Burger king store 9823 is out of date. The ceiling is leaking in 2 places, the floor is unlevel, the urinal hasn't worked since at least September, the managers have emoloyees text or call other employees regarding schedule changes etc. Many people won't even go there. There is no light in the playroom. The employee's are treated terribly if they aren't management's favorite. It needs work and no one seems to care.

I am regular customer of Burger King and stay in Noida Near Delhi- India.
Last Wednesday I had visited your one of the Outlet in Sector 29, Bitonical Garden Noida - India. That experience was horrified.
Waited a long and when my Terms comes for the Order the Outlet Manager Anand had just shut the Counter on My Face, also we made him request by he was not listening anything.
I had just said that you are spoiling the name of the Nice brand but he said You do whatever you wants to do. Even he comes out when I shouted and scream
I was shocked to see that burger king guys can be behave like this.
My Only concern is please just terminate or throught that type of employee from you system, otherwise you will be loosing your credibility and plz make them learn that how to behave, talk and above all mannerism.
Please look into it.
Your response will guide me that whether I have to to enter in Burger King next time or not?

store not open at 7:30 am, est
I went to store before my work time and two kids on bikes sitting outside the restaurant waiting for the manager to get there and let them in so they could start to work and its 7:30am this morning 5/10/19. The store is suppose to be open for business at 6:00am. This has happened 3 other times, sara was the manager and she kept oversleeping. She is no longer there yet it still goes on. I had to stop traffic at the drive thru and alert people no one was there so they didn't sit there waiting to be greeted. I also went by there after a baseball game at 9pm on may 2, 2019 and someone was in the drive thru telling people they were short staffed and wasn't servicing anyone. This is beyond ridicules.
I want to make sure these two boys that were there - dedicated employees getting to work on a bike get paid for their wasted time sitting there in the parking lot. They took video to prove they were there and I took a picture of them as well to have proof.
I want someone to call me back and someone to get to the bottom of this store situation. I want to be compensated for the return service I try to give and obviously do not get back in return.
It should be very easy to see when this is occurring by the alarm report you would get when they open the doors in the morning and have to turn off the alarm. Adt or whoever you have could get this for you easily.
I am a service manager for a large company for the past 11 years.

We would like to buy our meal at 22:45 on 6th May 2019. When I tried to go in the store and one of Burger King staff showed us the time that the restaurant already closed but that was 22:50, and the time schedule showed the restaurant should be closed at midnight. After I observed they already cleared up the restaurant and seen the restaurant ready to close at 23:00 but how come the time schedule showed the restaurant closed at midnight? Totally unacceptable, please follow and feedback, thank you.

Stopped in at Burger King on Mullan Avenue in Post Falls Idaho on a whim to order dinner for my children, husband, and I when the person at the window whose name is Rebecca informed me in a very snotty voice. The next time I plan to order that much food I need to call in advance. Why when I've seen school buses full of kids pull in on game nights?

I'm so disgusted to hear that Burger King is making a burger to please the Islamic people, who are not American. If Islamic people want to live in America, then I suggest they adapt to American ways, if they cannot, then they should go back to their country.

On Tuesday May 7th at approximately 8:50 pm I had a unfortunate encounter with a manager at my local store (burger king store #5739. Im taking this time to report this because its a ongoing thing at this location. Im a regular customer and came in this evening and ordered my usual meal, However last 2 times ive came my order was poorly put together and also cold. This time I asked to speak to the manager to just mention the issue and see if I could maybe get my cheese comped out of good faith... Emily the manager was called from the back came up with an obvious attitude that she had to get up out her chair in the office and asked me if I called, I let her know calling about the order doesnt always workout because the phone will be busy and ppl simply dont answer. She told me in a round about way she doesnt care at all and nothing needs to be done. Just rude and short and walked away... this isnt the first tome with her and I do not like doing this type of thing but its Rediculous, Im a Regular customer and feel as if my business should be appreciated. Its not the fact she didnt give me the free cheese, Its the principal. At no point in time did she even try to apologize it was deal with it and back to her office to her phone. I don't want anything free, but at the same time I or my family will no longer go there in the evening, Mcdonals is directly across the street. Sad I had to take 20mins out of my night to even write this. Hopefully someone can let her and her workers Know Politeness and Courtesy is FREE and goes along way.

I went to the Burger King in Hartselle, Alabama and ordered a whopper at the drive-thru. When I got back home and opened the package, the whopper was dressed only in tons of mayonnaise, lettuce, pickles and onion. There were tomatoes and no ketchup. Since the whopper is what I would consider a "standard" product for Burger King, I can't imagine how or why this would have happened. Also, because it is a "standard" product, a customer who simply orders a Whopper would expect that it would have all of the condiments on it unless the customer specifically asked that some be left off. I did not ask for any condiment to be excluded. Since this is the only Burger King in my small hometown, I visit there frequently. However, now I will either have to continue going and literally open up my order and check it before I leave the window or not go to Burger King at all. I paid for a product that I did not receive. I couldn't eat it as prepared and I threw it away.

I ordered a sandwich at the stevensville, michigan location at 4:45pm on 5/6/19 and upon recieving my order, I opened the wrapper to see "[censored] you tatiana" written in black grease pen on the inside of my sandwich wrapper. When I handed it to the manager, he took it and walked in back and said nothing. No apology, nothing.
I will not be returning to this, or any other burger king location unless this is addressed. I find it offensive and frankly I question the quality of the food that comes from a location where this behavior occurs.

