the entire store
The Store in Wichita Kansas on South Rock road needs to be shut down. It is atrocious, 9/10 times they tell you their computers are shut down and to go somewhere else. If you manage to get food it's cold and the soda is flat. The store is always dirty and the staff is flat out rude. The place needs to be inspected. Today I stood there for 5 minutes while the staff stood there and talked. Finally some lady turns and says our computers are down you have to go somewhere else

I went to Burger King, on my lunch break and ordered a whopper with cheese, fry and drink. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and ketchup, and the person who waited on me, was kinda rude. I asked for one more sweet and sour sauce, and she said "I gave you one, and said that I was not suppose to get more than one, " but did give me an extra one. Then I got to work, and there was no cheese on my burger...and my lunch break was up, and couldn't take it back... I don't usually like burgers without cheese. I do not plan on going back to the BK at Seminole trail for a while, and will tell my friends and family, NOT to either...
wrong order and rude customer service.
Very weird order. I understand that its hard to hear people going in the drivethru especially when its raining but I never had a problem with my order till today. I ordered a number 3 meal which is a bacon cheese whopper only ketchup and dr pepper no ice. They told me they were out of dr pepper. No big deal. I dont mind so I order a different drink.
Pull up to the window. Wasnt charged for the meal so I told her I wanted the meal. No big deal. She takes my card and runs it through and hands me receipt. Still wasnt charged for a meal which I thought was odd but not a big deal for me.
Then she hands me my drink. Usually I dont check but this time I did. She filled it all the way up with ice. When I ask if she can refill it with no ice I get a really rude attitude back from her. Still don't mind. I just want my food. I get my drink and meal after a few seconds.
I check the bag. Once again I usually dont check the sandwhich but something made me check it just in case.
It was a plain hamburger not a whopper with ketchup but no bacon and no cheese. Once again I have to tap on the window and ask for what I ordered. She grabs the burger out of my hand and chucks it in the garbage behind her and yells in the back for my order. When she opens the window a few minutes later I thought I'd get some kind of apology for getting nearly my entire order wrong. Nope she told me I should be more clear and hands me the sandwhich I ordered in the first place says nothing to my "have a good day" and shuts the window. Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I have had this year. The store number is 2743 in Roanoke Va on Williamson rd and my order which is number 10 was processed around 11 45 am. To sum up completely dissatisfied with both the way I was treated and my order.

Dear Burger King I'm on Social Security bus my reason for indicating that the purchase of a club salad was made with the shocking finale that I was charged separately for dressing .I would be surprised if the highway 90 store in Long Beach Mississippi was unique in this lack of full disclosure sale I must admit I was rather disappointed that this product was sold to me in a clandestine way not revealing that the bill was higher then the sign had alluded while driving through I suggest to you that if the salad was not to include dressing that the cost of such dressing should've been announced on the side I believe that this was a deliberate act to take advantage of unknowing clients and I am disappointed that the store would deliberately try to charge for salad dressing above and beyond the cost of the club salad they were selling obviously this is a principal issue, which I very much hope will cause you to respond to me otherwise I would assume that you back this practice
old food
I went to your store located at 3819 South street Nacogdoches TX in very bad weather do to hurricane Harvey in southeast tx. Ordered the two whopper Jr meal for $5 using a coupon for my 6 yr old son and myself. The burgers were cold and smelled funny as if it had been sitting all day and the fries were barely warm. I had to go back out in the rain to return the old food I almost fed my 6yr old for a refund. After dealing with rude employees acting as if they were serving a fresh product, I had to travel elsewhere to get food for my kid and myself. I've never felt so disrespected. If you need I still have & will keep my refund receipt. I sincerely feel something should be done about this matter.
Oh and my son really wanted Burger King, and when i got a refund he started crying. I was angry at this point that I slapped him across the face and called him an idiot and told him I wished that he was never born, and that I was ashamed of him. He started crying more, so I grabbed his hair and pulled real hard. Now I learnt that the employees called the police on me to talk to my son about what happened which was totally their fault for being rude. The police sided with them and told me that it is not Burger King's fault and I am responsible for my actions, even though Burger King made me angry enough to hit my son.. Probably get free food from them which is why they took Burger King's side. Now my son lives with my ex who is a total b**ch..

