We required a cancellation of our booking as at the last minute we found out the pool was closed for renovation (this wasn't advertised on any advert).That was the whole reason we booked this particular hotel. We were willing to pay another $200 to book another hotel withing the same brand.
After about 8 phone calls (where they indicated it would get cancelled) and many emails it still wasn't cancelled even though the hotel had agreed to do it free of charge.
The service was appalling and I was hung up on 4 times with no call back. It was difficult to even find a phone number to call them on.
If I sent an email to them about the cancellation it came back telling me to please call this number below, even though there were previous emails about this issue.
