drive-thru unethical behaviour
I visited the Burger King located @ N Frontage Rd. Wisconsin Dell on the weekend of April 14th @ 9:45pm. I ordered a whopper and a rodeo burger. I paid for my food @ 9:46 pm, by 9:47pm I was being asked to pull forward and an employee would bring the food out to me. I advised the Manager or employee (Christina) if it was ok for me to wait as I don't have a customer behind me. Her response was No! and with out my permission she processed a refund in the total amount $14. & some change. After she processed the refund, she Threaten me by saying either I leave the business or she would contact law enforcement. With what Reason would she call law enforcement?
(Please check the drive thru camera and you will see first hand how I was professional and the way the Manager acted was unacceptable) After asking to speak with the Manager she proceeded to say (I'm the manager and you need to leave now before I call the cops! when I ask for what reason? her reply was cause you would NOT pull forward (Keep in mind @ 9:45pm the drive Thru was Empty) the Order Receipt will prove that the business was empty with no customer behind me (Drive Thru)
I've worked for BK in the past (Chicagoland Location @ the corner of Archer and Cicero) and under no circumstance should an employee tell a customer that law enforcement will be called for not pulling forward when no customers are waiting behind me...
A claim was summited via phone (Claim Number12941692) after 7 days I have yet to hear back from anyone...
I don't see how threating a customer for not pulling forward is acceptable?
How do you allow this kind of behavior?
Is this How BK runs operations?
If this happened to me, How many times has this happened to other Customers?
I URGE you to take matters into your own hands and discipline the employees as im currently summiting a claim via BBB.

I went though the drive-thru about 11:15 sunday night. I started my order and needed a minute to look at menu further to decide what else I wanted as I'm looking at the menu the lady taking my order is being very rude and asking me if I want anything else and then she very loudly and rude says hello so then I quickly tell her the last two items that I would like and then she says oh my God I was so surprised that she was being so rude and saying the things that she said I said excuse me and I told her never mind and I drove away. Y'all lost a customer because of her poor customer service and bad attitude the restaurant was not busy there was no reason for her to be so rude and trying to hurry me through the line if she does not enjoy her job or does not want to do a good job and maybe she should not be an employee there.

The women taking my order wasn't nice didn't say thank you, didn't tell me my total when I got to the window. She also didn't swip my card for my order and said that the system wasn't work. So I had to go down to Tim Horton's to get my breakfast. Just the a horrible drive thru experience I every had at burger kings. This need to get fix with better people fast

I was at the drive thru at the 21st and Amidon BK and "Margarita" was helping us. She told us this was her name when we asked. She was very rude and short with us when we were ordering our food, acted like she didn't want to do her job. Was also rushing us the entire time. Then proceeded to be on her cell phone while she was handing us our drinks and processing our payment with my debit card. We could even hear her yelling at another employee when they asked why she was on the phone. Very unprofessional and we will not be coming back to this location.

Visited the burger king in our town and after being rudely greeted by the employee over the intercom, I ordered a rodeo king burger, she told me they didn't have any onion rings. So I then had to change my order to a whopper with no onions, pickles or tomatoes. Also ordered a vanilla milkshake and was told that the ice cream machine was down. So I then pulled around to pay and I looked in the window to see that they had an entire frozen bag of onion rings. They were obviously just too lazy to cook them. Got my whopper and guess what. It had onions, pickles and tomatoes on it. Absolute worst experience and I more than likely will not be back because of the lazy staff members that apparently don't care about their job.
incorrect order
I visited the drive through at the Burger King located at 4 West 63rd Street on April 2, 2018 at 12:13 pm. I placed an order for a Whopper meal. I asked for a whopper with cheese, extra mayo and extra pickles, and I requested onion rings instead of French fries. My order number was 314. I assumed my order was correct because I was asked if I wanted the onion ring sauce in which I replied yes. When I got home I didn't have what I had ordered. I had two whoppers neither had cheese. There were no onion rings, onion ring sauce or French fries. However, I did have the drink. I called the restaurant and spoke with a young lady who then apologized and told me to keep my receipt and the next time I come she will give me the correct order. I informed her that I didn't know when I will be back that way and she assured me that she was going to put the copy of the receipt away so when I come back the cashier will be able to pull it and match it with my receipt. I wasn't able to come back to the restaurant until today, April 23, 2018. I called before I made the trip because I live close to 91st street and I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any issues. Unfortunately, there was an issue, the lady I spoke with told me she worked that day and she didn't get any complaints on that day. I asked her why would I lie about it she then proceeded to tell me that was over a month ago anyway. I then told her I wasn't going to argue with her about it and I told her thank you and I hung up the phone. That particular Burger King was my favorite. It's a Burger King much closer to me on Kingery but I went out of my way to patronize that particular Burger King. However, after the way the young lady handled that situation I won't be patronizing that Burger King anymore.

