honey mustard not enough
Went to Burger king in Batesville Ms.38606 ordered two spice chicken nuggets they asked what type of sauce did I want i said honey mustard i got my order and it only had two honey mustard in the sack i ask for some more that you only gave me two they said you only get one i how am I suppose to eat the 10 piece with only one sauce they just shrug their shoulders. So my question is how many honey mustard is a person supposed to get? I told them that i probably won't be back there again, i probably be going to Wendy's from now on where they don't limit you one honey mustard.
cleanliness and bad product
Recently we took a trip to the Orlando area. We stopped at twp Burger King's while there in the Kissimmee area. Both were filthy dirty. Had to wipe off a table to be able to sit down. Bathrooms at both were not kept up at all. The second one a employee made two shakes for me and handed them to me all dripping down the side. I had to ask to please clean them up. They were horrible tasting. Way to much chocolate. To late to take thenm back as had already driven off. The first one the whopper was put together badly and everything was falling off the bun. I think Burger Kings standards have fallen over the years, and I probably will think twice before going to one again. Anyway you get the picture. Bad, very bad experience.
wrong product
Everytime I go the burger King on 436 in Altamonte Springs Florida, my order is always wrong! If it's not the wrong burger then it's the wrong size, or like today I went and got the wrong soda. bad service and multiple wrong orders
The last 3 times I've been to this location they have given me the wrong thing I always order the number 2 with no tomatoes and no onions because I'm allergic to onions, and every time I get my order it's always missing one patty and always has onions on it and I can't eat it and my wife gets the the number 5 and somehow it never has bacon on it and it clearly shows that it has bacon on it, I'm tired of paying for food and not getting what I order and having to wait close to 30 minutes to get my food, I would take it back to get fixed but I don't wanna wait another 30 mintutes to possibly get the wrong order again, gardendale alabama location

The Lady who handed me the coffee did not close the lid, that caused the coffee to spill on me and in the car, there was 2 lids stuck to each other, had to figure how to use it.
When I told the employee who was an older lady, that you gave me the coffee with lid open, it spilled on me, she shut the window in my face, I needed towels to clean myself,
I ordered the coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar, she did not give me the sugar nor the stir, I told her, after I had to honk so she can open the window, she handed me the sugar and the stir then she shut the window again. I asked her for her name so I can complain, she refused. so after I closed the lid on my coffee. I left. Luckily she gave me a receipt.

Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, one chicken parm sandwich, one large and one small fry. Got the two frys right, got one Crispy chicken sandwich and two chicken jr sandwiches. People dont know or care about there jobs and whether i get what i ordered. Plus there was two people in front of us that ordered before us so they should have got their stuff before us. One staff member was more concerned about a friend that was visiting than paying customers.

I went to the Burger King in Covington LA on Collins Blvd. I waited at the counter for at least 20 mins to place my order because the lady in the back told the ladies upfront not to take any orders because "they were begging her down." This is beyond ridiculous. It's called fast food for a damn reason. If she cant handle the job maybe she needs a new line of work. I can not believe that this was allowed to happen. I was beyond pissed and had it not been the only thing my sick husband wanted for dinner I would have left and went elsewhere. Three people came in behind me and waited, as well. The lady in the back finally allowed the other lady to come to the counter and take my order. I have never waited so long at a damn fast food restaurant to place a [censored]ing order. This is so unacceptable that it's not even funny. I will seriously consider never coming to this or any other Burger King again because of this nonsense. restaurant at f gates - istanbul airport
Your outlet at F gates in Istanbul airport is a disgrace - cold food, dirty tables and a Manager with a bad attitude! He is clearly not following your policy for Global standards as the offer is not good at all - the staff do not seem motivated At all - the floor is dirty and the manager in the white shirt is on his mobile phone and is clearly not interested in customers. The coffee machine was broken - the sources were left in cardboard boxes - simply not good enough!

store 17316 (pentagon, arlington va)
On 23 May at 1:42 pm I waited in line to place my order; the single counter person was also helping the three staff members who were attempting to provide the food to complete several (6-8) orders.
- Service was unacceptably slow and you lost business to competitors who also have a presence inside the Pentagon
- The working staff did an outstanding job and I let them know, attempting to provide prompt service; the quality of the food was good; the attitude of the staff was poor, but professional to customers (their faces reflected the stress they felt)
- While I was waiting (8 min) to place my order at least one other customer gave up and left the line before ordering
- After I paid for my order (1:50pm) I watched at least two other customer's in line leave before ordering: several others who looked like they were going to order did not after seeing what was going on
- I got my whopper after a total wait time of 14 min: the other 10 or so customers who ordered and waited while I was there had a similar experience
- The manager on duty and/or store owner should be held accountable for the loss of business, which if it continues your Pentagon store will continue to not only loose customers, and profits, but may have to close.
- I told the staff they were doing an outstanding job; and that the manager (no where to be seen) should be fired.

The floor in front of the restroom was flooded. No paper towels in the ladies room. The light in the ladies room had a loud humming noise as well as the coke machine. No cups for the ketchup. The manager was constantly playing with her hair when she was behind the counter. She was on her phone talking about the person was hot because they were working outside. It seemed to me and my pop she really didnt want to be there. I asked for mayo and she rolled her eyes at me. The dining room was dirty. All in all. I will not be back to any burger king again. And that upsets me because I loved burger king.

Ordered through the drive through the order was incorrect not once but twice. Whe brought to the attention of the employees my boyfriend was assaulted by the girl behind the counter because he was recording the bad service he was getting. This happened at the south Milwaukee Wisconsin location
I will be pressing ASSULT charges or disorderly conduct charges against the employee. This is uncalled for behavior

My name is Mary Maxion and I went to the BK store #2544 on 4622 Memorial Drive Decatur, GA 30032 on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 1:17pm.
To start they do not sell the Impossible Burger that's been advertised everywhere. I changed my order and still proceeded order food, because I love BK.
Once, I got to the window to pay I decided to add a small chicken nugget. The cashier at the window stated, "I'm not allowed to add a order at the window". As she said that the cashier proceeded to take another order at the window for the car behind us.
So, I asked the cashier if she is taking orders can she take mine.
She stated per her manager she is not allowed to. Then she stated she will ask the manager, who was standing right there.
She went to ask the manager, (a middle aged black female, ) she barely acknowledged us and said, "No! Just take orders, you have orders to take!"
I felt so bad for the young cashier, because it wasn't her fault.
She said we would have to come in, or go back in the drive thru line.
Now, let me say I am disabled which is why I use the drive-thru. My friend was driving and she is about to have surgery to remove half of her thyroid. So neither one of us were in a position to go on the inside. Then to tell us to go back through the line was inconsiderate and horrible customer service.
How can you want people to support BK, but have horrible customer service. I would like tp speak to someone about this.
In life you never know what a person is going through when we encounter them. In life all we are required to donis treat people the way we want to be treated.
Myself and my friend are both prior Police Officers, and compassion was our goal. I just felt so appalled by this manger that I could not let this go without letting someone know how this BK is being ran.
