food quality
I have always enjoyed going to Burger King. That privilege has been denied to me. The Burger King on the corner of 4th Street N & 38th Ave N in St Petersburg, Florida 33701 has sold me burgers causing severe intestinal illness. Shakes with spoiled milk so odorous I was unable to drink them, and the necessity of disposing them in the trash, as they were undrinkable. I enjoy buying multiple shakes at one time so that was a purchase of 2 vanilla And 2 chocolate shakes & an order of fries; also inedible, soaked in grease, cold & limp. This franchise should be revoked. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE. I am not interested in coupons from you, as I will NOT eat at Burger King again until this store is under new managemement. counter service and manager response
8/ 23/ 2017, 5:50 PM, BK restaurant 11248, manager/server Brian Nichols, order # 338. We came to order a family meal that was offered in the local coupon mailer. It included two whoppers as well. When we already paid at the restaurant the counter server (also, a floor manager) notified us that "by the way, we're out of CO2 so no soda pop". OK, he could have told us before we paid, but we got our order. I love whopper especially because it has an ample amount of vegetables in it. I bit into mine and it had virtually no lettuce. I compared to my husband's whopper and mine evidentially had almost none, a couple 2x2" slivers, that's it. My husband took it to the counter and asked for more lettuce. The server/manager said "it's the way it is" and refused to add lettuce. I came back with both sandwiches just so he can see himself and compare. He ignored my presence deliberately. When he finally paid attention he said: "if you lift all those things there the lettuce will be on the bottom". I did the dirty work and picked "everything" and lo and behold, no lettuce. He turned his back and disappeared to the window, behind the corner. Kitchen workers were shaking their heads and rolling their eyes. I asked them to bring some lettuce please - never happened. I asked for a manager but everyone was looking at me and ignoring. I went and ate my dinner since I was very tired after work and hungry. When I asked a guy who was cleaning around who is the manager so I can talk he pointed to my server. I went back, waited patiently for another 5-7 min in the empty store before he appeared from his window corner. I told him that I don't need any money or another burger. All I need is standards: each customer gets the same sandwich as the previous. When I bring things for comparison, both should be reasonably identical. When they're not - I have a problem. I explained that I am a nurse and if I roll my eyes at the customer and ignore them deliberately without listening I'll be written up - and rightfully so. I also mentioned that I had a long day at work and am very hungry and tired and didn't deserve this kind of "screw you" service. Brian said that "everybody has their own problems, you can't come and attack us like that, I have tons of customers (we were the only customer in the store and a mild flow of the cars outside) and sometimes we put more lettuce sometimes less". I replied that he completely ignored my point of standard, to which he said: "Let me speak, you spoke already! Nursing is not the same as a restaurant service. You come here and create a problem over some lettuce". I pointed out that HE is the one who created the problem in the first place. All we asked is to add more lettuce, and he refused and started arguing about it and being defensive. The guy was very arrogant, has minimal customer skills, not a single time he apologized for a sloppy job of the kitchen workers, he never offered any solution, interrupted us constantly and was rude (not loud, but rude), was hiding and ignoring, and I wonder who promoted him to a manager position. I never go back to the BK, coupons or not. I love whoppers but don't deserve clueless workers and negative, defensive, arrogant attitude towards customers.
order incomplete/ overcharged
I ordered 4 bacon and cheese whoppers, one of them was a large meal, and also a medium meal of chicken nuggets. I get home and I only got two whoppers, two fries, two sodas and chicken fries? My son and husband couldn't have their lunch, I checked the bag before I left and I had to wait outside the restaurant for a while longer (went on the drive-through) for the "nuggets" and the two whoppers that the guy forgot previously and he said that he forgot to charge me for one of the whoppers, I didn't check the other receipt but paid again anyways, so I ended up paying for 5 burgers! Worst costumer experience ever and on top of that got my order wrong
don't care and respect customer
Respected sir,
I am regular customer of Burger King I want to draw your attention towards the incident happened with me, It seems that the people working in there don't care and respect customer . They don't even listen to you. Host Faiz called me for taking the order do I asked him about the meals then instead of assisting he ignored me and started taking other order and entertaining other customer without informing me. Then I called the manager to narrate the incident and asked him to give me complain / suggestion register. He denied to provide first then I said you don't have complaint book, then he gave daily waste maintenance book and asked me to write on the back side of it. I told him that this not complain book upon which he insisted that it the complain book and started arguing.
I am mentioning the name of manager, 1st host & bill details

manager conversing with staff on personal topics
Today 8/23/2017 I went inside store #6140 @ approximately 11:31 am in Reisterstown, Md to order lunch.
