original chicken sandwich
Norfolk, Nebraska. I stop for a chicken sandwich even though 75% of the time it's poor quality but this time takes the cake. The chicken was completely black the bun rock hard and the fries tasted like they have been sitting out over night. Worst fast food I've ever had. I wouldn't even give it to a dog. The only time you get fresh food their is to go over the lunch hour. Poor management and workers.

I'm a loyal customer of BK and order the same thing every time. Today I was utterly disappointed with the meal I received at the Burger King in Daveport Florida. I order the number 13 chicken fries and a spicy chicken jr.! The spicy chicken sandwich tasted odd and very different from usual but I thought nothing of it and moved on the my chicken fries . To my surprise they were literally burnt and tiny. They looked like thin burnt nuggets. It was ridiculous. I don't even know who would sell these. It looked like the crispy parts left at the end of the fry pan. I can understand if they were running low but then give me the option to choose something else. I'm upset I spent 10 dollars on a meal that wasn't edible. The only reason I didn't go back is because I'm a couple miles away and was already in my comfort clothes ready to eat my food. It would of been a huge Inconvenience if I had to go back. I'm so disappointed and will not be returning to BK unless this is made right.
missing product
This is the second time within a month that I've ordered burger king for my lunch. I don't eat out often, but I wanted to treat my family with something quick and tasty for lunch. BOTH times in this past 30 days, I ordered nuggets. BOTH times, I received no sauces for my nuggets. I specifically even ordered extra sauce so we could dip our fries as well. I'm not one to complain, but it's quite ridiculous that something so simple but crucial can be forgotten. I worked in fast food for 5 years, so I get it. Things happen and people make mistakes, but please please please, double check the orders before sending them out the window. I should've known better than to leave without checking the bag, but I really shouldn't have to. Thanks for your time.

I ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits in the drive thru at 6am. I was told that the biscuits had another 7 minutes to bake, so I was asked to wait. I waited 15 minutes until I had to walk in to find out where my food was and it was still not ready. It took a total of 28 minutes to finally get my food. This is exactly why I stopped going to McDonald's, and now Burger King has the same issues.

First of all theamager spoke to me and my fiance like we were some under educated get friends of hers. Second of all she was rude. We went thru the drivthu of burger King, Hiram ga around 10:35 pm on 6-15-2018. We ordered three meals, one of Wich was the bacon king combo. Well upon receiving my order I checked it and it only had the peices of bacon. Well we were instructed to drive back around and wait in line again. So we complied and once to the window we spoke to an employee and the took the burger back and piled a handful of bacon crumbs on the now cold burger and gave it back. We then asked for the manager and when she walked up to speak with us she propped up on the window and spoke like she was leaning on a bar top talking to some ghetto friends. We spoke with her about the burger and the amount of bacon that was on it. She then claim that they only put four peices on there bacon king. But the proper way to make that burger is with 8 peices of bacon. So she told us they would make a new one. When we finally received it 25 min had passed since she told us that so by now it is almost 11:20 pm. And once again I inspected the burger yet only to find out I just paid almost 9 dollars and sat there for almost an hour and still only got four peices of bacon. And so by this time the other two meals are cold and w had sat in burger King parking lot so long and was so distraught at everything we couldn't even eat. So it was either eat cold burgers or drive home and microwave them. Now if we wanted microwave burgers we would have stayed home. Now my total meal was almost 28 dollars for food we couldn't even eat. Now I'm asking that someone please look in to this situation for I am very unhappy with the whole situation. And another thing. I want to point out there was several people standing and waiting in there cars for food also and they couldn't get any of there orders correct either. And I also wanna point out that the gentleman running the drivthu winow and the gentleman running food outside to customers were very friendly and respectful. drive-thru experience
BK has more flavor, etc. But this one, there were two cars ahead of us at the drive-thru. The one sat at the order thing for 17 minutes. The next car went and ordered right away and the both went to pick up their food from the window. It took 33 minutes for the same car to leave the pick up window. Meanwhile the line behind us grew and grew. We were at the food order thing and NO one took our order. Cars behind us were blasting their horns, etc. Finally the guy who held up everyone twice went and parked to the side so they could bring him his food, Problem is? Was too narrow for two cars.. the holded up time guy and the guy before us. By this time everyone was going on as if it was WWII, Everyone behind us wanted to exit since they were sick of waiting but they could not get thru... so more honking and swearing took place. But finally the quick guy ahead of us was able to move up and grab his food. But they still never asked what we wanted. Then everything happened. The guy finally was brought his food from inside to where the slow guy was and everyone was waiting to turn onto Telegraph during rush hour. Then the guy ahead of us moved and STILL no one came and took our order, So my caregiver said screw it and started to move up from where we were to exit the place. We quickly verved to the food pick up window to place our order and to get our food, Then the girl behind the counter started YELLING at us, yes YELLING saying we had to wait our turn, she could not accepted new orders at the window, and if we wanted to get some food we would have to pull around again and start all over.
salted caramel shake (allegedly)
I traveled to the BK Store 10243 on Broad St. in Salamanca NY a few days ago. Ordered a Salted Carmel Shake at drive thru, as I was on my way home back to Erie. After driving about 20 miles down the road, I tasted the shake. It was just a plain shake, there were no chocolate pieces or pretzels in it, as advertised. I feel like I got ripped off. I could not go back as I was on the interstate and it would have taken me around 40 miles out of my way. I paid $2.89 for this useless shake. I don't know if the workers had no idea how to make this shake or what. Very disappointed.

