I saw Rodney drummond who is a worker there and his mother heather Williams who is a shift manager there walk behind Burger King building and light what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette the smell was over bearing as they sat back there smoking illegal drugs I then witnessed Rodney drummond pass a baggie of marijuana to a car that had pulled up to where him and his mother heather Williams were, and I thought mother and son could not work at the same restaurant these two individuals had absolutely no concern about public safety they both smelled highly of marijuana as they walked back into the restaurant, personally me nor my family will be visiting this drug infested restaurant until this matter is resolved, both individuals should be drug tested. the restaurant address where both mother and son work is 5922 Merrill rd Jacksonville Florida 32277 #1724.

First, I went to Burger King for the chicken sandwich. Cottage grove, mn. There was no light for the drive thru menu so we couldn't see it was 8:30pm, when we were approached by another customer I told him I would ask the cashier and I did. He said the drive thru light hasn't worked for AWHILE. Ok how can people see it at night? The shake machine was out for several days I was told by the cashier. I asked for EXTRA mayo on my chicken sandwich that I was SO EXCITED for and received NO mayo and a burnt bun. My husband had the whopper and it also had no sauces and dry. Lastly, the fries were raw and had no salt. Don't get to eat out much. So I am very disappointed.

We passed up McDonald's and Hardee's to go to Burger King for breakfast this morning we had 10 minutes and it was just down the road got to the drive-up window at 10:25 noticed there was not a breakfast menu girl come across speaker said they were no longer serving breakfast I said it is not 10:30 yet she started to say something but we just took off because we don't want an angry staff fixing our food. The whole family was pissed off. Next time we'll go to McDonald's or Hardee's.

There is a manager at our restaurant in Collinsville il named Jeremy stroud he is a very very rude person, every time my family is in there he is a total [censor] to us makes comment under his breath about being fat. I do not appreciate it at all. I'm ready to call my attorney to handle this discrimination with him. He does not belong n fast-food environment.

I was at the Burger King on Osceola and buena Ventura blvd in Kissimmee Florida . I was in line for about 20 min . When it my turn to order the girl says my computer is offline . I asked so what does that mean? She replies it offline goodnight with an attitude. I always seem to have a problem here please send a secret shopper to see that there is an issue that needs new team members and management.
"wayne" the supposed manager and app not working
I would love to leave the store number in Jefferson City, MO, however "Wayne" the supposed manager refused to give me my receipt. I pulled up with my 12 year old son with me. We ordered breakfast and I told him I had the app pulled up for the buy one get one croissanwich. I gave him the code from the app and he told me he wouldn't take it. I asked him how he could "not" take it when it was from their application on the smart phone. He said he didn't care, the code wouldn't enter, he wasn't doing it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he informed me he was the supervisor on duty and I could deal with it. All in the presence of my 12 year old.
Now, Burger King in Jefferson City has a longstanding reputation of being trash. I thought I would try the new one. Apparently, you all took all the employees that made the other location so horrible across town and tried to dress them up in a new location. I gave you all a second chance from the last horrible location. If you watch social media on the Jefferson City location, you will see how bad it is. Someone seriously needs to be overseeing this location or it will be a second location of yours in Jefferson City going under. This was horrible and I will be noting my experience. It was a great experience for my son. I just love him being taught that type of behavior.

I went to the Burger King store #5960 on Center Ave in Janesville W ON 8/17, 2017I. It took me 20 minutes to get my order as it was backed up. The speaker system was not working correctly and when I final got up to the window I was told only three people were in the business and this was causing the delay but until I got to the window I or anyone else we were not advised of any issues. I wonder if there was even a manager on site.
Across the street at McDonalds they were going through the line very quickly.
I will not go back especially at noon because once you get in line you cant get out.
iced coffee
I have been to this BK several times since it near where I work and have ordered an iced coffee on all of the occasions. The answer is always "we are out of iced coffee". This BK is located in North Baton Rouge, LA on the corner of Scenic Hwy and Chipewwa. Coffee is an all day beverage so I asked today when paying for my lunch if they ever have iced coffee. Her response was "in the mornings". Are the employees really that lazy? This BK is by one of the largest Refinery in the USA and is losing a lot of our business due to lack of menu items and today was the last time for me as well.
poor organization
The store is located in East Chase. Very dirty, there's garbage all over the floor. We ordered food, nothing special, orders like ours are usually fast managed. It was at about 10:15am, the manager didn't know how to organize all of the orders. I tried to talk to him, but he didn't pay attention. We were waiting for about 15 minutes and asked our money back and were said that the order was ready. at least he could have apologized for the inconvenience.

I visited the Burger King in Pell City, Alabama at 4:00 pm onAugust 16. First the cashier was so busy chatting with her friend behind me, she added a Sprite on my order, so the Manager had to come over and redo that and give me my money back. Then my order was to go, and I had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to bag my order. The service was terrible and the food was cold after I got done with all the hassles, which were AVOIDABLE! I live in Pell City and have worked in Restaurants and this is pathetic. I will be sure to pass the news on regarding this Burger King. chicken parmesan sandwich
I had this sandwhich before..it was delicious. I ordered it today..took it home and could only eat part of it. It was so hard in the middle of it. My husband even tried it. So disappointed. Live too far away to return it. Also, my husband used restroom and 2 employees used it and never washed their hands and returned to work. This Burger King is a brand new building and while my husband was waiting in line, he got dripped on from ceiling.Leaks from ceiling everywhere. Very very disappointed.

