Burger King classic grilled hot dog

The date: Sunday July 30, 2017
The store : Burger King #3676
The problem: Being incorrectly charged for food and being ignored when I returned to the store.
The worse problem: Being ignored when I mentioned the problem on a Burger King survey form and requested to be contacted about the matter. I never was.
The details: I went to a Burger King drive-through window intending to buy a Whopper. But there was a big advertisement on the intercom offering Classic Grilled Hot Dogs for 89 cents, (I believe that was the price on the ad, but it has been several weeks and I can't be absolutely certain about that detail. But it was a sale price.) The advertisement had a giant picture of a hot dog, and it looked so good (and the price was so impressive) that I ordered two of them. I didn't notice until I got home that I was charged $1.99 for each of them, total $3.98.
I went back to the store to give them a chance to make it right -- even though the gasoline and certainly the time spent made that impractical. But it was one of those situations where the principle is what is important, so I went.
I tried to get it resolved at the drive through window, but they asked me to come inside and talk to the manager. I did, but the manager didn't come out. After 10 minutes, the very nice young lady at the counter seemed embarrassed he hadn't shown up and asked if she could help. I explained the circumstance, and she went to tell him again that I was there.
She returned and said the manager said the sale price of the hot dog was not in effect any longer. I told her about the sign on the outside intercom offering the sale price, and said they needed to do two things: (1) Go outside and take down the sign if the sale price wasn't in effect any longer and (2) refund me the difference between the advertised price and what I was charged.
I am a newspaper journalist and am familiar with Texas consumer laws (and I think the national consumer law is the same thing), and I know that a business that advertises a sale price is obligated to charge that sale price. I told this to the nice counter lady and asked to talk to the manager. She went back to talk to him again and returned to tell me he would be out momentarily.
I waited another 20 minutes (making 30 minutes there total) and realized he was playing some sort of game with me and attempting to outwait me. So I left and told her that I would just handle it through the feedback form at the mybkexperience.com site,
My survey code was [protected]-071608. I filled out the survey, explained the problem and asked to be contacted. I heard nothing.
I was quite surprised by the company's reaction. I was simply asking the company to comply with a consumer law.
In any case, I got a disappointing picture of what the company thinks of its customer relations.
And it is still the principle of the matter that is important. And, yes, I would still like to be contacted. My name is Joe Gulick and my email is [protected]@yahoo.com

Burger King I am complaining of a manager who was rude

On August 31, 2017 at 8:14pm I called Burger King located on 713 Stratford Street Moses Lake, WA 98837 because I had went to the drive thru and order 1 whopper jr, 3 spicy ck jr, 10pc nuggets and 6 val fries. I had contacted BK and ask to speak to the manager and whoever answer let me know she was the manager I explain to the manager that I was missing my 10pc nuggets and that I was real upset because I leave out of town and I had to drive all the way back to town because her staff was not doing their job right and the only thing she told me was I am sorry ma'ma you can come in today or any day and hang up on me when I was still talking on the phone. Therefore, I decided to drive down to town and speak to the manager in person and ask for her name, Odulia. I let Odulia know that she was real disrespectful, unprofesional and had no customer service qualities and let her know that it was real rude to hang up on a customer the way she did. In my point of view the manager should be the one who sets the examples and helps her upset customers. This is why she is getting pay for to assist and solve any encounter any customer is presenting, not avoid them by haging the phone or being disrespectful. This kind of attitude can not be appropriate when your working with customer service.

Burger King correct orders

I ordered a bacon and cheese crispy chicken sandwich... and that's what displayed on the screen when I ordered.
I got to pick up window, they weren't nasty but there was no hi no greeting just what my payment was, got my receipt (which correct order on it) got my bag of food and I left.
When I opened the sandwich all there was: bun, chicken, lettuce, tomato, mayo
I do believe there should have been cheese and bacon.
This is not the first time this has happened and at different locations.