On Saturday night, May 4, 2019, we encountered an unfortunate series of experiences at the Burger King restaurant located at 3747 Rosecrans Street, San Diego CA 92110.
1. Above the drive-in menu were two signs telling us to enjoy a frozen strawberry lemonade. That sounded very good. But when we attempted to order that in addition to the two Whopper Juniors, the person at the other end of the speaker sullenly told us that they didn't have any Strawberry Lemonade. We ordered regular lemonade instead.
2. The price computation on the screen showed two Whopper Juniors and the Lemonade for a little over $5.00. But when we got up to the window, the clerk told us that the amount was around $7.50. I asked about the disparity and was informed that there were other cars in line, so I must have read the screen wrong.
3. The lemonade received was primarily sugar water with very little lemon flavoring.
4. The Whopper Junior sandwiches had lots of mayonnaise which masked any flavor of the meat.
5. The attitude of the clerk was not the best. He offered no realistic explanation and displayed a sullen demeanor.
By contrast, I went to a Jack-in-the-box today, got exactly what I ordered from a smiling clerk, and was totally satisfied.
This speaks of very poor management at that Burger King, and we won't be going back to it. Since that restaurant is a block away from a psychiatric facility, it makes us wonder if that's the source of your employees.
Please investigate.

On May 3rd 2019 my children and I went to Burger King in saint Paul on Grand and I had the worst service and your bird or the product was crappy and I spent a good amount of money like 30 bucks to get nothing I really wanted or ordered I had to wait over 45 minutes to get to four piece chicken nuggets and chicken fries I didn't get the right kids menus that I ordered the food was disgusting there was a homeless man sleeping in your bathroom and the officer came in and asked my 11-year daughter to go in and check if there's a child in there and I was very disrespectful

May 4, 2019 around 2:30 a.m around closing time I went to Burger King on 8 street to order some food I got to the drive thru and began to order my food according to the cashier in the window they where out of hamburgers so I went and ordered chicken sandwiches and fries and asked for it to be fresh got to the window there was poor customer service the cashier was on her phone talking to the cooks and was ignoring every bit of what I had to say my order was totally wrong and messed up and had ripe tomatoes I nicely asked could it be fixed and they did the opposite never will I ever visit Burger King on 8 street again

I went through my local Burger King drive thru at 9:30 at night on May 3, 2019 and ordered a 9 piece of Chicken Fries got home to eat them and they were dried up and old and very inedible. Couldn't go back because my daughter was sleep. Tried calling call the store and got no answer, them attempted to do the survey the site said they had enough feedback for now. Now I wasted my money and there is no one to correct the issue. It's very horrible that the store 470 on dreher lane Little Rock Arkansas would even sell a product from your company looking like this. And I'm highly dissatisfied because I had nothing to eat because of this poor service!

Tonight I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets when I got home they were hard as a rock!
I'm always having problems at this location and I'm tired of calling so I decided to go up there this time and show them the product. And don't get me wrong they always make it right by giving me fresh product every time I have to go up there, the point is I'm wasting my gas and time and I don't even get to sit down and eat with my family because there's always a problem with the food. I stopped going to this location because of this and I thought I'll just give them another chance... big mistake!
The manager on duty told me" If your always having problems then you should check your food before you leave or request as soon as you walk in that it be made fresh!" Seriously, I shouldn't have to check my food to see if it's fresh before I leave... it should be done correctly the first time. He proceeded to tell me "it's not like we're back here eating the food, so it's hard for us to tell if it's hard or not!" So I told him I'm sure you guys have timers that let you know when it's time to throw away the food when it's been sitting too long, his response to that was "our timers don't always work! Like I said next time you can come tell them right away you just want all your food made fresh and then you don't have to worry about it!" I could not believe I was being treated this way I am a manager myself and that is poor customer service to its finest.
I provided with the time and date of the incident so this issue can be addressed properly. It breaks my heart to say this because the Whopper is my favorite burger... however I don't see myself going back to this location anytime soon. I'm a very busy person and I don't have time for this nonsense... Thank you for your time.

I went to the burger king on summit ave in greensboro nc store165. I waited 40 minutes to get to the window. The store was not bussy at all. Thats just not good business at all total disregard for the customer waiting and burning gas. If the employees at this location dont want to do the job thair thay should look elsewhere for employment. Burger king should seriously look into this before they lose valuable customers by just plain lazy employees and bad customer service.

I am an American citizen living in Mexico and you should be informed that the Aguascalientes Burguer king franchise is completely unsupervised (there are 2 in Aguascalientes, the one up north is fine, the one located at the south side is the subject of this complaint). They took 24 minutes to have my order ready when I was the only customer there - now I know why- the ice machine was not working so we had to drink HOT soda and even after I reported the malfunction they continued to sell drinks without warning the customers. People in Mexico don't fill out complaints at all, they just stop going. I hope you take care of this matter. Who ever owns this franchise has no idea of how a business should be handled.

On April 27th 2019, At approximately, 11 PM while heading home from an event, I stopped by the Burger King drive thru located at 16504 E Admiral Pl, Tulsa, OK 74116. All the lights were on, the drive thru was open and the screen was lit.
I went to the drive thru and waited to be served. After 1 minute and no response I drove to the window for service. As I pulled up I could see two people thru the window and when they say me they dropped down behind the counter and we're hiding from me. I was shocked. I checked the business hours posted on the window and it clearly said "Open til 12:00 Midnight.
I sat there for another 30 minutes when I knew I was not going to be helped I just pulled off. Drove a mile down the road and was pleasantly served by a local Mc Donald's that was happy to take my money. I'm not sure why this Burger King didn't want to serve me. I have been a life long Burger King customer and even worked at one as a teenager. The food has always been one of my favorites and this is my first disappointing experience. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm not sure when I will choose to eat there again. I can guarantee I will never eat at that location again...ever. I don't want anything from you, I just wanted you to be aware how disheartening the was.
i did try and call the actual location but the manager David, was "busy" and was suppose to call me back. he never did.
