11.56 am at the drive thru i ordered and asked what type of toys were available for kids meals, employee could not understand what was said, then i drive up to pay window and the lady tells me i dont know, takes a few min to find out. I could not get a receipt, because of machine failure?ordered 2 toys for my kids.
Got to pick up window and got the food and attendee wishes me a good day, closed the window, i did not get a drink yet that came with the meal...waitting and looking thrue the order...find out that only 1 toy is in the bag, asked the attendee where is my second toy? She responded with cold attitude, well you only ordered one! I was about to pull out my wallet and pay for second toy, window girl told me i had to drive arround to get it?
First off the order was put in wrong after i talked to the order person twice?
Second i was not provided with a receipt due to failure of equipment?
Third food order was not expedited properly.
I was told to drive arround again thru the drive thru to complete my order that initialy was not put in correctly?

did not enjoy my visit today. I went to the danville ky location and was pulled up due to holding on my nuggets which is fine. But the nuggets I received were cold. The worker that brought them to me was very nice which I appreciated. When I tried to do the survey with my receipt I couldn't because the survey code section was missing due to having only half of the receipt.

We got to this Burger King at 10:30. First, there were employees outside dancing and acting foolish. Two, when we got to the drive thru menu they had the automated system saying that they were closed when in actuality they weren't doing their jobs! Three, before ordering we were not greeted, one girl kept asking what kind of drink we wanted as we were still trying to explain what we wanted on our sandwich! I ordered a #2 with no tomatos or pickles with a sprite, a 10 piece nugget, medium fries, and A medium cherry float. When we got to the window we were not greeted at all and once my card was swiped we didn't receive a receipt. Another girl handed us our drinks and told us to pull up to the door but there was no one else in line which we didn't understand. Before we pulled up to the door as told, my boyfriend asked for buffalo sauce and the girl at the window turned her head while closing the window and said, " mmmhm!" We received our food five minutes after pulling up. Four, When we got home and as I was pulling out our food we were missing a medium fry I ordered and while being charged with a medium cherry float, I received a small one! My boyfriend kept trying to figure out what was wrong with his drink and as he took the top off there was a drink head in his cup. My boyfriend is now feeling sick and I want answers and solutions!

drive through service
To be honest this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I pulled up at the drive through and placed my order upon driving to the window to pay I was asked to stop, still not sure why . After a few mins I was asked to pull up and I handed the cashier my coupon code and I was told that I should have mentioned it which I was not aware of. Then a manager was called where he told me that I should have mention it at the window . Then he proceeded to tell me to drive around the building and come back to the window so he can put in my order again while the other employee held on to my food, my phone and my card. Once I told him I was not doing that he then proceed to complete my order.Once I drove away not only was my order incorrect, my buns were hard as steel and my patties were burnt to a crisp. I am 35 years old and have been eating Burger King all my life and this is hands down the worst service I have ever experience. I am beyond disgusted by this and disappointed that Burger Kings Customer Service has plateaued to this level.
Did you return to the location or call them directly for a replacement or refund for the incorrect order? In regards to the coupon, it's fairly commonly known that you should mention if you have one while ordering at any food service establishment.
apple pie
I just purchased 10 items from burger king on 114th Dodge st Omaha Ne tonight, Dec 11th 2017. One being an apple pie. After getting home I opened and took a bite of the apple pie. It tasted off so I went to look for the expiration sticker that I have come a custom to seeing. Except there is no sticker. But there was resin leftover from where the sticker use to be. At this point I realized my gut was right about what I saw a few days ealier.
This is my 2nd complaint. Last Saturday Dec 9th 2017 I stopped and purchased a coke and small onion ring. While waiting for my food. I saw a female employee with long dark hair tear a sticker from a pie box. Rolled the piece of paper between her fingers and threw it away. Taking me back to a few years ago where I purchased food and an apple pie from another burger king. I opened the pie and found green mold spots on the top crust. I returned it to the store manager. She handed me another pie and asked me open it in front of her, to make sure it wasn't moldy. That was it.
These situations that, just myself in the last few days have experience is very concerning. I also work in customer service. I understand the importance of treating your customers with the truth and their well being the up most importance. Very disappointed customer.
nasty staff and horrible sandwich

This afternoon (Monday December 11, 2017) around 12:30ish I went to grab lunch at the Burger King located on 14902 Puritas Ave, Cleveland, OH 44135. I did not have a good experience.
Very rude staff. I had to wait long for my food and when I got the BK Fish meal #14 that I ordered it looked terrible. My sandwich had nothing on it except a fish patty. No tartar sauce or lettuce.
Extremely disappointed.

bbq bacon whopper & farmhouse burger
I had just purchased a $20 order from Burger King in edwardsville, pa. I ordered the BBQ bacon whopper and received it with NO BACON? And my sister got the farmhouse burger and it didn't even have the egg on it... we are just very dissatisfied because the most important parts of our burgers weren't even provided. We could've saved money and got the regular whopper if that's what we wanted? We are very upset with the customer service at this location. Also had to ask for sauce twice because it wasn't provided.
Did you try returning the food with your receipt back to the location of purchase? Or have you tried calling the restaurant to explain the situation?