Went to BK for a cup of ice. Guy on the speaker told me a large cup of ice was $2.00. Oh, ice is $2! Ended up he said $.54...after he had to ask someone. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes. Pulled up he said $24.--...i said no I'm the ice. They handed me a small cup of ice. WTH...this BK is so poorly run. Because it is close to my house I keep trying...no onion rings...no catsup...get a team in thete that has more than a 2nd grade education and zero social skills.

Today myself my wife and our 2 year old son and 5 year old son where flying from Palma airport in Majorca.
We decided to purchase some chucking wings from the Burger King at the airport after waiting a while for them I received them upon biting in to one I realised that the outside was cooked and the inside was still frozen solid.
Fortunalty it was myself that tried them first as if it was one of my sons that would not of realised and could have been seriously ill.
Upon realising this I took them back to the counter where I told the girl behind the counter who last at me and walked of the next thing a man I believe to be the manager came round. And was surprised when I told them I didn't what fresh once I wanted my money back I can't give you an order number as he took my receipt and put it in the bin but I paid by card so I have a bank statement to show my purchase. I think it needs sorting before someone is seriously il from this.

I ordered two 20 piece chicken nuggets. I was told that I had to wait for the nuggets to cook. Fifteen minutes later when my number was called, I noticed that my food was not hot and one order was very visibly old. I waisted time waiting for cold nuggets and I was also cheated out of my food, 16 nuggets in one bag and 14 nuggets in the other. When I complained to the manager, he refunded my money and told me there was nothing else he could do for my inconvenience. So no comp meal, no remaking my order, just INCOMPETENCE from employees and a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. First of all just for doing a survey, you get a free sandwich, so for the manager to tell me sorry I can't do ANYTHING ELSE for you is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. With this formal complaint I'm expecting to get several complimentary meals for my inconvenience and for the lack of empathy from the manager for wasting my time and cheating me out of my food. delay store open and reject customer!
I want to compaint one of burger king store at 213-215 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY 10458, which always delay openning everyday.
On June 14th 2018, I went to there not open yet until 7:20am, the door man open the door, but the manager rejected customers to get in, and said they have to close the store without expaination!
Very terrible service and more terrible experience at there!
But I am still burger king fans who always eat breakfast 5 days a week. This store is closest one to me, no chice...

