On June 6 2019 at 9:45 pm I arrived at Burger King (# 50259 ) . As soon as I pulled into the drive-thru I was told there computer was frozen and they could not serve anyone. This happened approx 3 weeks earlier at the same location around the same time. Why? How can a business just close down in a busy area like that?
After I left that Burger King I headed to the next one at 1920 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy which is store # 6508. My order was taken immediately at the drive-thru but after paying at the window we sat for over 20 minutes! No one came and said why we were sitting there or even why nothing was going on in the store. I finally waved someone down to find out the problem and was told that there were only 3 employees total in the store working. I saw 2. They had had several call-outs. The manager was Jarad and he may have been doing the cooking but nobody was telling anyone waiting for their food why there was such a ridiculous wait . I couldn't leave because they had taken my $13 for my burgers, fries, and whoppers which were not even warm. I understand if something unforeseen happens but that is not a way to run a business. My autistic son wanting BK was the only reason I waited. I would like a response email about this issue . Thank you

Today I stopped at Burger King for 3 combos. 1 Fish, Fries, coffee
2 Whopper, fries, cold drink; 3 double cheeseburger with bacon, fries, pop. My bill
was over $32...(bill in purse downstairs)..$32... I had 2 people with me and
wasn't going to make a scene. Today I get home and for the VERY first time--coupons for Burger King. How can you charge $3 (coupon) for a double cheeseburger combo and i was charged 11+change. And mine was a whopper--your coupon is $5--I was charged $10+change. Fish combo was $7.79 I think. $32 is unbelievable! There
has to be some mistake. Also, the double cheeseburger was given to me as a single with no cheese...and no bacon...cheese and bacon were on mine--the whopper. I traded. The french fries were cold and the worst fries I have ever eaten.
I am out $32 for a 3 meals that should have been under $25. It was the South Side King on Carson Street. Very angry, very disappointed..very broke!

complete incompetents
This is not the first time we have gone to this particular restaurant and encountered major problems. This time I had to submit a complaint. My wife and I sometimes work late. We were looking to feed the kids and ourselves. My wife shows up at the location only to find a note on the door from management that says "We are out of Whopper Meat". She goes inside and tries to place an order for 40 chicken nuggets instead. All of the employees are just standing around talking. This is not the first time we've encountered that. They have a total lack of emergency or concern. When my wife tries to place the order, she's asked how many chicken nuggets she needs. When she told them she needed 40, immediately she's told their out of chicken nuggets. Why don't you just shut down your restaurant and let someone else open one that cares about the customers. They have been numerous people come and go there, including management. It's always the same...….no concern, dirty restaurant, and lack of work ethics. You really need to look into this location. It's in a good area and this type of work ethics and concern is extremely discrediting to your company. We had to end up going to Wendy's. I'm not very happy at all !

At the burger king in pine bluff Arkansas on Blake street they refuse to let the employees turn on the air conditioner in the kitchen during the 100 degree weather. Can you imagine how hot it gets in the back when they are preparing food and dripping sweat from their faces possibly onto the food. I have seen this for myself many times and I have asked and I was told they aren't allowed air conditioning. This is ridiculous and I'm sure illegal. I will be contacting the health dept and labor board.
laundry being dried outside on tables
At 8:30am on 6/4/19 we couldn't sit outside to enjoy breakfast because the homeless man that sleeps inside all day long had his shirts laying out on the tables after he washed them in the bathroom sink. Mentioned to manager on duty and they did nothing to correct the problems. We won't be returning to this location again. As this seems to be the normal for allowing this one homeless man to sleep inside all day long.
coffee and whopper jr
First let me say I love BK, it was my first job and taught me the core of customer service.. The customer is Always right. I visited NL on E Ridge Dr, Rochester NY for a sandwich. My sister convinced me to get a coffee from there instead of McDonald's which was next to BK. My sandwich had bacon on it after I specified (when asked cheese or bacon) No I don't eat pork. My coffee was good until I got near the end and swallowed a mouth full of coffee grains, that caused me to throw up. I was so mad I have decided to give BK a break I use to go there 3 times a week but not anymore. I only decided to inform you because every time I ride pass a BK I get angry and all I think about is that YOU literally made me sick and now I associate BK with vomit.
late night service
Currently 10:21 and in the drive thru and no one was coming to window nor answer the speaker to take order. It was several cars in the drive thru and neither one of us got served or told anything. Two employees were inside and didn't say anything it was people sitting in the lobby doing nothing. When I finally gave up and drove out the drive thru the female worker came out from the Burger King and said that we could've went through the drive thru because it was open and then she said that the system was down, which was confusing. After telling her we went the drive thru and stay there for 15 minutes knocking on the window with no answers she started to have an attitude and used profanity. Burger King has had bad late night service for the past year. With the old and new general mangers. What the [censored] is going on? Get it together!