We came up to the Drive Thru - no one in head of us or behind us. 3 cars in the parking lot - 2 customers inside.
We got our food FAST - and was impressed... until we checked the food and it was COLD! The cheese we ordered wasnt even starting to melt. The buns were not toasted... The bread was stale and cold... So the impressed feeling went away fast. Complained to the young lady in the window - she asked us to park up front and someone was gonna bring us the food. We so did, and the same one that made the first burgers came out with new burgers... And guess what - it was COLD! Same way as the first time ...
There are NO reason for any fast food chain to serve COLD food. And they didnt even have any business to begin with. They had time to make perfect burgers and get satisfied customers.

1. First we waited in line for 20 minutes. There was only one person at the counter and she was not taking orders but serving customers. They need more staff.
2. I wanted a Fish meal. There was no fish available.
3. I ordered a crispy chicken meal and she overcharged me. I did not argue as the line behind me was long.

Young man that took my order didn't place the order correct on the screen or use separate orders as I requested twice upon ordering. When I got to the window he gave me an attitude when I explained to him these were two separate orders and that we each had different forms of payment. He didn't apologize he rolled his eyes and got the manager who was also very rude and said "what's the difference just pay together" and "why didn't you say that in the first place". I explained to her it was mentioned twice and politely asked her to just proceed to separate the orders. There were no cars behind me. She did. Once payed I ended up going inside to ask for zesty sauce, there was no one in line I stood alone. They saw me and turned their heads and let me stand there for all of 4 mins before approaching me. 2 employees gave me weird looks as if something was going on. I didn't find out until returning home, i checked my bag, I had eaten half the fries before I realized what resembled dead ants and webs were on my fries. As if they had been dropped on the floor and placed in the bag anyway. I'm disgusted and extremely upset. I used to love Burger King and heard rumors about this particular location being "nasty" and workers being rude is gross and completely unacceptable.

We went to Burger King at 2393 Eisenhower Loveland, CO on 8/12/2017 at approximately 4:00 p.m. The grill was down, ordered chicken sandwiches instead. The chicken was cold in the middle on both, fries were soggy and cold in the middle along with the onion rings. Nothing was warm and we ended up throwing this all away. We keep going back thinking things will change but the last three times we have had the same issues.

We recently stopped at your Burger King location on 8/12/17 and were very dissatisfied with the employee/employees in the drive thru window. We noticed the person had a Band-Aid on his hand and was handling drinks and food. We asked another person to have them wear a glove and he said he didn't need to as he wasn't making the food. We explained he had touched our drinks and we didn't want them. So he said he would make the drinks and as he was doing that the employee with the Band-Aid touched all of our food. We left and threw away all of the food as we weren't eating something that someone touched, not knowing if they could've leaked through the bandage. If you are a food service worker and are handling food and drinks or simply dealing with customers it should be mandatory to wear gloves. This isn't the first time this has happened at this St.Albans location, and it's like they have an excuse for why they shouldn't have to. This is very unsanitary and makes me not want to go back. We wasted $30 on food because they couldn't do what we asked them to do in a very polite manner.

After coming back from Detroit went to our local Burger King store 19680, order number 38. The employees didn't want to be there and they were rude, the food was cold and frankly we threw it in garbage. Paid in cash after receiving a 10% senior discount. It came to almost $13.
We are seniors living on a fixed income, and can't afford to eat but once per week. We will never go to Burger King again.
charge for ranch to eat with french fries
Bemidji MN BK is so cheap they charge .15 a piece for sauce packets. Never had to pay for a couple in the past. But a couple days ago my husband and I went through the drive through we ordered 4 whoppers with cheese no pickles, no onions, 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. When we picked up our order we asked for ranch for our fries and they told us it would be .15 per Ranch so we did buy 2 Ranch packets to eat our French Fries. This is insane to me, I guess you can get sauce if you have other sides like onion rings, chicken strips, etc. So why not get sauce for French Fries? I thought BK slogan is 'Have it your Way'? Totally upset me, this is the first time I've been there in a long time cause I've had bad experiences with the owners in the past. They're hard to work for they don't treat their employees very good and I've witnessed this first hand as a customer and friends of past co-workers. One of the last times I was in there I ordered and was going to write a check but didn't have a pen so asked for one and the worker got chewed out right in front of me for taking to long with the order, I felt bad for the worker and wanted to tell the owner that it was my fault cause I asked for pen. Owner was there the other day to when we paid the extra .30 for Ranch and was over workers shoulder, window was shut so I couldn't hear what she told him but I'm guessing it was similar a similar conversation cause the drive thru was busy. Totally uncalled for, I believe in running a tight ship but this is not necessary.

I went in to the lagrange ga burger king and the size proportion was a big difference thrn the store located in my home yown of roanoke al the service was alot better and the workers were even friendlier. Why is there such a difference in the stores i had one worker tell me from my home store that they was not allowed to make the icecreams any bigger and the wayshe told us was not friendly i feel something needs to be done with the service and management in the roanoke al store i frequent bk 3 to 5 times a week and i would hate to take my business to some other competitors because for the most part i love the food and service everywhere else its just the roanoke alabama store that needs serious help thank you dissatisfied customer
whopper and nuggets
I ordered a regular whopper and nuggets at the Budapest airport Burger King, and it was nasty. The burger looked like an octopus and did not taste good. The nuggets were cold, too fried and not fresh. Also I got the wrong size fries and drink. I said small fries and lagre Coke. I got XL fries and XL Coke and paid for XL.
On the other hand I'd like to compliment the Burger King next to Liberty Bridge on the buda side of Budapest. That one was amazing! Fresh food, tasty food, great service, great in English!
