Oh my, so much wrong on what should be a great franchise.
Dinner at BWW in St Joseph, MI on June 30, 2017 was an awful experience. Not really sure if there was more than one waiter but the surly manager had a great opportunity to please customers and he totally dropped the ball.
Awful food, terrible service and bad attitude don't make for a great experience.
Good thing we paid with credit card as we disputed charge this morning and amount refunded
I had an issue with customer service and the quality of wings.
Today, June 28, 2017, I visited Buffalo Wild Wings store number 0086. I arrived early and waited for my remaining party. I was seated by the manager and she was pleasant, at first. She told me my server would be there shortly to take my order, but she took my drink order. Two different parties were seated, and my server still had not returned to my table, even though my friend had arrived. I asked another server did he know who our server was, and he said yes. Then another server passed my table and waited on the party that came in after me. I asked her did she know who my server was, and she acknowledged that it was her. Only then did she take our order. I watched as the two other tables, who were seated after my friend and I, got their food and were requesting to-go boxes before we even got our food. The server said she was going to refill my tea and she never came back. I spoke to the manager and she apparently told the server she was going to take care of us because the server never did return. Furthermore, when the food did come, my wings were too spicy, and my friend's salad did not look appetizing and her avocado was brown. We spoke to the manager and she said that is how it comes in from their supplier. My friend asked asked for a wrap instead. I asked the manager could I order a more wings with a different sauce. She did oblige, but when the food came, the wings were dry. I did not send them back, but brought them home. I husband said, "Honey, those wings were dry! Why didn't you tell them?" I did not want any more issues because at the time the manager brought out the food, she had an attitude.
This was my first bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I was not happy about it. Not only was the customer service sub par, the food quality did not meet my expectations. Because of that, I would like a refund for my food of $30.89.

The other day me and my family came into the bww in citrus hieghts as always me and my family love ur game pads. And as we were grabbing a game pad for my daughter and son by the juke box. We could easily hear from the walk way some music that was loud wich I can understand to listen to while they work but as we grabbed our tablet all we could hear someone yelling n*gg*r this and [censored] hoes very loudly. I didn't want to make a issue tell my daughter started saying it not realizing what that meant. I love this place and the establiment but hearing that was horrible. Maybe u guys can turn it down so we don't have to hear that garbage words. Or turn that off co pletly. Thank u for ur time

We were recently at the BBW in Kokomo for dinner on the 24 th of June around 6:30 pm.I am an avid traveler so I eat at other locations all over.We ordered and in the middle of our service our waitress was in uniform with the other waitress in the bar and they sat down at a table and ordered food and kept stopping to sit down and eat.It was fairly busy but our service was second to her dinner .I have just never had this at any of the other locations.

To whom it may concern,
I am a 7 years, faithful costumer, at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Yuma Arizona. As a former Marine, I share many great memories at that establishment, from "going away" celebrations to anniversaries, birthdays and many other especial events. I had continuously enjoyed great service and courtesies from all members of the BWW family at the Yuma location. However, tonight, the 24th of June 2017, at about 9;30pm, I was rudely and untactful "kicked out" by the unprofessional general manger on deck: Mr. Anthony Trionfera. Within 15 to 20 minutes of my arrival at the bar, I was told by a bartender (not at fault), nicely, that Mr. Anthony Trionfera, had said that I had to leave the establishment unless, I spend then dollars or more in drinks or food. At first, I was in chocked and a little confused, after all. I had never experienced such outrageous insult. I the 7 years that I had attended BWW in Yuma or any other location for that matter. So, with disbelieve, I decided to personally approach Mr. Anthony Trionfera and asked for clarification. He proceeded to shake his head up and down while smiling at me. I asked if he was the manager who had requested such humiliating request and he said yes, that I had to leave. I told Mr. Anthony Trionfera that I was very disappointed as a faithful costumer of 7 years. He said that it doesn't matter, I had to go because I wasn't spending ten dollars or more. I asked for his name and he walked towards the main entrance. I asked for a business card and told Mr. Anthony Trionfera that I would make a formal complaint on his totaly unprofessional attitude and disrespect. He smiled and laughed saying that it doesn't matter, that it was his building and private property. He proceeded to open the front door. I left and immediately sent this complaint. I believe that the BWW at the Yuma location need to address the unprofessional and untactful attitude of Mr. Anthony Trinfera. I believe that he's judgement was not good costumer service oriented. Especially, after I had been a faithful costumer for over 7 years, spending thousands of dollar in food and drinks at that establishment.