The girl taking my order was very pleasant, however the very loud manager standing to the side counter conversing with staff members about how she couldn't sleep when other people are driving is not something a customer should be able to hear during their visit. Besides that, when the cashier asked if should could get some $5's and $10's (since I had given her a $20) the manager looked at her as to say "we are talking over here" then replied very rudely to the cashier, "give her $1's I ain't been to the bank yet"! So I received 13 $1 dollar bills. The cashier apologized, but it wasn't her fault. If the manager would have said " Ma'am I haven't had a chance to make a bank run yet, so all we can give you is $1's" that would have been fine. How she became a manager with that attitude is puzzling to me.
I just came from the Burger King store # 6140 and I had a terrible experience as well. That’s what led me to search for complaints about this place, and I came upon your post. I went through the drive through at about 8:15pm after a long day at work. I normally don’t eat fast food, especially at this store, since I have had all bad experiences in the past. Anyway, I ordered a chicken Parmesan meal. I should have know better...The car in fron of me was asked to pull around to the fron of the store, because their cheeseburgers would take a few minutes. Really? Of course, I was asked to pull around as well, after they got my money. Another 10 minutes, and here comes a girl with a bag with my dinner in it, only she brought it to the other car. Of course, she unwrapped the food, to see what it was, and then wanted to give it to me. The practice at this store is to not put the receipt in the bag - because they want to avoid complaints. I made the girl go back and get one for me. Ok, so the chicken Parmesan was cold, and it was served on a stale bun. This place is filthy, and the people are absolute [censor]. I’ll never go back, and I am posting a detailed description of my nasty experience at Burger King on my yammer, twitter and facebook accounts. I will also be writing to Burger King corporate. What a horrible place to eat. Never again.
tunkhannock pennsylvania burger king
I pulled in the drive thru for breakfast cuz I knew it was good Burger King that is but I do not trust this place cuz I've always had bad experience with people working here. I ordered a fully loaded sandwich cuz it's so good and I got it eating it in the parking lot and was completely cold in there was like a sitting there for a day all crusty took it back and told him it was cold and crusty and right away the woman says I doubt it and slams it out of my hand goes back and Cooks It gives it back and literally throws it at me and says don't burn yourself. Now the ones that had before at Tunkhannock are pretty bad but this is terrible how do you promote your product with such horrible workers all I want is a sandwich I have no time to complain but this was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a restaurant and it's quite sad and in cuz I quite enjoy Burger King wow!
cnn always playing on locations with tvs
Why is BK always playing CNN on the TVs at ALL their locations in the US w/ TVs?! CNN is such an alienating network, why not put on BBC or even the weather? If they insist on CNN, then switch with FOX or even PBS (BBC, although rather liberal, is the best alt network).
News is not about 'feelings, ' and it seems that is all CNN is: biases with inaccurate fact, feelings. Stop hating America Bk, by changing the channel!
bacon cheeseburger
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they gave me it cold.. I told the worker I wanted a new one and she asked me if I wanted it microwaved I told her no, so I'm waiting and she hands me a microwaved cheeseburger.. I told her I did not want my cheeseburger microwaved so why is it microwaved? I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager told me she would make a fresh one, she ends up hanging me a cold burger AGAIN. Worst service ever! It isn't the first time it happens either.
shorted a large fry and found a hair stuck in a chicken nugget
We went to the store on route 19 in cranberry township, Pennsylvania behind the eat -n-park. We got take out and were supposed to get 3 large fries but only received 2. We used coupons for 2 bacon burger meals and a 10 piece nugget with a large fry. The worst was finding a hair stuck in a chicken nugget after I took a bite. It was definitely in the nugget and wasn't one of mine.
laziness.
I'm In the drive thru and there are only two people there. They made me wait in the front of the store for 15 min. I walked inside (no customers) workers are chatting on the sides in the kitchen. I asked one worker about my order and he immediately turns around and fixes my fries and puts them in the bag and hands the bag to me. That easy.
Why make me wait. I've always had bad service from this location. I've complained before. Nothing has changed.
customer service.
Bk number 4392 in greenville nc.
Today is the first time in 7 years i have been to a bk. I will not be returning to that particular one. The lady at the window was rude, she corrected everything i said and once she went to take my money she never said a peep..sorry she was having a bad day, i also work in customer service and i dare to treat my customers like crap. I can deal with u not saying a peep but when u wont mt in the middle to get my money i am done . she is blessed to have a job where the manager obviously doesn't care how you treat your customer.
shockingly poor customer service - bk ozark mo 8/20/17 6 pm
Well we were the second customer in line @ 6.00 pm Sunday Aug 20th 2017. It took 9 minutes to take my order. I passed a "wow"comment to an indifferent cashier, who ignored me. Then I paid for my order at 6.12, a Big Whopper & Big Fish. They told me to pull forward as my wife's Big Fish was being cooked. At 6.28 after finishing my combo, I went inside saw the cashier was on break, 4 others behind the counter. I asked for the shift manager and this skittish twitchy woman appeared and apologised without even asking me, she said she would get my order right out. I asked for a refund which she gave me, and for the district manager contact name. Shocking service and indifferent staff. Well as of Monday 21st August, Sheila does not exist, I called a 1 800 number.