The burger king in prien lake rd in Lake Charles LA is a joke. No one goes there any longer cause the service is no where around! They mess orders up and seem bothered by you bringing it to their attention. I will no longer frequent that facility! I went yesterday morning, and was not surprised at all that the bun on my croissant was hard as a rock! I paid 8 buks for a meal and couldn't even eat it! hi, I m consumer from Batu pahat, I take away from burgerking with 2 cheezy fries. but the fries getting less, I ate at Kuala Lumpur before, that fries quantity can make consumer sastify. I brought many time of cheezy fries at Burger King Batu pahat and I feel so dissapointed to this, because it is getting less and less. hope that can make the changed. thank you

I bought a value fry at the Burger King in Hudson nh and I waited to get Home to eat it to find out that there was EIGHT French frys in the bag, I got ripped off and was a waste of my money I am very disappointed with this Burger King. I spent 2 dollars on 8 French frys the service here is always slow and takes forever to get my food. I will not be going to this Burger King anymore what a waste of koney

On my visit to burger king on 21/04/2018, at Crown Plaza Mall, Faridabad, I ordered a Veg Whopper and a medium Pepsi. While I was waiting for the order, i saw that i could have added french fries to my meal by just paying 11 INR more. However, the person who was taking the order didn't inform me about this. Moreover, on discussing this issue, i was told that the order has been processed and it could not be changed. I was so very disappointed by this service. Even though I ordered my favorite Burger King Whopper, i was not much satisfied with the service. I request you to kindly take action against this. As a customer, I was not at all satisfied with this gesture of Burger King Staff.
Please indemnify me with either the refund or coupons for further use at Burger King store.

It was apporxmantily 1:30 Am when we arrived to go threw the drive threw to get something to eat
The store manger (Brenna Heck) said they were closed and they closed at 1:00
The hours on the window said 2:00AM and we have stopped at this location previously and got something to eat at the same time frame
She said there's nothing I could do and she was closing the store
Point of the compliant is to stay true to your hours some nights are slower then others but constant pays off

This is the second time I have written to you about the Burger King on Fort Smallwood Road never got a reply the first time hope that I do get a reply this time because it is really getting bad They gave me fries small fries and believe me they were small fries and there were only 9 in the Box the cheeseburger bun was so stale I couldn't even eat it the soda taste like the tank was either dirty n not cleaned quite a while . I got breakfast there the other day and the Egg taste so bad even my dog wouldn't eat it The cheese I swear it look like it had mold on it I threw the whole package away everything please do something about this place it's been there for years my daughter work there when she was 15 years old and she is now 43. Hoping something will be done this time.

This week I stopped to try your new sour dough burger as it looked very appealing on your advertisements. I went thru drive thru, and as I parked to eat my burger, the bread was very slightly toasted. I went in to store and showed them my burger. They made another and it was only slightly toasted again. After spending $9 or so, I left very disappointed. I think your ad is not even close to the product served. I never make a complaint for products I purchase. But in this case I felt you need to know my dissatisfaction.

You're cashier at the window approximately 5:25 p.m this day April 20th is very rude. Asked about an ice cream cone. She says I dont have so i ask for an Sunday. She says I have to have ice cream for that. She never specified there wasnt ice cream. She need retraining because she has no good customer service skills. Its ridiculous to have such an attitude when it's her job. Someone needs to discipline her because I dont appreciate the attitude at all.

I used the drive thru at the burger king in BELTSVILLE, md on Baltimore ave ad I do most mornings...today though, Fri 4/20/18 it was about 230pm when I came thru...I asked for a large unsweet ice tea and 2 chocolate chip cookies...the tall young lady handed me my tea...I said could I have a cup of ice please, they didn't put ice in it...she looked at me for a minute and then left and came back with a baby coup of ice...I dumped the tiny bit in and said could I have another..., she said don't give that to me, throw it in the trash...I said no no, would you refill it please, that did nothing..she smirked and said no, we can't have that cup in here after you touched it...have a nice day...emphasis on nice...I said I wouldn't have to infringe my germs on you if I was given ice...but she had left the window...I drove off...my normal girls I have in the mornings are always so nice...even if there is a mistake (some of them always gave me sweet tea when I ask for unsweet)...well...I picked up one of the cookies to calm myself...hard as a rock! I am talking chunks of concrete with chips...i attempted to bite it..., ended up throwing it away.it just kind of thumped on the sidewalk..didn't even break...I doubt if birdies could peck it...I feel like I wasted my almost 4 dollars. There is no sense in this...plenty of folks need jobs...perhaps because this young lady dislikes her job and people so much she should work elsewhere not directly affiliated with people..hence customer service..because she failed at it miserably! Burger king is not cheap..., when i pay 2.94 for a large ice tea..make it worth it..if i want ice in my tea that should be my perogitive.., , she upset me and i was so nice...let me also mention i am a senior citizen...i didnt deserve her nastiness...I stop at this burger king almost every day on my way to work...

