My issue with this store #2334 on 8/1/21 has been ongoing for the last 6 months. Every time I go this store and order a chicken salad sandwich there is always an excuse why they don't have it. I asked the question "Does your store sell this item or not"? The reply is yes we do but were out of it at this time, were out of celery and bread, we didn't make it today, we sold out today etc. I even went there 3 times in one week, twice right when the store open and order the sandwich and again I 'm told one of the before mention excuses or some other explanation on why they don't have it. I asked the staff member how can you be sold out of this item and the store just open? There reply was "I'm sorry but the ingredients use to make the chicken salad we temporally are out of".
Any other Boston Market store I go visit within the metroplex has the item to sell why not this store? If this store is a franchise location I suggest the corporate office give them a call. If this is a corporate own property I'm suggesting someone do a surprise visit a order the sandwich and see what the response will be from the team member.
Desired outcome: That the item is or is not available at this particular store. If so, then they need to follow the protocol the other stores provide when giving good customer service.
