wrong food order
I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 of your new sourdough sandwiches. I specifically asked what came on the sandwiches and asked for one of them to not have bacon or onion. When I got to the window she asked me if I had lemonade to drink and I told her no that I asked for Dr. Pepper. She walked away after handing me my bag of deserts and food and asked another girl to get me my drink. I checked the bag to ensure my desserts were there and my fries and I drove away. I come home to find that the sandwiches I ordered were completely incorrect. We were given some sort of double cheeseburgers instead of the sourdough sandwiches. We just had a baby 3 weeks ago so I can't just drive back to the location and have it fixed. I have never been more disappointed because I paid $21 for them to screw up my order. The drive-thru screen was correct when I placed my order so someone really messed up. I only went to Burger King for the new sourdough sandwiches and would have chosen somewhere else had I known there was going to be a mishap. I would like someone to contact me in regards to my order because I am extremely angry and disappointed.

He Burger King located on 501 S. Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is not well ypkept at all. One of the doors was locked, so I had to walk halfway aroind to the other side just to enter. The parking lot and grass has trash everywhere.No outside ashtray so cigarette butts are all over the place. The windows were not clean and very streaky. The floor had looked as if it hasn't been swept all day. There evenbwas one of gloves that employees wear on the floor close to the men's room and hadn't been picked up. The restrooms were horrifying. Looked and smelled as if they weren't cleaned in a long time. I chose not to eat here because of all this. If they dont care about the store, then to me;why would they care about their food. I will not be returning here until changes are made. Not a good look for a franchise that very popular!

Order #83 at the location of 3109 Route 38, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 on 4/26/2018 was taken in the drive through at 8:25 Pm And was not received until 8:48. There were only two cars in front of me the entire time, there were no customers inside the store, three employees standing at the window when I pulled up to get my order and they were laughing! The manager offered me a soda when I asked, " why does it take so long to prepare fast food?" Of course I didn't accept ut. If I wanted a soda, I would have ordered one! He thought it was hilarious that I waited 23 minutes for two burgers! Well i find that a disgrace and poor management makes for poor employees and loss of customers! I just thought you should be aware!

I went to the burger king located on irving park And Narragansett store # 6358 and the manager was very rude i ask her that i wanted my whopper fresh of the broiler and she said didnt want to do my order fresh she was ignoring my request and being very unprofessional her name is danielle i dont think a manager should treat customers the way she was doing at the register she had a mess in the ground also of fries very dirty floor dont think ill be going to that burgerking restaurant again!

I have put in an application several times a guy named cody said there was 2 positions on evening shift and 1 on day shift when i spoke with Brenda 4/26/2018 she said she wasn't going to hire me because i only had 1 job contact down and i tried to explain but she got rude when i asked who her boss was and a phone number an she gave me a name jeff birdmen but refused to provide me a number an hung up on me. I was told several months ago i would be hired my application was put on top of the stack an i know several people that have been hired since. I tried to explain i draw disability an have for about 10yrs that's why there is only 1 job contact down and she mentioned a background check an i have a felony but i know several people that has a lot of felonies that have been hired and have the same charge so i feel that i am being discriminated against for some reason and am going to speak with a lawyer if something isn't done please contact me about this situation my number is [protected] or email me [protected]@gmail.com thank you for your attention

I'm sorry but tonight I went to Burger King and I really got annoyed. Went to drive thur long line which was fine but after almost 10 mins I started to get a little irritated. Finally got to the window and the worker never acknowledged me and after 3 mins I had to yell hello, and no response and I know he heard me bUt again no acknowledgement. Finally after yelling again he looked at me yell wait my machine is not working and just the way he said it I said [censored] you and drove away because all he had to do when I Got to the window was to acknowledge me and tell me give me a minute there's something wrong with my machine and I would've been OK with that and waited but no his attitude sucked and I left because I don't need that service or that attitude!
complaint about your build up
I went to the forest park, ga 30297 franchise, located next to the Chik fil A on Jonesboro rd., I wanted to try your new, so called going to best chik fil a sandwich, they did not have any buns for the sandwich. I will never go to kfc, again. Though, one of my fondest memories was when my parents took me to see true grit, the movie, in 1970 at the drive inn and we took a bucket of kfc. Shame on your brand
compliment meal for bus drivers
On April 24, 2018 at about 1:45 p.m. I pulled my bus into the lot with about 40 students at the BK at 824 E.Innes Av., Salisbury, N.C.
I requested a drivers compliment driver, the clerk referred to the manager for permission and the manager replied to the clerk in a rude manner '15%' she's black, about 30, size 18-20.I replied that drivers always eat free at other BK's, she ignored me and repeated 15% to the clerk, I felt embarrassed. She lacked professionalism in her manner & dialogue.I'm an Academy Lines bus driver, dressed neatly and acted cordially, and I wish someone would address her of this matter so that she doesn't repeat it again

free whopper promo
For the third time i have been to the local Burger King and have tried to fill out the survey for the whopper offer to only find out that the receipt had once again not been printed with all the proper info to complete the online form. The manager had no explaNation for it nor could he help me submit a form for a free whopper... So is this just a.joke or is there maybe something else goin on at this particular BK that maybe corporate doesnt know about. Either way it has gotten under my skin after 3 times to complain about it. I really do enjoy the burgers and have been a life long nation wide customer.
Some locations should be under more scrutiny and ever watching eyes as i feel alot of loyal customers as myself are derailing due to locations such as this one and crossing the street to other burger places and most of them are just crap as i have tried but refuse to ever go back.

what happened to customer service going the extra mile for the customer
I've been using this Burger King coupon for I don't know how long every month and I go to this different Burger King or Litchfield off a Van Buren in Goodyear Arizona I got denied tonight to use my coupons because I wanted to switch my chicken from original to spicy which I always do! I'm really sad and disappointed because I really wanted that meal! :(

They employees at night are very rude and don't want to sell what's on the menu! I asked for 5 ten piece nuggets and they told me they wasn't selling fried products and that they were only selling burgers... They answer the speaker with attitudes and don't answer the questions that you ask them... This is the second time I done went there and got this kind of treatment from them and this only comes from the night crew! The employees in the day time are very nice and respectable and give you good service. I will not be going back to Saint Francisville Burger King at night again!