My son has been with burger king for nearly 3 years. During this time, he has been promoted to management, called in sick only twice, been very hard-working & extremely reliable. His possess outstanding work ethics! I went to pick him up from work at 1 o'clock today & he came out crying. He stated he had quit. He's is very fragile due to some extremely sad events that have taken place in his life the last few years. Some of his co-workers were bullying him & for days on end, he said nothing. Finally, he had had enough & gave it back. He got written up... They did not! Why is that!?!?! Also why is bullying happening in a work place? This is a place of employment not junior high school! He struggles with suicidal tendencies & extreme depression but no matter what, he has always taken his job very seriously & given his best performance every day! I am absolutely sickened that some 12 year old behavior has upset him to this level! That is disgraceful! Burger king has lost a very good asset! Perhaps it would be a good idea to teach your employees an adult behavior!

Every day I come here and there's always a group of drug addict hanging out in the same seats. Hogging up the space and talking loud and looking high on drugs...some of them nod out right there... I never see children in this McDonald's because I'm guessing mothers see what goes on in there and they see it's not an environment they want to bring their children to. You guys need to fix this issue and get these dope heads out of here.

Okay first of all I ordered the veggie burger combo which ate something which is [censor] Lee expensive in the first place. But then sure enough every like every other time I go through the drive-thru I get told to pull over and the bring it out to me okay I know you microwave the veggie burger so why in the hell do I have to pull up anywhere wait for it then it took 20 more minutes to get it finally and the reason why I think it took that long because she was waiting for the guys behind me food to be ready so she only have to walk her lazy [censor] out there once by the time I got my food it was cold how in the hell am I going to get a cold sandwich came out of the microwave. The onion rings were hard and cold there obviously cooked like a couple hours ago it was b******* ask her for salt at the window did not have it in the bag ask her before she walked back in she told me they didn't have any what the hell [censor]
Sounds like the Burger King on Fort Smallwood Road you couldn't get any closer.
rude loud obnoxious employees
I came in tonight around 8pm. The entire store was a disaster. Loud offensive music playing in the kitchen. The entire store reeked of marijuana. There is a limited amount of place to eat that are fast and friendly. This is the second time I have come in to the rudest managers I've ever seen. The 2 that were there were swearing and complaining the entire time. This is the last time I stop at this location. Unless you can get some new management at night.

SO I received an email Reply from the DISTRIC MANAGER Mike with out being supprised the service that was provided is exactly what he expects from his employees. I have no reason why to make things up that didn't occur. Why waste my time?... I want everyone to see how Mike "DM" feels about how the situations was handles.
When I originally spoke with mike over the phone Cell [protected] - He stated he understands why the manager treated me the way that she did is because of 3 teenage kids running naked in the establishment, one of the kids rubbed his Genital on the Manger and started to destroy the washroom.

I am following up on our last conversation and the final touches of
my investigation. I was able to pick up sound over the video yesterday
with different speakers and after hearing out your version of the events and
my employees version of the events and our drive-thru timing reports and our
transaction log lister; the evidence shows that they did ask you to pull
ahead right away ( which they shouldn't have; but they weren't pushy or rude
from what I hear) but the second time that they asked they had a car behind
you and another either ordering or behind that one ( which then would
justify asking a guest to pull ahead). They apparently told you that your
order was being cooked to order at that time of day, which is exactly what I
would expect of them at 9:45 at night. No one wants a sandwich sitting
around for hours served to them. At the time of the second request to pull
ahead, the time and transaction log lister was at 7 minutes, not the mere
minutes that you mentioned. I will also say that you've mentioned that
your 11-year-old son was sitting next to you. Yet, our record would
indicate a male voice was using terrible profanity towards my employees at
the drive-thru window and then again, a personal report confirms that that
language was used again the following morning over the phone with Kristina.
Sir, I was completely on your side until I heard the language that
corroborated my employee's reports. I also never once heard while looking
at three different views of the drive-thru window any foul language from my
two employees and the witness that over heard your conversation the
following morning also corroborates that no foul language was used by
Kristina over the phone but yelling and obscenities were used by you over
the phone despite her actions to try to diffuse the situation and remedy
your complaint.
Therefore, I kindly ask that you remove your complaint from
complaintsboard.com as this is not a true picture of the entire situation.
Failure to do so and I will feel obligated to defend my employees honor and
business's integrity by sharing the "other side" of the story. I will not
be sending out any free product cards or rewards for this type of behavior
to another human being. They appear to have served you with dignity and
respect, and that language used did not show human dignity or respect
towards them. Having been an employee of Burger King yourself, as
mentioned, I am certain that you would not want to be treated in this way.
NO employee deserves to have any profanity spoken to them in such a way over
a sandwich.
I apologize that this could not have been settled in a civil way and
that we may have lost your business; but I cannot idly stand by and condone
this behavior towards my employees.
Please consider this my last discussion on this topic.