unprofessional. I went to the Los Lunas location with friends/family to enjoy drinks/food. I have been going to the Los Lunas location since it just recently opened. The servers there are very immature & made not only me but my friends feel uncomfortable & harrsssed. Not only did this server talk about us to other employees but went far enough to pull ocial media pages & disresepect my family & I to her other employees. This is not okay & should not be ignored. I myself am a server & WOULD NEVER think of doing something like this to my customers. I was taught to have 110% customer service through my restraunt so maybe that is something Buffalo should consider. She drove me to a point where I had to leave. This is not the first time GENEVA has harrassed my table when all we wanted to do was have a dinner. My coworkers & I were taught to leave personal business at the door but obviously our server doesnt know the phrase. It's embarrassing that the server herself doesn't know the difference between right & wrong ESPECIALLY in the work place.

On several different occasions I've had bad experiences here at hiram ga . First time being here to watch a UFC fight sitting next to the drink area where we could listen to our horrible servers complain about the night and hating their job while my drink stayed empty for 20 minutes... and when they noticed us looking laughed and played dumb to their comments about the customers... tried giving a chance to them during football and baseball season but now as the manager tells me we can't have the sound on for the Stanley cup finals game with 9 other people in the bar per a district manager because baseball and hockey "cannot have sound on" quoted... then ask my server that proceeds to tell me that the sound was on for baseball that day... would rather have honesty than lies! And considering our tabs involve 15 people of tabs no less than 150 because of sports, y'all should invest in better staffing that can match eachothers lies! To top that and a few rude comments to follow, we walk out only to find the outside tvs sound on for the game we asked for and asked if outside was ok and for another customer to tell us it was requested. I then proceed to go back in to ask for the managers name which is Brandon explain my situation with a rude remark back from the hostess and everyone group up to talk as I leave. I run a business in the area myself and have never received such horrible service which is why I'm going this far. Thanks from another successful business owner!

After dining with a few co-workers, another co-worker joined us and ordered a drink. She's 50, misplaced her ID and was refused service. We understood this, (despite her clearly not looking 21), because she didn't have her ID. However the manager was rude, aggressive and challenging towards our entire party. He did not apologize; he did not show any empathy at all. When she later located her ID, she showed him her ID and asked for a drink. He replied verbatim, "That's not my job." He was extremely rude to us.
When our 5 separate bills were given to us, we noticed that gratuity had been automatically added on, despite not being one party. When asked about it, he got extremely aggressive and rude and said that he would call the police because it would be stealing if it was not paid. He not once said that he understood where we were coming from or that he was sorry. He said tough luck, it is non-negotiable.
I think that Austin Carter, a manager at the Warren, Michigan location at 29287 Mound Road, is in a position he is not qualified to be in. He lacks customer service skills (empathy, problem-resolution, properly assessing situations, etc.) He is an awful representative for the company, and I would be embarrassed to know my employee treated customers this way. We were not unruly or unreasonable in any way.
It would be my recommendation to remove him from a public-facing position like that and/or invest in training him in people-skills. I certainly believe he needs a reprimand at minimum. His behavior was totally unacceptable, uncalled for and downright rude.