Burger King verbally rude

We're sittin at our table eating and using wifi, after about 45 minutes employee (African American with really dark skin tone and heavier set couldn't see nametag) walked to the front counter and randomly told a worker (white blonde hair and very outspoken and seems to be over who's working sorta) very loudly "I think some people aren't following your sign rules" which got my attention and made me feel a little upset and embarrassed that she said it so obvious that we were who she was referring to, they could have came over and said it to us directly like a normal face to face conversation, and not only that but the blonde woman was very loud the entire time yelling across the store to other employees. We had seen no sign or would since their is only a tiny paper as you walk in the door on far right of wall (pretty much unnoticeable to most out of town era like us) I just know I'm not coming back to this location considering I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.

Burger King breakfast croissant sandwiches

This morning, I visited your Millington, TN location on Navy Road for the first time in months--because I have grown disappointed in the food quality from past experiences. [protected] 7:05am) I loved the Croissanwiches, but every time I get one, they are so over-microwaved the croissant roll is extremely rubbery and pulls apart, making a mess. THIS time was even worse! It was over-microwaved to the point of being hard as a rock on the top half of the roll. It's really a shame that your breakfast food has been slacking because it used to be way better than your rival, McDonalds. I guess I'm done, once again, with Burger King. I really hope you address this. It was truly yet another disappointing breakfast experience along with wasted money.

Burger King service at 7515 mcpherson dr laredo, texas

I ordered a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, and they gave me a croissanwich. This is the third or forth time this has happened this year. I think that the morning crew does not know the difference between a biscuit and a croissant. The person who took my order repeated back the order to me correctly. Yet the mistake still happened. I always use the drive-through on my way to work, so I don't have time to go back and get it corrected. Any assistance you could offer that location would be great.

Burger King stores not wanting to serve customers

I went to 3 different locations in Rochester, MN at 10:00 pm and all 3 had all exterior lights off including the large sign and all the chairs up on the tables when they claim they don't close until midnight. (One location was 11:00) I went to the drive thru at the one on Marion Road and sat for almost 5 minutes with nobody helping me. After reading Yelp reviews apparently others have experienced this same situation, one guy actually went inside the Silver Lake location and the guy at the counter actually told him they shut off all the lights early so they don't have to serve anyone. WOW. So you're basically paying these terrible employees for nothing after the hours of 9:00? I definitely think this should be looked into because that's freaking ridiculous! The whole point of restaurant is to serve food until the designated closing time, am I wrong?

Burger King overall condition of the restaurant

My step daughter and I went into Store# 531 on 8/30 at 7:16 pm. This store was disgusting from front to back. There was not one customer in there besides us, there were a couple in the drive through. The place was a mess, the floors were filthy, the drink station was beyond gross, tables were dirty. Now for the really gross part...as I was standing there waiting for my order, I couldn't help but see the FILTH in the kitchen. If I had noticed prior to ordering, we would have left. That place deserves a visit from the health department and I'm going to contact them. You can count on that for sure. The employees were in fighting about putting onion rings down, we had to wait almost 10 minutes for food...and the girl that waited on us, well, that would have been her last day on the job right along with the manager who was there and too busy looking pissed off than what her store looked like. It was disgusting. I went in the bathroom, and literally turned around and walked out. I wouldn't even use the bathroom it was so gross. This store always looks bad but man, it needs some corporate attention. WOW, that whole crew would be gone. Right along with the crew at Store# 8977 in Hermitage. Those people are nasty and certainly do not deserve 15 bucks an hour EVER. These restaurants are not teaching customer service. I see long fingernails on these girls and it is not very appetizing to see and I'm pretty sure, it's not allowed by the local health department. In fact, I know it was not allowed a number of years back. The long nails need to go...it is GROSS! So, with that said, I will not go back to either of these stores as they are manned by unfriendly, unprofessional kids, who could care less how dirty the place is. I'm not looking to get sick. BK needs to clean it's act up. ASAP!

Furthermore, I just saw all of your comments on dozens of other folks complaints. Seems you are a professional [censor]. Are you an English professor or just a miserable individual? I'm going with the latter. You should try getting a life. Since you didn't pay for the bad service or food, you really have nothing to say about what others think or feel about the service or food they received for the money they paid. So, there ya go [censor]. Butt out!

