could get her out of the car and she could walk id gladly go to another place where they are friendly and give you your food. I will never go back.

I been a loyal customer for years at Bk..i enjoy the menu selection. But I am very disappointed in the moldy old pie I received.
I was half way across town when I noticed, and very mad I couldn't eat my food.

false advertising
Today I came to Burger King in hope of getting a fruit loop shake because of all the advertising I've received for it and because when I enter the establishment it is illuminated on the menu. When I asked for it the cashier cut me off mid sentence and said "we don't make those anymore." I then ask for a lucky charms version, again met with rudeness, and finally asked about the oreo version where she said, "I just told you no."
I later told a friend who works a different location who explained that a lot of places don't like to make them and lie to the customer about having them even though it is still advertised throughout the store.
I've had plenty bad eexperiences at this location but by far having such rudeness and being lied to about one food because they don't feel like making it is intolerable.

I got 1 sm fri, 1 lg fri, 2 shakes no whip cream and a whopper jr. total was $13.00 total? Got no receipt just order ticket #36 store#12454 drive thru I pulled out and found out they forgot my lg. fri. She said sorry I gave you a bigger one. Not But I don't believe it was the right prices. Young kids not at windows. when I drove back around the building there was no one at windows to get attention to get my fries. Had to beep horn which I don't like to bring attention to my self But no prices on my receipt why?It was just 13.00 dollars even.
noise from machinery in kitchen
This makes the fifth time I've came to this location and eat inside and as before this very high pitch noise constantly going on! It's unbearable at times very annoying has to be awful for poor workers too I've a head ache just setting here typing this. Lobby is empty I now no why I've asked manager he said it one of the machines back here. And leaves it at that! Then girl up front says it hard to get use to constant ringing. It's a shame that he didn't offer apology that he'd had called to notify someone. No he just went in his merry way I think was un professional please look into this

I visited the Drive Thru of my "local" BK on my way to work. there was only one car in front of me.
I asked for my order, including a Croissanwich with well done bacon and Decaf coffee.
I was told they had no Decaf, so I cancelled the coffee.
I waited 8 minutes behind the one car in line and, on reaching the window, the manager came to tell me that the bacon was "prepaid" (sic) and it could only be made crispy by putting it in the microwave. She told me twice the bacon was "prepaid", and as I was now late for my work I cancelled th order.
Long time since I went to BK: Be a longer time before I return. Shameful service.

no ham on my croissant!
I wanted to go to burger king this morning before work to get my family and myself breakfast. I ordered 4 ham, egg and cheese croissants, a few orders of hash browns and a few orders of French toast sticks. Then I walked to the bus stop to head to work. I was really hungry so I pulled my sandwich out to start eating it while I waited for the bus. That's when I noticed there was no ham on it so my fiance checked the other sandwiches and there was no ham on any of them. I had to walk back to burger king to have my order corrected, which caused me to miss my bus, making me late for work. Then an employee there had a crappy attitude with me about having to fix my order.

I was in Germany, especially in Berlin and Munich. I noticed that the Burger King restaurant workers, who prepared the meals, did not wear the gloves. The scene was disgusting. Sometimes they cleaned the kitchen and carried the boxes, some of them messed with their hair, and some went to the bathroom. I have never seen anything as dirty as I have seen at Burger King restaurants in Germany. I have visited cafes and restaurants, less international than Burger King, I saw his workers using gloves and applying the protocol In general, I have filmed cases to be published over the course of a few days on communications and YouTube to see this global restaurant, indifference and filth in Germany.
