Burger King used to make hamburgers with gloves in all world. but now it's probably less costly to make hamburgers they are making hamburgers without gloves in Turkey. Hygiene is completely ignored. Thousands of workers are working in Burger King, and we're all using toilets, I know it's not nice to blame anyone, but I see the Burger King employee who goes without washing his hand with my own eye in malls toilets. After I see him When you don't see gloves when they make burgers, you can't eat it. Of course not everyone is the same but you can not control thousands of workers abroad I worked in the BK, I know the need to hand wash inside, but it is not a situation that can be managed. Mandatory use of gloves abroad urgently need to be implemented in Turkey. We can not eat any more from BK in Turkey, Please support us.

managers lack of contributing during peak times
I have been to the Burger King at 41st and Memorial in Tulsa Oklahoma several times, and repeatedly see the manager, name was given to me as "Robie" lollygagging around. Today (05-01-19) while the only other employee was trying to deal with a drive thru speaker break down, and a long line of cars behind me that don't have their orders taken yet, and wondering what the hell. Get to the window, and there is "Robie" wondering around, doing absolutely nothing to help with getting customers taken care of.
Then gets offended when asked why he is not helping. His manager skills are overly rated, and would not be accepted in my book.

Tonight I went to my local burger king (located on 27th ave west in Duluth, MN) and ordred 6 rodeo cheeseburgers as a part of a bigger order. The person that took my order, Trevor has a tendency to misshear when I order. (The same person has made mistakes on my order the last 3 times I've been through the drive thru) when I got my recipt I checked it because this has been a reoccurring issue. He did not put cheese on my burgers today. When he handed me my food I asked if they had cheese and showed him my recipt that they weren't rung up with cheese. He said they didn't have cheese. I got a little annoyed and said well can you fix it? The manager Eric then came to the window. He said it will be another $1.20 to add cheese. I said no problem and handed him my card. A bit Annoyed still I told him "that kid has [censored]ed up my order the last 3 times I've been here" I should not have sworn, I completely understand this. But I didn't yell at scream nor did I direct it right at any person in particular. Just stated it matter of factly in a slightly annoyed tone. I just expressed my feelings about this employee whose continuously made mistakes. The manager Eric then blew the situation all out of proportion. He began to wave his finger in my face like a mother disciplining her child. He raised his voice not screaming, but got louder than necessary. And told me I can knock my swearing off right now or I can leave. I said I apologize but don't wave your finger in my face. He scoffed at me and shut the window. He opened it a moment later. Handed me my card and a refund recipt and told me to leave. And sarcastically told me to have a good night. I accepted this and left but it's been bothering me all night. How does a manager at an establishment get off providing such poor customer service? I would have understood if I was screaming or cussing him out. But I used one curse word and immidiatley stopped and was still treated poorly. I simply just wanted cheese on my burgers as I initially had asked for. I have honestly never felt so disrespected at a food establishment before. Especially by a member of upper management. Overall this was a 0 star experience. I work in customer service. I've been called every name in the book and screamed at about things that were 100% out of my control and I can promise you I have never spoken to someone so disrespectfully. In customer service were paid to be courteous and wrong rights for the customer. He did nothing of the sort. I'm not looking for compensation but I think this employee needs to be followed up with in reguards to customer service. If need be you can follow up by email or phone. I went to burger king to grab a quick munch, on arsenal strewn in Watertown NY and she brought my personal info into the drive through window and proceeded to get loud and rude with me while holding my food in her hand and she started yelling at me for not wanting to share personal information. Proceeded to try and get loud with me and disrespect me in front of people as I just want I enjoy my meal. She litterally held my food in her hand as she is getting very rude so as she said "AND YOU KNOW WHAT?!" I snatched my food from her hands and drove away. Not only was my mean ruined but my whole day. No one should have to put up with that at a drive through window. Nor should anyone be giving out that kind of service.

I had lunch today at a Burger King at the corner or Alameda and Compton in Compton, CA. There were napkins on the floor that had been there for some time as they were shredded and some were wet. The counter was dirty, there were no napkins in the dispenser, and there were empty and half filled ketchup mini-containers in that area. There was ketchup spilled in the area as well. I was there for about a half hour and I saw no attempt at cleaning. The condition of the place did not promote confidence that my meal was unimpaired with vermin or other potentially harmful things.