Are you an unaccountable fast food Company? I think not.
This to a road weary traveller is pathetic to say the least.
Resolution: Be accountable, Be on Time, Be FRESH.
Oh and a novel idea - take care of the customer. I know you employ minimum wage workers, but if you want my business, minimum wage service does not cut the mustard.
I strongly doubt you will do anything because you must be overwhelmed with complaints (at least from that location)
Good Day

slow employees
The Burger King store in Valparaiso IN has the worst service I ever experienced. I made a very very simple order and had to wait for about 40 minutes to get it. Burger King is not an expensive restaurant and their food is not about expensive dishes. Nobody cared about slow working stuff and employees themselves weren't really concerned about anything, just like they were on drugs or something...
customer service
Local police officer in Chester County S.C. I've been to the richburg sc BK numerous of times around 10-1130pm, about the time I'm off. BK workers never takes my order and going to the window, No one shows up. I've even seen many cars drive off with the same issue and I've had enough as the BK closer to the city has closed. But this one in Richburg sc has such poor service for it to be my favorite FF restaurant. Please address this concern. To my belief, the works are just down right lazy.

12661 mack detroit, mi 48215
I went thru thr drive thru just trying to get my food. And the lady was cussing and fussing at me. All because I had a coupons. Called me out me name. And said she was going too beat my [censor]. And telling people inside the store. That she was going to kick my [censor]. And putting her own items on my burgers. She didn't not no that my girlfriend was inside. Placing another order. Because thr lady sai you can only use two coupons. And the manager was their and didn't say anything to her about her lip. We got all our food and checked it. And the food looked like somebody did something else to it.
very poor management
On 8/21/2017 at lunchtime I walked into Burger King in Jacksonville Florida on King Street as my office usually does three to four times a week. There was a new employee there her name was Shawn .Shawn apologize to everyone in the lobby about their wait and assured us that our food would be coming up as soon as possible making me and the other 20 to 25 people in the lobby much more comfortable. The manager named Jennifer that we are used to seeing their came out screaming and yelling at Shawn to shut up in front of all the guests that were in the lobby I instantly turned around with my $50 order and walked out refusing to ever spend a dime in that Burger King again. After I walked out the door several other patrons walked out behind me and complaining of their disgust of Jennifer's disrespect to Shawn. Myself being a manager of a fortune 300 company would never tolerate the disrespect to another employee coming from upper management. Today I made the choice to eat at McDonald's because I refuse to be served buy a company with an employee so disrespectful. also we've decided as a company never to eat at this Burger King again until this problem is resolved this was way overboard and way out of hand no one deserves to be embarrassed and belittled in front of anyone. Jennifer would be better off managing monkeys at the zoo then human being she's critical.
deceptive and willful misleading advertising
I ordered the 2 for $6.00 Whopper special with an upchare for cheese. I was charged full menu pricing for the base sandwiches plus the upcharge. When I inquired is was hastily informed that it was because I had ordered cheese. No indication was in the printed materials nor disclosed at time of purchase. ...

refusal to honor an in uniform a post certified police officer/unethical behavior
on 19 august 2017, at approximately 3:45pm, i officer shine, herbert visited burger king store #186336 located on the west boulevard, Montgomery, al. upon placing my order i inquired towards my police officer discount. the cashier addressed that the manager will not allow me a discount due to i am employed by alabama state university but she will give it to me this time. I asked for the manager in which the manager (alma jones) approached the counter addressing with the cashier, "no he will not get a discount". as a customer in uniform; in the company of other customers, ms jones addressed that i am not a real police officer. i was in uniform and felt very dishonored and embarrassed. I presented to her my state of alabama apost public safety certified police officer id card in which she again dishonored my service by addressing she will only honor montgomery police officers. I explained that i am a state police officer just like state troopers, with arresting authority by oath through the state and at any burger king through the state to protect and serve. MPD is authority is only in the city. As a certified state police officer in which i earned; ms. jones fail to honor and recognize me as a officer in uniform. to continue, i attend the academy and graduated being trained by certified state troopers with 26 years of service in law enforcement.