My order consisted of 2 cheesburgers, a #1 no pickles extra mayo large size, a bacon king meal with a chocolate shake. This order was placed thru the drive thru... When I pulled up to the window I noticed the attendant getting the drinks together and went to hand them to me, I told him that my order had a chocolate shake not vanilla, he was upset that he had to make another, my 2 cheese burgers were hamburgers, my #1 meal like I always order it extra mayo no pickles (because I do not like pickles) was loaded with pickle and no mayo (I guess dyslexia set in at this point)... The bacon king was so full of pickles my wife just threw it out. When you work late and need to grab a quick meal for your family all you want to do is get home eat it and relax... It does not take rocket science to take an order and someone else make the food. And have to pay 23.00 for an order that is not what you wanted... Disappointing to say the least. The chocolate shake was horrible way to much syrup... People who care should have these jobs, not someone who just goes to get a paycheck at the end of the week. The only items that were eaten were the fries and the hamburger. The rest tossed out... What a waste of 23.00 could have put that to better use.

The lady at the woman was so rude to me, I was trying to pay for my food but was looking for my card and the lady stated to me, I'm on a timer hurry up woman. I said don't speak to me like that. First off never had a problem before but I came threw one night they got my order wrong in drive Thur I come in to tell them I missing a sandwich n a vaule Fri n she swear down she put it in the bag but it was still up there I was looking at she smelled like the cigarette she was smoking at the baby door when I was order (do there for I Kno she didn't bag the food) and she also had to be drinking on the job cause I smelled that threw the cigarette smell I love this blunt but the manager Ollie I think I smelled that right need to control her attitude if she going to be a manager
receiving a day old tasting sausage biscuit at 6:30 in tbd the morning.
I past four Sonic Drive In's, two McDonald's, two Jack in the Box, one Whataburger, one Braums and one Chick Filet and a countless number of donut shops that also serve breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately I decided to stop at Burger King on 544 in Wylie, Texas. At 6:30am I had expected to get a fresh, out of the oven sausage biscuit. 15 minutes later when I arrived at work I was shocked to find what I believe was a nasty day old biscuit with day old sausage. It was soggy and pastey. The sausage had on old grease taste. When I went out to my car to retrieve the receipt there was not one in the bag.
The fact that I have such a large choose of fast food places to stop along my 35 mile drive to work you can believe Burger King will no longer be one of them.

This is a fairly new store... Keep hoping it will get better over time... It has gotten worse! In drive-thru for 26 min getting a whopper jr. When I got to the window they had no clue what my order was... You never deal with just 1 person... The 1st one asks what your order is and walks away.. Then someone else comes to the window... Then they leave looking for your order and another worker comes to the window... This has happened about 5 times in the last 3 weeks... I am a patient person... But... I am done... This is ridiculous... So many people working... And none know what is going on? Where is management? Do they know?... One guy behind me was honking his horn cussing... Another.. Who already paid just squealed out of the lot without his order... There were 2 cars in parking lot so they weren't busy inside... Please do something before you have no business left at all!

Yeah I recently tried putting app out at Burger King 72nd blondo they called me Whitey they wouldn't hire me and the GM is Jeanette Mitchell Cummings and she is screwing this white lady over manager idk her name but she's not getting hours they called her honky and they are accusing her stealing money when I saw the woman is was a black lady named Ashley
Anyway the GM won't hire nobody white shes trying to get rid of them slack their hours and that is racial discrimination and I will file a law suit

My order was not to my satisfaction, my two double whoppers with cheese were cold and half done and my two large fries weren't extra crispy like I asked.I want a replacement meal for services.Also I looked for my receipt and it wasn't in my bag, tried calling but was told I needed my receipt but told there wasn't one in my bag so they said they couldn't do anything.As a customer, I think that was bad business treating me that way.I didn't want a refund just my meal corrected.What's going to be done about this issue, please let me know something ASAP.

Over the weekend I walked into your establishment and experienced a tragic altercation between a MANAGER and an employee. I was able to receive her name from the store manager Ms. D. Your Manager Ms. Blue was outrageously disrespectful, rude, and down right demonic towards her employee. Someone with kind of statue should never have been hired as a manager to begin with. She called her"ugly" in front of 10 or more customers. And then proceeded to dismiss her off of the floor & told her to go and cry in the bathroom. If that was my establishment I would present the kind of "customer service" I asked for during interviews. Not only was she unaware of her employees feelings, but she didn't give not ONE thought about her customers she was negatively entertaining. I wanted to give her a peace of my mind but unfortunately I decided to write my frustrations in an email. I will NEVER order food from that location ever again if she is the one processing, packing, or preparing my food. Evil will not rub off her greasy, unclean, and unprofessional fingers into my lunch.
