This is not your usual type of complaint. This is a you need to look for new management type of note. First off we are old Braum's customers for years and years. Our children were raised on Braum's milk and juices.
Now to the problem we encountered.
As a rule we use the Broadway location in Tyler, Texas as it is close to our home, always the same great service and crew at this store.
Today we were late leaving our office and the location at 5858 Old Jacksonville Hwy is just down the road so we decided to stop at this location and get milk and bananas and bread and eat a hamburger.
We entered and the first thing we saw were people standing at the counters waiting to order food and ice cream and the phone ringing off the wall and no one making a move to either take an order or fill one. Also noted was the fact that it was about 90 degrees in the restaurant. No air conditioning at all. About 15 minutes of waiting and customers were beginning to walk without buying..
We did finally get to eat. Our order number was #769. Food was so so.. and as we started to leave we were going to get milk and fruit and chocolate milk for the grandchild. Milk cooler all but empty. Flies were taking the place over. Tables nasty. Family that was next to our table loaded up their order that they were going to eat in and left with it. Apparent manager on duty could have cared less.
Definitely not the Braum's that we are used to
Desired outcome: You need to send a supervisor by this location and see if the problem can be fixed or if a change is necessary. Believe me, we understand the help situation but this will get the health department breathing down your neck

Disappointed in the banana nut bread. I thought it would be better than Walmarts. Wasn’t even close. It was very very dry and had very little nuts. Walmarts is moist and full of nuts. Sorry Braun’s. You need to work on your recipe.
