Boston Market review: Horrible customer service

Ordered on the Boston market website for pick up went in waited got my food walked out and there was the dessert missing so I went back in and went to the girl that serviced me and she said yeah we're out of that dessert so I said okay she said we can't give u a refund cause u ordered online. So I said can I have another dessert... This girl was rude and boston market is better than this. She was a manager she needs to be re trained this is at the university plaza in Newark DE 19720.
Ridiculous!

Desired outcome: Nothing I had to ask her what can I get? She gave me some stale cookies
