I was charged for a hotel in Amsterdam back in 2024 and I've been trying to get booking.com to reverse the charge. They keep asking for a reservation # and name of hotel which of course I don't have since I never made the reservation. It's been over 6 months with emails to customer service and calling their customer service number which is also run by AI and can't help me because I don't have a reservation number . It's a vicious circle. I've emailed the CEO Glen Fogel and no response from him either. It's a terrible company !

I was charged for a hotel in Amsterdam in late 2024. I've been trying to get them to reverse the charge for months without any success. I've provided my credit card number , dates, amount , credit card statement and anything else they asked for but we keep going around in circles. The last email I received from customer service said they were looking into the issue and to give them 15 business days . Well as you can imagine it's been more than 15 business days and no response. Now I respond to the email which indicated they were working on it and have not gotten any response from them. All of the sudden it's radio silence . I will not give up !
Have you tried to reach them via email (booking.comhelpcare.co@outlook.com) i was assisted concerning similar issue and even gave me a refund of my Non-refundable ticket. Im greatfull for their immediate response
