Buffalo Wild Wings

I placed an order through the phone and I arrived 20 min after the time they were supposed to be done. I get there to the front and nobody was there to help or assist. Phone was ringing and no one was there to pick up. People were waiting and nobody would come. Was there literally 5 min until somebody came and still had to wait 10 min. So basically 30 min after they were supposed to be ready. Some girl came and said she was going to call someone and left outside instead.