The workers were all getting stuff done. Working well together. The manager on the other hand. Was running around berating them. Yelling at them to move faster. Yelling to do thing they were already doing. I have worked fast food including a Burger King before. I know how hard it is and how well they were working. Had it been me, and I'm surprised it was not them too, I would have walked out in him and made him do it himself. Worst manager with the Best crew. The wait time at this Burger King, Ft Walton, FL, was probably 10 minutes before I even got to order, I was asked my order several times but still asked again what my order was when I got to the window. My wait time to the window was another ten minutes. I was going to just leave when it was finally my turn. I paid for my food after they asked to verify my order once again and then I was notified I would have a "short" wait time for my chicken sandwich because they had to cook the chicken. I sat and waited 30 minutes and when they brought me my order they told me they made my side a large vs medium and apologized. I wouldn't have been upset if the food was good but my fries were cold and my chicken sandwich was black, burned to a crisp I couldn't even eat it. They also did not give me any sauce or the extras I asked for on the sandwich which should have been remembered as many times as they asked me. No napkins nothing. Worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life.
salad with grilled chicken
I purchased 1 Salad with Grilled Chicken today for my lunch which I took back to work with me. When I opened up to eat it, the grilled chicken was burnt...I called the Burger King, State St, Watertown, NY & the lady who answered apologized & said she wud replace it with the crispy chicken which I did not want & I was back at work so I cud not go back with what I had to replace it. Yes I ate the salad but I threw out the burnt chicken as I needed something for lunch & was ok but not what I paid for. The girl also said she has no control when the chicken goes thru the grill...seems to me when they put the chicken on my salad they wud have noticed it was burnt & either said something to me or replaced it? I was not happy & maybe shud have gone to McDonalds...altho I usually prefer Burger King. May have to rethink that now...Thank you for your time.

Adrian at new haven indiana 46774 store told me she didn't know prices that were on the menu but she is a manager? She forgot to put hashbrowns in the bag.. And she is a manager? Then slams the window shut in my face because she forgot the hashbrowns. She is rude and not polite at all... No smile just a [censor] face. I don't even feel comfortable going back because of how rude she is. That is sad I have been a manager and in customer service and if it was my employee the [censor] wouldnt work there. She needs a factory job out of customer service. I will not be back to that location.

I went to Burger King in Edina, MN on [protected] AT 11:30 AM
It is the location off of hwy 100 and industrial Blvd., near the Dairy Queen and Fridays restaurant. I ordered a # 10 and a whopper jr. I pulled up, and after receiving my food I noticed I did not get my whopper jr or a receipt. I had to go back into the parking lot and park, walk in and I let the lady know I did not get my sandwich. The one women was very confused and the other pulled up my order on the screen said "You didn't order a whopper jr", and then walked away! No offering to make it for me, nothing. She said "You didn't pay for it", well ok, but that doesn't mean I did not order it and that I didn't need it for my coworker! They both just ignored me and I just left. It was a bad experience. I felt like an inconvenience to them, I work in customer service and I would never treat anyone that way, especially a paying customer. Also it wasn't even busy. One man in the store waiting for his food, and one car in the drive thru. Thanks for taking the time to read.

I Arrived at the Burger King AT 3917 Rivers Ave North Charleston SC on several occasions where the lobby had been closed why before 8:00pm and they so nasty and rude to their customers. They always running out of whooper buns and nuggets and stuff something needs to be done about that store can't never use their bathroom because it's always stink and never clean. That's ridiculous and they fired the best employee they had the only lady that gives hot food and make sure the customers are treated right and gets the right service. That lady was with bk for 23 years only to get treated like trash that's ridiculous. Y'all need to send corporate down one day undercover one they never saw and y'all will see how we as customers are treated.

I arrived to find a long line of customers and no cashier to greet or ring anyone up for 7 minutes. No one says a word to any of the customers regarding the wait, no acknowledgement at all. Eventually, the supervisor (?) told someone in the back to cashier. Finally about 12 minutes into waiting in line I place my order, which ends up wrong and so I have to go back to the counter to get it corrected. The supervisor returned with my food, hands it to me without saying a word, not thank you, not sorry for the wait or that we messed up your order. The restaurant was dirty, the tables were not clean, I will never visit this establishment again. Burger King should be ashamed of any association with a dive like this.

I stopped at a Burger King in Richmond Indiana, at hi way 70 and 27 to get some breakfast. I got a croissantwitch. I did not know they were selling White Castle size food now. The egg on it was a square about 3 inches and about 1/8th inche thick. It was not even a whole egg. The size of the whole thing was about 2/3rds of what it use to be. That's bad enough. It's getting to th point where getting fast food is not worth it anymore. Very dissatisfied with what I got.

Today, August 28 I went to the burger king on water man and 9th in San Bernardino ca. The service was horrible. I experienced the worst service and diseespect ive received in front of my daughter. I wanted to purchase 3 kids meals 3 choclate pies and a whopper meal and the cashier looked at me and my kids and rolled her eyes. I waited for approximately 7 mins before asking another worker to help me, she said she was clocking out. I then asked the woman who rolled her eyes to help me and she said no the manager even told her to and neither dis anything. I askes was there a problem and the ignored me laughing. My daughter started to cry because she was starving. Unfortunately I had to leave. With starving kids. We eat it everyday so thats wat settle them when theyre riled up. Im seriously considering not eating here anymore. I just felt so direspected.