Today, I went to the Burger King located in Alamosa, CO. I placed an order for two cheeseburgers, a small fry, and a small coke. The lady rushed me through my order and told me to pull up to the first window of the drive through. Since I was being rushed, I could not complete my order (which was for no mustard to be added to my burgers). When I asked the lady at the window if they could leave out the mustard on my burger, she told me that they could not change my order because it was already sent back to the cooks. I asked her if they could remake them without the mustard because I am highly allergic to mustard seen. She told me that they cannot remake the order because they have been "wasting" to many burgers, and that I would have to take them as they are. With my allergies, I absolutely cannot eat mustard. At Burger King, your motto is "Have it your way." Why did this employee tell me that I had to pay for a burger that I will not be able to eat? If I were to have eaten that burger, I would have had an immediate allergic reaction. Since she could not make my order the way I needed it to be made, I drove off and told her I did not want anything. This cost the company $ 20 and also the food that has now been wasted. I should sue this franchise for telling me that I have to take the burgers that have mustard on them because she didn't want to waste the food. ARE TWO CHEESEBURGERS WORTH A PERSONS LIFE? I don't think so. Burger King obviously does not value their customers.
Regardless of you being "rushed" or not, speak up and tell them you don't want mustard; especially if you're allergic. Don't blame them because you're too afraid to give your complete order.
molded bread in breakfast ordered from burger king
On Tuesday May 22nd, I ordered breakfast from Burger King at 2256 Ambassador Caffrey Parkway, Lafayette La. with mold on the bread. I was told that someone was going to contact me about this matter, but never did. So it seems to me that serving molded bread is not much of an issue to Burger King, nor checking dates on the products their selling. Attached is a sickening photo of the molded bread. The public really needs to be aware of this disgusting type of operation!

Every time i come to this location there is always items missing from my order! Mother of 4 so on my 30 min. Lunch break i run my kids some lunch.. Once again today i go by. Drive thru at the, Lincoln ne Havelock location, the girl at the window broke the lid on one of the drinks and still tried to hand it to me.. I asked for a new lid. Then hands me a kids meal bag and 2 others.. I said Is this everything. She says YES.. I believe her my own mistake!.. i drive all the way home and am missing a chicken sandwich.. And the fries looked like they were dumped in the bag! So i call the location to speak to someone the phone rings for 2 min straight work no answer! For almost $10 a meal you'd think they would double check what going In the bag!.i know lunch hour is a busy time but come on get it together not everyone has time to run back and forth.. Now how do i get reimburse for my time and $?

overcharging, and lying about it...
I got to store # 9865 every morning at 710am, I purchase a sausage biscuit and a sweet tea .. I was told when I was over charged that this was the new price and the manger would be taking the signs down and she tells me she's the manger. I clearly got their today the sign are still up . I purchase my regular breakfast and I'm charged the correct price. This is not the 1st time someone new has lied to me and thinks it's ok. They just built a chick filet new to the buger king I'm going to start going there to try it out to may things going on at store # 9865 .
burnt burger patties
Bought this double cheeseburger for my daughter at Burger King On Davis St San Leandro CA. The burger patties were burnt and they had no problem serving it to customers. I've had many complaints about this place in the past, about their customer service and their food. Most of the time the food is not fresh. I only come here because it's the only drive thru fast food place close to my house. Worst Burger King ever.
all of the food i've ordered!
I have been there several times this month. The burgers I got every time we're just thrown together. They looked absolutely disgusting. The cheese was hanging halfway off of one and the ketchup and mustard was in the center of the bun not spread around and there was very little. On the other burger I ordered no ketchup and add mayo, there was so much mayo it literally covered the wrapping and just covered the entire burger on the top of the bun. I wish I would have taken a picture to show. On top of all that I went back and ordered a whopper, it didnt look to bad but it tasted a little funny. I was hungry so i finished it probably not even 15 mins later after eating the burger I threw up and was sick for the rest of the afternoon. So i decided to give this place one last chance. I went today and ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets because I was tired of the crappy burgers the chicken nuggets were even worse! I'm pretty sure they gave me old chicken nuggets. They were cold and when I tasted them that had an awful taste and I threw them away. I won't be back to Burger King again not for a while until I get enough courage to try again. Hopefully burger king's corporation will handle this matter. Possibly send someone through the drive thru and see for yourself how disgusting this place has become.
$0.79 sausage biscuits
I get breakfast almost every morning and I have officially stopped getting the $0.79 sausage biscuits as of today because more than half the time the biscuits are old and hard I do not have time to get out of my car and go inside and complain every time this happens because I have to get to work you can tell that they've been made in bulk and left it sit there which I think is completely unacceptable very disappointed

me and my went to burger king #11437 on 6-9-18 at5:02 p.m . my wife order a bacon king and it wasn't done right when the sandwich out the second time it was the wrong sandwich. staff said they would make a new sandwich we waited over 30 mins for my wife sandwich and it was not made at all. we asked for our money back and the staff wanted to argue with us.