Burger King bad service.

I ordered a Whopper with cheese without mayo a medium fry and an unsweetened tea. The woman who took my order got an attitude when I requested no salt on my fries because she had trouble hearing me and I had to repeat it to her three times. When I got my food there wasn't any ketchup or onion on the burger and the tea was sweet tea. The lady walked away from the window and another lady came over to finish the transaction. She must have no people skills. 4301 Marketplace Way, Enola, PA 17025

Burger King cold food

I understand in th evening that food may not be as warm as it is during the day. However I just got off work and went through the drive thru 8:15pm on Wednesday 8/30/2017. I would appreciate at least my fries to be hot and especially my chicken fries to be hot as well. They were cold and not worth eating so I feel like my $6.45 was a wate. I would like something done about this please and thank you.

Burger King oreo milkshake

I ordered a chocolate Oreo milkshake with no whipped cream. I received a plain Oreo milkshake, which I handed back. When I got the milkshake back there was way too much chocolate. The drink taste so bad that it was not drinkable. Also the shake was so runny that it was the consistency of milk so all of the Oreos sank to the bottom. Even worse, the milkshake was warm. Worst milkshake ever.

Burger King whopper

Today I went thru drive thru in Wilmington Ohio Burger King. Asked for one Whopper with no ketchup or mayo. When I got to window to pay ..the kid read my order to me and said..one Whopper with no ketchup or tomatoes. I corrected him that it was no ketchup and mayo bc husband is extremely allergic to mayo. He went to correct it with the kitchen employees and another person brought bags of food to me. I asked him...are you positive one of Whoppers has no mayo..he said yes, that they double check it. When I got home...all Whoppers had mayo even though I stressed to them that husband was very allergic to it. Maybe you need to in-service them on lying and definitely on getting orders right, .. especially when it is interated to them about a severe allergy.

Burger King everything!!!

I went to you're restaurant on Saturday August 26, 2017 with my sister, grandmother, my 1 year old nephew along with my 6 year old son and 4 month baby. After a horrible experience ordering and fixing all the mistakes on my sister and myself's order. They were very busy and had someone on register who did not know what she was doing. My BIGGEST complaint is...my 4 month old baby had a major diaper blowout. So I went to the PUBLIC bathroom and here to find out there is NO absoutely NO DIAPER CHANGING STATION! As I was going back to my table to inform my family. My son told me he was still hungry so I proceeded to go to the register and order him nuggets to go. So I asked why they did not have diaper changing stations. The reply I got was even more appalling! The employee proceeded to tell me "We have never had such things...out company can not afford such things. If you do not have a mat just lay some paper towels down!" Excuse me you want me to put my infant baby on a cold wet dirty floor? I am not sure if your company is aware but in 2016 Obama passed a law where a changing station must be available in either the womens or mens restrooms if you have a public restaurant available. I will never be going back to this establishment. I have posted on social media! I also plan on taking legal action!

Burger King air conditioning

It is impossible to believe that some places like these don't have air conditioning... Do you know how dangerous this matter is? You have the poor employees suffering, they're soaking wet in their own sweat and they're gasping for air. They can get sick I feel very bad for them. I hope somebody takes care of this problem its been like this for a long time and it really isn't humane.

Burger King 3400 fredericksburg road, san antonio, texas

I checked internet hours before walking with my grandson at night. I'm diabetic and my refrig broke down so I decided to walk to Burger King which is close to me. The hours online say 6-12. When I got there the doors were locked @ 10:02pm I needed to get something fast as I was starting to feel really bad. I waited for cars through the drive through and got to the window and was told I couldn't be served because I didn't have a car. I was in shock! Burg the manager and the woman were extremely rude. Now I'm not a prejudice person but I did feel that me being white and both the manager and woman were very horrible. I've been in this restaurant and seen them refuse the homeless in the area water. Out heat in the summer goes over 100. I am not homeless I live in an apt here because it's close to my doctors and hospital. My children are mixed and my nephew is a county commissioner in the town. I have earely seen people treated this way. I used to eat here all the time but I will no longer eat there. No homeless person should be treated poorly because they are human and you don't know if that person is s professor. I do plan on filing a suit if I am not contacted and this corrected. Burger King closing early and lack of product

