I went into 569 west main rd and ordered a meal. I waited 7 minutes for one meal, but during that time of waiting two female managers where so unprofessional. As they bickered that neither one of them knew what was going on. The woman with the black hair was opening food, realizing it wasn't for drive threw and rewrapping food horribly slamming it down as the older manager complained she just put on her head set and didn't know what was going on. I noticed an employee get off work punch out and get into line like every other paying customer and placed a order. Two minutes later the manager with the dark black hair said infant of a few customers you know you could of made your order yourself before you punched out, saying it with a huge attitude and then stating you know im to damn busy. She was so rude to her employee who waited five minutes just to be able to place a order, after waiting for my food which was a sandwich and drink. My whooper came back cold I asked for a new one which I received a attitude from both managers on shift. Their attitudes are ridiculous and they have attitudes all the time as soon as they get busy. If they can't stand the heat they need to get out the kitchen. They are very unproffesional.