Why is it that every Burger King we go to has the lousiest wait time ever? This is not fast food at that rate. We expect to get quick service as we pull up to a drive thru at a fast food organization, but instead get more of a wait time than you would if you had gone inside to eat. The employees seem to be perplexed with all the orders: they never seem to get it right: they all run around as if they dont know what they are doing and have no instruction: it's the oddest thing. I really think I am not going to visit Burger King anymore as they never have their act together. It's not worth going here as there are much better fast food joints that have quicker timed service.

On 8/26/17, I was at the Burger King on Okeechobee Blvd., Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach Store 11109 when a team member was handling money transaction and after handling the transaction proceeded to the back to prepare sandwiches without sanitizing or washing his hands or putting on gloves, he then picked up a bag to place cookie in without gloves. This is a sanitary issue and it can cause those with weakened immune systems to become sick or die due to handling money and then food without proper hand washing. This needs to addressed ASAP.
the entire location was disgusting
My family and I were traveling home from Maine today, Saturday, August 26, 2017, and we stopped at the Burger King on 85 Main Street in Tewksbury, MA. Upon entering, our shoes stick to the floor, no matter where you walked. The front counter services was not welcoming. The self serve soda machine and the entire area was a mess with soda on the floor and counter area, and straw wrappers were everywhere. There was not one clean table in the entire place. Vagrants were sitting at tables just refilling their cups. An employee walked in with his underwear hanging out of his uniform and proceeded to the Men's bathroom which one of these seated customers followed. In 30 seconds they emerged with one saying to the other they'd be in contact. Well, if I hadn't known any better I would say that an illegal activity had just taken place. Then to top things off, a female employee walked to the ladies room and back and completely ignore the mess that encompassed this establishment. I then proceeded to read the reviews and of this location and all stated how disgusting this location is. The bathroom which we also had to use was beyond disgusting and I refused to use this. I am a fan of Burger King but after seeing this, I may change my mind. I'm sending you this because you need to know how your brand is being represented. bacon king & cheesy tots
So my husband and I went to Burger King Store #5394 off of Mariposa Street in Vallejo around 11am this morning on 08.26.2017. We ordered a medium #1 Whopper combo with a vanilla iced coffee, a medium #5 Bacon King combo with a coke, 10 chicken nuggets, and cheesy tots. Firstly it was very difficult to understand the people speaking on the ordering box, then the service was extremely slow, they got our order wrong so we had to have them repeat it to us as well. Then when we got our food and we had to wait longer because they forgot to give us my iced coffee. We finally got home and when we opened everything and started eating we noticed that some of the cheesy tots we ordered had some sort of fluff or fuzz on it (so that was thrown away and we didn't even get to try any). So we shrugged it off and continued eating what we still had, then my husband takes the top bun off of his burger (too much sauce) and notice a long curly hair stuck on the top bun of his burger. As you can guess we couldn't eat any longer (mind you we only took a few bites out of our food). We tried to call the store we got the food from but there was no answer. We spent $23.26 at that store only to throw it all away because of terrible service and disgusting food. We will not be returning to that store and it is the only one in our city. We would like a full refund and we do not plan on returning to a Burger King anytime soon.

On 8/25/17 approximately 5:37 pm, I entered Burger King at 2240 Martin Luther King Drive, to purchase 2 of your famous Whopper Sandwiches as well as 2 of the double Cheeseburgers. Employee : 455623 Name Jauniquia took my order. Her attitude was terrible, had no customer service at all. All sandwiches were special order, when giving my order the sandwiches were not mark, when I asked which was which I was told I had to look into the bag at the sandwiches myself to determine which sandwiches where which, and then was told the only way I would know was to look at the sandwiches. I think a person like this doesn't and shouldn't represent a Food Chain as big as burger king should not have even been given a job. Management should take a look into this because this was terrible. A customer should have never, never been told something like this. The sandwiches were terrible and I'm requesting a refund, and hope no one ever has to experience this. An employee like that would never represent any company of mine, NEVER! When I ask her for her name she totally ignored me, If she would have had on a name tag I wouldn't have asked her, I had to ask another employee. I'm so sick over this, I can't believe a person/employee would have ever told a customer such a thing. This should be grounds for immediate termination. And I really hope Management or Cooperate look into this. I've been trying to call the store for a while now, and it's going straight to fax. Very unprofessional. You can't even talk with management

On Thursday August 24 a few co-workers and myself walked into the establishment at 11:40am it was at the very least 5 minutes before we were agknowled and then served. The manager was too worried about the drive thru to even turn around and say we'll be right with you or even a hello. Most only get a half hour lunch and we assume the risk of not getting what we need in time but usually have time to order receive our food and sit and eat a majority of the food but today we had to take our food to go and eat in the car because of the lack of service we received. We've had issues in the past with timeliness at this location but this was enough because we didn't receive a standard greeting of hello nor an apology for the wait time.