I was just at the Burger King at 1930 Commercial Way in Spring Hill Florida. I tried ordering the 2 Whopper Special with the App only price of 8.99. I never used the app before so I thought I did it right. When I went thru the drive thru the girl said it didnt show but she understood and gave me the price anyway. when I went to the window to pay the women asked me for a coupon. I explained to her what happened with the app on my phone she took my money and said (very nasty) "Next time bring a coupon. You would never get away with this at Walmart!" I wasn't trying to get away with anything. I thought I ordered through the app. I usually never write a complaint but there was no excuse for her behavior!.

terrible service
This concerns the Burger King at 7620 North Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis Indiana. I am a small business owner (roofing contractor) . We have been working in that area for a few days and came to that Burger King the first time on Friday 4/26/19 at around 11:30 am. There were few people there and fewer at the drive through. But the service was slow. And the men's restroom was a mess with crumpled cigarette wrappers and toilet paper on the floor...a lot of it. I can't fault the employees for people not flushing the toilet. But so much trash and also a whole roll of toilet paper that was soaking, dripping wet sitting on the back of the stool; it was disgusting.
But, we're construction workers and we all like Burger King. So we came back today, Friday at about the same time for lunch. This trip there were three autos in line at the drive through. And inside there were only two other people who were together waiting for their service. We stood in line for a few minutes and no one behind the counter (I saw three people) spoke to anyone of us including the people in front of us. Neither did those three make any eye contact or reply to any questions from any of us. it was the weirdest behavior I've ever seen in a Burger King. After five minutes of the silent treatment and us watching those people just silently milling about back in the kitchen we left and went to Wendys down the street.

Hi my name is Tonya and me and my husband live off of louisville rd so we go to this location often as so do all our families which live in the area as well. Due to your manager Christy i think that's her name you guys lost at least 20 + people who use to be frequent guest i havs PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Which cause pain attacks especially when riding in a car do to losing my husband of ten years and my children in a car accident im a patient of behavioral health i also have my anxiety doctor an therapist and two mental behavior counselors for my PTSD an panic attacks so my doctor N therapist recommend a therapy dog to keep me calm an side tracked while in a vehicle. Well while i was standing in line with people all around so i was already anxious. Well the manger all of a sudden walks up from the back an pretty much yells you have to leave and i let her know i have PTSD and he is a therapy dog you got your paper work no not on me but i was told from my doctor that no one can ask me for them but i didnt bring my purse you need to leave then, ma'am all my four doctors an therapist an counselors told me with him being mental health dog that your not allowed to ask for paper work. An she still being extremely rude as hell tells me i have to get out of her store now. So me having all these mental health issues plus everyone heard her an was listening. I tell her im bringing my papers in the next day or two just to rub them in your face an start having a panic an anxiety attack an now im mad an stressed and embarrassed. My husband got his money back after waiting a good 15 + minutes. Now if she would of came to me an asked me nicely if my dog is a service or therapy dog i would handled it a lot different an instead of leaving there and now i have go to hospital for a very scary an painful panic attack an left my inhaler at home but she straight came up to me an said you need to leave followed by get out of my store and extremely hateful. Doesn't she no that your not suppose to piss off a crazy person? She was NOT allowed to ask for my papers. I even told her i have PTSD he is a therapy dog and she didn't care that i was mentally ill she was so rude that it sent me into a full blown panic attack. Me and my 2 year old son went and purchased a hamburger on the morning of 4-26-19 from burger king in franklinton la. As we arrived home and he started eating his burger he was almost done when he started gaging and choking and i had to remove the sticker from his throat that goes on the cheese. It was melted into the cheese on my sons hamburger. This could have sent my child to the hospital if i was not able to get it out of his throat. These people are not wirrued about safety regulations or health regulations. Something needs to be done.

I am from california and visited las vegas april 20-19. I was about to use mobile app but decided to eat at store instead, I redeem coupon which say it expired in 15 min I walked in at store #4041 located on 2201 east Sahara ave, Las Vegas NV 89104 aroud 8:45 am and order cheese burger meal just to find out from management that they do not serve lunch at all and comeback later on lunch hour, and i asked why any of the other stores did served hamburgers at any business hours and they said they were under staff and can not accommodate everyone. I drove couple miles away to store #14416 on 1125 E Charleston blvd and explain situation and they mention that especific manager is what does and get away with it. I visited BK today and the manager Norma walked into the store went into the office set her keys down and came to the counter and picked up 4 boxes of OJ made a comment why is the drive thru backed up. At no time did she wash her hands. Early in the week the newspaper ran a article abot the health inspection you would think the manager would remember that the customers see everything I call and spoke with Norma and she acted like it was not a big deal well Manager are the leaders if they can't take ownership of their actions then they need to be retrained. take pride in your work don't just blow your mistakes off as if it is nothing. We are a small town and word travels fast.

