Boston Market review: The whole store

On 08/12/2021 at approx. 4pm. I went into Store # 0059. I ordered a three piece dark dinner expressly telling the woman all thighs. They gave me thighs and legs and it was downhill from there. I finally got what I ordered paid for my food which was 12.33. And included a drink. The woman gave me some brown paper towels that she tore off a roll that's used in the bathroom. I was like WOW! Then I asked for salt and pepper and she said all they had was salt and pepper put together. She handed me this thing that was all pepper. There wasn't a white granule initial. When I told her that she wanted to argue with me that it was. Very ignorant and a liar on top of that. They had no ice tea and the manager came out and told this lady they were only given 1, 000.00 a month to shop and that doesn't go very far so that's why they are out of everything.