I attempted to go through the drive thru at 10:50 pm on a monday night (8/28/17), all interior and exterior lights were on, no one ever took my order through the intercom so after waiting over 5 minutes to be noticed I drove away. Came back the next night at 10:55 pm and sat in the drive thru for about 4 minutes waiting on my order to be taken, I had to honk my car horn to get the employees attention that was working. She then told me that they were out of every item I tried ordering (cheesy tots, Hershey pie and Oreo shake). She said the milkshake machine was down at the time so that was why I couldn't purchase am Oreo shake. I cancelled my order and left. As i was driving off, i noticed the manager on duty was standing at the entrance door playing on his cellphone, so they obviously weren't busy at this time and my extremely long wait to be noticed was even more inexcusable after seeing that.

Burger King store #49797.. the entire store & employees, unethical behaviour

A few weeks ago my family & I (5 of us) decided to go eat at burger king in Stillwater, Ok... it was empty rarely do we see it busy which is why we decided to go there, we ordered our food which was 5 combo meals & 2 shakes.. which is where it got bad, we were told the ice cream machine was down, so they changed their drink orders to soda, my son was getting his drink (Fanta) when the syrup ran out (in the middle of his drink) so he chose something else (again after the shake) my next son chose Sprit which ran out mid drink.. we received our food & I told the "manager" on duty about the syrups running out he said they were having problems with the machine but would get it fixed, a female employee came out & was pretty rude so I showed her the Fanta was out she starts telling me they " DON'T EVEN CARRY FANTA" even though my son had it in his cup & was drinking it & she still is arguing with me about Fanta & they don't carry it... I gave up & went to the table...we receive our food (burgers were cold the cheese didn't even melt) & my husband ordered the BBQ Bacon cheese burger & there was NO, none, ZERO BACON so I take it & the receipt back to the counter & tell them there is NO bacon on the burger so the cook starts YELLING there is NEVER BACON ON THE BURGER I yell back I HAVE THE RECIEPT THAT SAYS BACON! he still complains about HIS MISTAKE.. so as we are sitting there getting VERY upset, in walks people asking for ice cream & cars in the drive thru with SHAKES but yet remember "their shake & ice cream machine is broken" long story short NEVER will my family do business at that Burger King again...and the employees looked & smelled dirty like they hadn't bathed disgusting

Burger King horrible whopper jrs.

On Aug. 28, 2017 at 5:11 PM, I placed my order for (2) Whopper, Jrs. at your store #6818 (Order #229) which totaled $4.84. We were in a rush to grab something to eat because we had somewhere to be and didn't have time to prepare dinner. When we opened our burgers at home, not only were we appalled at how crappy and small they were but the patty was wafer-thin, burnt and not much bigger than a silver dollar. The bun was stale, there was no pickle or tomato, only a few pieces of lettuce that looked like they were dropped on the floor, the wafer (patty) and the slice of cheese. This certainly was NOT the Whopper, Jr. I have been getting for years. After two bites, I had to throw it away it tasted so disgusting. Just wish I had time to return it but we had only minutes to eat before we had to leave our house. I would have been much better off going an extra mile to McDonald's and getting two cheeseburgers off their dollar menu instead of spending twice that much on half the hamburger patty at BK and it also being inedible. Here is the pic I took before I threw it away and the pic I took today, ironically, of your flyer I just received. Compare the two pics and tell me if you think they resemble each other. Think you have lost a life long BK customer. Too many other burger joints nearby to waist my money here.

Burger King quality of food during recent visit

My husband and I recently visited the burger king located on National Ave in Springfield, mo and we were very dissatisfied with the quality of our food. The hamburger bun was stale and the meat didn't even cover the size of the bun. The chicken fingers were cold in the middle and not crispy at all. I had to request they cook more but they bake them making it impossible to get them crispy.
We live within blocks of this location and would frequently visit if the food didn't stink.