This was the most disgusting BK I have ever been too! Bathrooms, tables, floor, sofa area, etc. I'm referring to BK10812, Marsailles, IL. Visit Apr 25 at 5:30pm. The man who took our order very friendly, girls cooking need a lesson in positive attitudes. So dirty, so much cleaning needed as girls stood around doing nothing and this poor man cleaning behind register. It took everything I had not to say something. WONT be back here!

I placed a mobile order #904 and picked it up at 2:12 pm approximately. I stated I was driving through. When I got to the BK store #6633 there were cones set up so you couldn't drive through. I drove around thinking speaker must be broken. After waiting for awhile a guy came to the window and angrily told me the drive through was closed and didn't I see the cones! Well, yes I said but I placed an online order to pickup via the drive through. He said nothing and closed the window. Then a girl named Alexandria who said she was the manager scowling at me stated they were having technical difficulties. Ok, I said with a chuckle. She gave me this glaring angry look and quickly closed the window. She returned still scowling and handed me my bag, closed the window. Then, returning she handed me my drink. At which point I asked her name and she said she was the manager. I told her thank you for her kindness and told her she needed to learn how to deal with the public. As I drove away she was spurting a response to me which I can only guess was ugly. Whatever, problems they were having were no my fault, and I was treated like the Black Plague! No kindness, no smiles and no sorry for this and no thank you's. These are the employees you have running your stores? This is ridiculous and they both should be reprimanded! Your customer service gets a big "F" today!

Hi I visted Hobart Indiana store number BK00720 and was waited on, was the manager of night time, ordered my food and when came time to pay he couldn't break 100 bill. ok that I can understand I said now what do I do? He said very smart mouthed well your gonna have to find a different way to pay for it, so I dug out the amount out of my purse, then he didn't give me my reciept, I asked for it, checked my order item was missing he said I only heard you say 1( they were chicken nuggets) well i turned around went back in store I said well you charged me for 2, so he grabs my reciept throws it on counter and some other girl says quick a 10 piece of chicken nuggets now, mean while i asked his name he said John, he has a bad cough coughing all over food display for frys and samwhichs never covering his mouth other's seen this too, I said you really should cover your mouth, then as I was leaving he was mocking me i stood in doorway and watched he saw me he put his head down because he knew i caught him. was not a polite person what so ever, , , I have worked in the food chain and we never treated people like that a customer is what pays your pay check, I won't be back to that store ever again, , , I spend in one weeks time at least 60 dollars or more, well you lost that from me. You not pay his check. Burger King does. Losing your $60 per week which comes down to $8.57 a day is not going to make him lose his pay.

At approx. 5:45pm I went through the drive thru at the Abbotsford Burger King on Sumas Way #14418. My order number was 63. I was told the fries weren't ready and had to pull upfront and wait for my food which took 10min. Anyways the lady confirmed what I'd purchased on the receipt when handed the meal. When I get home, we are missing our fries for one meal. I could not drive back to the restaurant or I'd be packing my children up and they were hungry as it was getting late.

It's 7:30 in the morning, I stop to grab 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 sides of hasbrowns and 2 apple juices. I had to come back thru the drive thru, because both my sandwiches were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. Hash browns are hard as a rock, dark brown, very over cooked to the burnt point. Got all the way back to my house after already asking for my sandwiches to be re made fresh. I go to open my sandwich up and I can't because comes to conclusion they only threw the sandwiches in the microwave and now my croissant is stuck to the top of the wrapper. The eggs are old. They didn't give me new hash browns as asked. Not to mention they asked me to pull forward that it would be a couple minutes. This is now the 2nd time i'm having an issue with this same location and it's very sad to say that this is your manager who's allowing this to happen on their shift in their store because she's the one who handed it over to me and threw my stuff in the bag. This is an issue that needs to be taken care of. And I would like a refund. Location - camp rd hamburg ny.