I went to newly remodeled burger king on side of freeway in corpus christi and placed my order and had 2 wait at least 25 minutes. After that i asked mgr to refund. She said ill take the food back. And refund u. I said give me my cold food and ill go. I think i should have got the food and money back. Manager needs replaced. She didnt even offer apology.

The size fry I got is a McDonald's kids fry. I have worked fast food in the past and I know it's not hard to read large and fill a container. Seriously not even half full. Two large Fry's I received might be equivalent to one med.
This is what you ACTUALLY get when you order a whopper from the Fort Oglethorpe, GA Burger King. I've also order from several other locations and pretty much they all look the same, This is not the first time, it is actually the norm. Yes, Looks can and will be deceiving. Guess TV makes the Whopper look much bigger.

I've been to the Burger King here in Fort Mohave Arizona about 7 to 8 times and I'm a very patient person and have given them a chance over and over and over again just keep thinking that it was going to get better the service is had been terrible the food is always greasy and wilted lettuce prepared really super sloppy I'm a big fan growing up at Burger King and it is the worst thing I've ever tasted we make fun of it when we drive by calling at Burger King Chuck but it's sad I've had to send food back there 3 times and I just never do that I'm not a type of person to complain but this place is horrible and needs help really bad the food is been just terrible

I ordered a 6 piece kids meal and 10 and onions rings the food was old and we got no sauce and no receipt and since they been open there never giving receipts...smh it's always something with this store...and also they ladies at the window kept handing out everything ordered 1 at a time and they also had poor customer service and dint know how to run a drive threw

I live a hour away and stopped for lunch to bring home on Sunday 2 pm, December 10th 2017. I went inside of the establishment and the customer service experience I was given was the worst I've ever had. Very rude. The whole order was wrong and I asked twice if they had the correct order. I am very upset and will be going viral with this. I demand a refund or my correct meal. I am very frustrated and upset with your establishment. I order the bacon and cheese whopper sandwich meal and changed the fries to onion rings and they forgot to give me the onion rings. We even had to sit outside and wait on our food. I tried calling for the past two days but it keeps saying all circuits are busy no matter what time I call. This is the east rome burger king in Rome, Ga 30161. 1313 Turner Mc Call Boulevard.

Im sick and tired of showing up to this Burger King and ordering food paying full price getting home and finding out that I got empty burger ir in this case chiclen sandwiche. Is this a CON because i hace pictures and I live in the area. Is this a vircus because clearly the owner if the burger king does not care Vout their customers that they allow their employees to swubdle their customers. But its ok because i plan to make this very specific Burger King famous on social media. Because im sick and tired of paying full price for half of the product. all outside lighting
We would like to visit our local Burger King at night, but all of the outside lights are out. It is too dark to see anything in the parking lot. Burger King would have more customers if the would fix this lighting problem because a lot of people are scared to go there after dark.
When they first opened it was a well lit area but not any more.
Will you please fix this problem.

frappe & hash browns
Frappe was overly sweet to much Carmel syrup. My hasbrowns were cold I requested NEW ones, waited 5mins to receive same hasbrowns luke warm. I believe they were redipped in grease. I also wanted to participate in the survey but both recipts I was given were missing the top # which is the 1st # you need to do the survey.Coincidence I don't think so.

There was a bug fried into my food. I don't know what else to say other than that but you require a minimum of three hundred and fifty characters to post my complaint so I will just keep typing whatever comes into my mind until I reach the three hundred and fifty character minimum requirement limit. I feel like complaining about this requirement limit now. Sheesh.

Went to Store Number 8758?in Virginia went home eat food drink drink and went to dump ice out in sink and seen filt and still have it here is the pictures! I will never eat there again and will make sure everyone knows called complaint Number still have never called me back I want someone to call me back or I will be contacting a lawyer this is filth and not fit for a animal to drink and I still have it
unethical behavior, food quality, and customer service
We walked in the Mooresville, NC location #4944 at 12:02 pm and ordered our food. We then had to wait for 30 min while other orders were being sent out. After 25 min of waiting I went to the counter to ask about my order which was #348 and the associate called #359. The associate Ashley then got an attitude with me when I asked and told me it would be out when it got out. After receiving our food we checked it for accuracy because I ordered a Whopper with cheese only Ketchup Pickles and Cheese. I noticed it had Mayonnaise on it instead of Ketchup. I then told the Team Leader about it and he got the problem fixed. I then watched the sandwich maker take a bun straight out of the bag and not toast it or anything and managed to make my sandwich on a cold untoasted bun. After she remade it I asked the cashier for a refund and she refused to give it to me.
