Placed an order on the app for 5 whoppers, onion rings, 2 small fries, 2 small drinks, large sweet tea. Order paid for through the app. Arrive at the Burger King drive through located on the corner of Nova and Dunlawton in Port Orange, Florida to be told over the intercom “you have to contact customer service for a refund because we have no whoppers.” No care in the world for the employee! Just call customer service there is nothing we can do! REALLY?! Want a refund and advise to step up your customer service at your restaurants!