06-06-2017 I experienced horrible service at the location in Miami Florida Culter Bay buffalo wild wings the server was terrible my fries came out cold I order a beer he didn't bring a cold glass once I ask for the glass I received a dirt glass an instead of replacing the beer with a cold one I had to ask, I spoke with manager on duty I felt my complaint was ignored horrible experience

As I entered the front entrance of the establishment my running shoes began to slip uncontrollably on the surface. I immediately told a staff member/ server and she said she'd take care of it. Nothing was done as I watched. I then brought it to my table servers attention. He said he'd tell the manager. The manager came to my table. I showed him my concern personally. I explained it was a real safety concern. He said they wouldn't do anything about the floors until 230 am when they are cleaned. He said the staff are required to wear non slip shoes so they don't notice it. I was blown away at his not dealing with it. I video taped it and will submit it to you personally. The bad attitude and lack of care and responsibility made your company look absolutely awful in my and my girlfriends eyes. She is a senior commercial underwriter for a large insurance company and I'm a nurse. I would appreciate you getting back to me. This was the Fargo ND location. Mike Finley was the manager I believe

I ordered honey BBQ wings and it says that on the receipt and then I get all the way home and the wings are hot BBQ. I don't have time to drive all the way back and it clearly says honey BBQ but I was given hot BBQ. It was a really big inconvenience when I live 25 minutes away. Hot BBQ is way too spicy and it would be nice to be reimbursed for those wings since they won't be eaten.

I submitted a resume and received a call a few days later for an interview at which I was told they wanted me back for a second interview. Well, three days later I went on this second interview with a different manager and was told that she really liked me and at that time I was offered a kitchen position at $9.00 per hours which I immediately accepted. I was told before I left that I would receive a call regarding orientation, well I never received a call so instead I gave them a call and was basically told the position was given to someone after I had already excepted the offer now I can't get a manager to explain to me why this happen, which I believe to be very unprofessional and I feel very disrespected. This restaurant is located in Jacksonville Illinois and I might have fell to mention I'm a African-American male. I will be further looking into this to see if this has happened to others and may decide to take legal action in the future.

My husband and i went to buffalo wild wings 5/5/2017 in largo fl
we both ordered a tall beer in which was not that cold.
He ordered the pulled bbq sandwich it was small and cold and the ketchup was watery.
I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with chips and salsa the wrap
was horrible, all the buffalo sauce was at one end of the wrap.
We were very disappointed in this experience, due to the fact it cost us 41.96. It was a very expensive dinner that was horrible.
We would like to be somehow compensated for out expensive experience.
2 hour wait for food
I dropped my daughter and her friends off at the Chino Hills, Ca location at approximately 11:40pm and they were served their food 2hrs later. I sat in the parking lot waiting and saw people walking out that came in after them. My daughter and her group had their heads laying on the table falling asleep. I feel if this location can't service their customers in a timely manner maybe they should hire a few more employees! Because this is ridiculous! As you can see it's not that crowded

I placed an order online as I do very often. As normal, I was given a pick up time and confirmation number. When I get to the restaurant at the time I was given, I am told sorry the food is not done, that it would be 5-10 mins. That time passed I was told another 5-10 mins and offered a drink. I was then told the manager was coming out to speak with me, which he never did. After almost an hour my food comes out and it is lukewarm at best. I asked for new wedges to be made and said I didn't want to wait for new wings to be made as I didn't want to wait another hour for them. As I received my wedges I see the manager appear and I think that he is going to come see me to discuss my issues, but turns out there was another customer complaining as well. The service was horrible and the food I waited almost an hour for was cold. BW3 may lose a loyal customer after this experience.