There was one customer in front of me. I was waiting behind that car, after I placed my order, for over 15 minutes. I got out of my car & walked up to the window while the car that was in front of me was still there & asked the order taker why they didn't ask the customer to pull over to wait. She ignored my question & said it will just be a couple more minutes. I went back to my car & after waiting several more minutes, finally the car ahead of me drove away.
When I pulled up to the window I asked the order taker again why she didn't have the previous customer pull around. She didn't answer my question so I asked to speak with the manager. She said we are busy. I said, that's too bad, but I still want to speak with the manager. She came back to the window to tell me to pull around to talk to the manager. I told her that Im not going to pull around & cancelled my order & drove off.
My statement to the manager would have taken less than one minute & they had me waiting for my order for over 15 min. That's no way to do business or to treat a customer.
Btw, this location (Cortaro Rd & I-10 in Marana, AZ) has had other issues, ie. I have noticed the kitchen has had food all over the floor & counters. It looked as if a food fight had just transpired, etc.
I will never go to this BK location again!
And if this complaint isn't fairly dealt with, I will never go back to any BK.

As soon as I drove up to the drive thru (10:55, was told they were already closed (closes at 11:00) the three patrons in front of me were told the same. If you don't want our business that's fine but will not return. We ordered some where else (your competitor) as well as the other customers in front of me. Honestly I love your food but every time I order it's either a really long wait or it's not accurate. Please help to resolve to resolve this issue. I'm sure all of your current customers as well as future customers will appreciate it. Thank you.

This place to me would be considered an embarrassment for the Burger King brand. I don't know if Management or the Owner is at fault with the running at this location.
My first experience with this loacation was a couple months ago. We pulled into the parking lot and noticed cones blocking the drive thru. It was during dinner rush time of 5:30pm. My thoughts were something must be wrong, a hole in the pavement, broken menu boards, something safety related. Left the location and proceeded to another fast food location with the drive thru open.
Then about a month ago went through the drive thru for breakfast and they were extremely s l o w. This female in the car in front of us kept giving her order back and they were going round and round, instead of advising them to pull around to the front to have Management rectify the situation it just continued for about 10 minutes.
We come today 6/1/2019 my husband and elderly Uncle decided to pick up Burger King from this location on the way home. Mind you not this is the closest location to us. The next closes is Pershing Ave and last I seen a couple weeks ago it's closed for renovations. When they got home they both told me I will NEVER eat at Burger King again. They pulled in the parking lot and once again the cones were out blocking the drive thru. So they got out to in as they open the door my husband says he's reading the sign and had to slowly reopen the door and read it again it stated NO CASH ATM ONLY! They thought that was weird usually if the ATM machines are down that could be an issue, but No Cash? So they proceeded to order there was 1 cashier unable to even run the ATM from the dining room cash register, she had to do all ATM transactions at the drive thru cash register. They were definitely short handed and having a staffing issue. If that wasn't enough they were out of Sprite, they told my husband they had no Angry Onions for his Angry burger. They finally get the order and they forgot the onion rings so they had to request the onion rings. If that all wasn't enough already I open my Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich that has 3 small onion rings with very little BBQ sauce on the BOTTOM of the chicken. There was no cheese or bacon on this sandwich at all. On the way home after leaving my husband reached into the bag to eat some fries and they were cold and they just left the place. My grandsons Chicken Fingers were so cold and old we ended up feeding them to the dogs and my 3 year old grandson wouldn't eat the fries what 3 year old passes up fries?
While they were waiting for food a few other customers were there and said the other day they came in for a Whopper and was advised they were out of Whopper meat. How can Burger King be out of Whopper meat that is your signature burger. I read the Yelp reviews and WOW this has been going on for a while. I think it's time for corporate to step in and get this franchise straightened out or your name off the building.
gift card
My parents gave me a $25 burger king gift card for my bd. Went to a burger king off green mt commons dr in Belleville, Illinois. Couldn't use it. Cashier said that that bk didn't participate; that they are not like all the burger kings that accept gift cards. I was confused. So I couldn't use the gift card. I had to pay for my purchases some other way. So why are gift cards able to be purchased and not be able to use at all burger kings?

honey mustard not enough
Went to Burger king in Batesville Ms.38606 ordered two spice chicken nuggets they asked what type of sauce did I want i said honey mustard i got my order and it only had two honey mustard in the sack i ask for some more that you only gave me two they said you only get one i how am I suppose to eat the 10 piece with only one sauce they just shrug their shoulders. So my question is how many honey mustard is a person supposed to get? I told them that i probably won't be back there again, i probably be going to Wendy's from now on where they don't limit you one honey mustard.
cleanliness and bad product
Recently we took a trip to the Orlando area. We stopped at twp Burger King's while there in the Kissimmee area. Both were filthy dirty. Had to wipe off a table to be able to sit down. Bathrooms at both were not kept up at all. The second one a employee made two shakes for me and handed them to me all dripping down the side. I had to ask to please clean them up. They were horrible tasting. Way to much chocolate. To late to take thenm back as had already driven off. The first one the whopper was put together badly and everything was falling off the bun. I think Burger Kings standards have fallen over the years, and I probably will think twice before going to one again. Anyway you get the picture. Bad, very bad experience.
wrong product
Everytime I go the burger King on 436 in Altamonte Springs Florida, my order is always wrong! If it's not the wrong burger then it's the wrong size, or like today I went and got the wrong soda.
