NO STARS! At checkin the woman repeatedly assured me the prepaid gas option was the best/ cheapest way to go. She actually said they had a special deal and that gas was very high in Tampa. We filled the tank at a much lower rate than she promised thinking it would help. Turns out she was a liar - must be paid a commission for conning people as there was an $86 + gas charge tacked on. Budget is scumbag company

Recommendation: Stay away from Budget
