Management
On Thusday night I was refused service. I pulled through the lot as they handed the order to a customer. I seen the worker look at my vehicle and do a dramatic removal of her headset. This was at 10:40pm. I sat at the lit drive through box waiting to be helped. I waited maybe 4 minutes before pulling to the window. 3 different employees ignored me for atleast a minute or so. Finally the manager looked up and said we close at 10:45. This is after me looking up the times online getting up and coming to the restaurant and being ignored for almost 10 minutes. I am so disgusted with how I was treated. In the times that we are in it is taking everything in me to reassure myself that although there was no1 like me there, there is no way that is the reasoning behind this rudeness.. Desired outcome: Change times online if they close 15 minutes earlier
Orden hot cakes and sausage
My son went to buy 1 order of hot cakes and sausage. He didn't check his order. When he got home to eat his hot cakes were hard and burned. He couldn't eat them. I am Angela Evans. I was an employee at Braum's. The full-time staff Chrystyna was over my area. She is disrespectful and rude. She chewed me out multiple times in front of the customers. She chewed me out for touching her area. She chewed me out and belittled me for not moving fast enough. I went to the manager and told her that something needed to be done. I loved my job, and I am a great employee.
The next schedule with Chrystyna, she stopped a customer from checking out, so she could chew me out about a coke case being placed with the picture on the wrong side. She stopped me from stocking because she planned to stock. She chewed me out for taking expired milk from the shelf. I told her we needed to work on our relationship because I loved my job. She said That is how she is, and I would have to deal with it. I wrote the manager an email.
Today I was there 10 minutes and Chrystyna cussed me out using cuss words for not doing the yogurt to her liking. I went straight to the assistant manager. 10 minutes later Chrystyna caught me in the meat department and told me she was going to set me straight that I was a bad employee. I told her no one talks to me the way she does, and she needs to get off my back. I am a great employee and I love my job. I am diligent and hard-working. I am honest, and I love my customers and I stay busy, and I can be counted on. She said I talk to everyone like that. I told her that if she wants to work for the devil and treat everyone else like crap then she can, but she is not going to treat me that way. I will quit before I let her belittle me and make me miserable. We were practically yelling at each other. She said then you just need to quit because I am not changing. I went straight to the managers and told them I quit. Chrystyna just cornered me in front of customers and chewed me out for being a bad employee and threatening me and I have told the manager and told the manager and nothing has changed. I am telling you that she leaves customers, so she can go out and smoke, she does everything wrong, and I have not said anything, I took this job because the manager said she does not put up with disrespect, and she has let this go one for too long. I will not be treated like this by someone who is not even a manager. I love my job and when things change, please call me, but I am out of here. I cannot tolerate this any longer.
I want something done about this harassment and belittling and abuse that I have been exposed to at the Duncan Braums. I am a great person and a great employee and a great asset to anyone who has my trust. This is against the law, and it cannot be allowed.
Desired outcome: Retraining and/ or formal reprimand and/or termination for employee and retraining for manager who allowed this to occur

I want to preface my complaint by saying that since moving to Oklahoma, Braum's has been at the top of the list as far as good burgers. Until today, I can't say that I had ever gotten a bad meal at Braum's. I just ate at the Braum's on Cache road in Lawton Oklahoma. Worst meal ever. The fries were overcooked and cooked in old grease. The burger had obviously been made for quite some time. Cold, NO flavor, soggy bun, and soggy veggies on the burger. The tea was good and the shake my husband had was good. That's it! There were hardly any patrons in the restaurant and yet tables were dirty, and the condiment station was nasty. I won't be visiting this Braum's restaurant again. I did not return my food because quite frankly I figured Id be served a sneezer after that.
Chili
Today I ordered chili for second time this month with the same results. Very disappointing to experience virtually almost zero meat in the serving. It is like eating just beans and gravy. In the past ordering chili at Braum's was a pleasure to eat. Don't understand why the change.

I was in the 71st street on the 19th of december at 10:30 as they were closing and as a food service / customer service orientated business I believe that there should be a respectable, polite and courteous employees and managers. What I got was rude, disrespectful response when I brought my shake back in cause they were too horse playing with each other to take my order correctly. Then acted like it was my fault she didn't get the flavor correctly. And almost refused to fix it, and as I was walking away said something that's everyone there thought was funny. I feel as though I may never eat at ur food chain again, which I frequently visit. I very upset and feel as though I should have some kind of compassion and compensation as a paying customer. Missing order items being told yes it would be replaced then it w as not
We ordered lunch from my place of employment. order #974 about 1pm. It was almost a 60 order. There were 3 burgers and 2 med fries missing. Obe employee returned to get their missing burger. I called at 130 and spoke with a male

Banana split
Wow so I guess corporate/ management is training new employees to make less then 1 Ounce ice cream scoops now. The ice cream in my banana split was so tiny it took about four bites to eat each scoop. How disappointing. Especially for five dollars. There was more banana than anything.
