My family and I went in on January 1st, 2022 and it took them over 30 minutes to take our order, it was a bunch of young kids playing on their phones, then it took another thirty to get our order, they were rude and completely unprofessional. The food was cold and tasted old. It was awful. You advertise "If not completely satisfied we will return your money or replace the food, I just want my money back, I am a hardworking single mother who cannot afford to take her children to dinner and not be able to eat it. This is twice I've written you, I want my money back!

I purchased a 4 cheese burger combo on 10/21/2020. I always order this no problem. This time the whole burger was cold cheese wasn't melted at all and it tasted bad. The top bun was barely warm at all. This was at the Braum's in Bartlesville Ok. on 3820 SE Adams. I would have returned it but was on my way to Kansas to pickup grandkids from school.