Did today make you feel like a big boy dan salisbury manager at the cheyenne wy location! You are no kind of man being hostile, intimidating, yelling and following an exiting female customer out of the building to her car! Dan was out of control and I did not feel safe! You are not mentally stable! Your security footage will prove that... You unstable stalker! Cheyenne wy location manager dan salisbury is a hostile little man that called himself trying to confront a woman, instead of listening to a paying customer that comes in every week for years, even despite the specific 3 incidents I had the bad service. The manager dan salisbury kept telling me he didnt believe there was a problem every time I come in and to avoid more incidents my orders will be reviewed with me at the time of pickup. I said that was fine but it hasnt been everytime only 3 times ive had extreme bad service. Instead of calling customers liars for their bad service he should spend some time in the store... He got closer in my face and said let me tell you something, I told him I dont know who he thinks he is but I didnt have to listen to him. I turned away. He steps close again saying listen to me, I say you cant tell me what the ### to do I don't have to listen to you and side step him and continue to leave. He follows me out saying listen to me, listen to me listen to me and I started yelling nooooo iiiii donnttt have to listen to you! I'm outside the bldg and half way to my car and he is still following me yelling listen to me listen to me, so I yell back to him over and over "stop following me" but he didnt stop. He follows more and he yells since you dont want to listen to me and you cussed at me you are no longer welcomed to my location! I'm at my car and turn around and yell what I didnt cuss you I said you can't tell me what the ### to do. He said I still used abusive language to mngt & i'm not welcomed there. I yelled at him who gives a damn he doesnt care about customer service and the staff reflects that. Dan is unprofessional and unhinged! I did not feel safe. He is embarrassing the corporate brand with shameful conduct!#!

On 04/22/2017, I went the buffalo wild wing in Arundel Mills Mall, MD. When we got to to the establishment we order our food at 11:00 and we received our food st 11:50. Once we received our food we noticed that the wings were missing lemon pepper( wings were only fried with no seasoning) and the buffalo seasoning just had seasoning on top. My friend had order a chicken sandwich and she started eating it but realized it had a weird taste to it. The sandwich was undercook. We told the waiter and she contacted the manager. The manager came to the table very rude and seemed as if she really didn't care and just removed the food and said that my friend had to pay for the sandwich. At this point we were very disappointed not just on the food but the service as well. We waited on the bill. Which the manager didn't have the nerve to take and the waiter who attended us didn't either. A other lady brought the bill. We ended up going to McDonald's. I'm very disappointed in there service because I have work in retail before and have been a manager in restaurant. The way she handle things was not appropriate; she didn't even ask if they can do the wings again. Which she had to. I do know as a manager you also have leave a good empression for the customer to come back. We are not seeking for anything free or nothing like that. We just don't want other customers getting the same experience. After all this I realized they have awful reviews on yelp.

My husband and i was at the bww in Belleville Il. At approximately noon in April 19, 2017 the service was the worst. The music was overwhelmingly loud. The service staff was clapping and singing or trying at least. I asked the server about the southwest chips. He didn't have a clue what i was talking about but told me i could get them even though they were not on the menu. I had to tell him how to make them. When the manager heard me complain about the music and the singing yelling wait staff they got even louder. They began to drop large bus tubs being even louder yet. I was so nervous i got sick and couldn't eat. When we was leaving no one not even the manager would speak to us.

My date and I ate dinner April 16, 2017 ( Easter Sunday) at the Clovis NM location. Notice that the music was loud as we entered. When the waitress took our order she could barely hear, which resulted in our order being wrong. It was very difficult to even have a conversation with my guest and we were in a booth. I asked if the waitress could see about having the music turned down, she said that she'll see what she could do, after about ten minutes nothing had changed and I ask to talk to the manager. the manager said the system was set and that there was nothing he could do about it, and said that's just who they were (Buffalo Wild Wings). I have installed 70 volt sound systems in several restaurants in Clovis, so I know one or more sections can be regulated. The food is the best and I really enjoy the Caribbean Jerk Wings, but I have had to ask that the music be adjusted.

His name is Wilson and he is one of the worst managers I have ever come across how he got there is beyond me .He does not belong in the customer service field he treats his Co workers with no resecpt and his customers even worse I was hoping to host a corporate party there but after the way I was treated I will go elsewhere I am a regular at your Weston and major Mackenzie stores I will never eat there again And I will tell my friends family and co-workers about my treatment at this location if u ever decide to dismiss Wilson well then I would come again I host parties for Ikea! Too bad
