I placed my pick up order online Friday November 20, 2020. It was made to pick up Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 12:00 PM. When I arrived to pick up the order, it was not ready - and not even in the system. I had my online receipt for the order on my phone, which I showed 2 employees immediately. I had prepaid for the order by credit card so I could go in, pick up the order, and leave. My goal was to not have to be exposed to anyone due to covid. That did not happen. Someone either in the store or affiliated with the online process, decided that the order was to be picked up at 12 AM. Eventually, the manager, Rich, got involved. He was very rude and disrespectful and actually snotty. He raised his voice to me, implying that I had made the mistake. He raised his voice to me when he brought the order out; put the bag down on the counter and walked away. Never apologized for the inconvenience or anything. My family's lunch plans had centered on me picking up the order at noon. Again, I had the receipt with me, so there was no issue at all except that the manager, Rich, had screwed up.
I will never go back to that restaurant again.

My wife was picking up food and the cashier Emma was being very rude and disrespectful. She over heard her go into the back kitchen and calling her a [censored]. I am not going to tolerate this kind of things towards my family especially my wife. Something needs to be done. Management needs to be trained better in situations like this and to make things right. It's probably not her first time doing this to other customers, who knows what she is doing to our food nonetheless. I love going to this bww every week but we will not go back because of her.
