I lost my cellphone and I asked the company to blacklist it by sending all relevant documents back on the 18th of February. They told me the device was blacklisted but they haven't sent me an ITC number that is required to claim from my insurance. I have been calling them every other day and they come up with one excuse after the other. I am helpless. They told me to wait atleast 24 hours, then it went to 72 hours, went to 7 working days, went to 14 working days, went to 30 to 60 working days and I waited and kept on callinf them every other day to find our what was going on and they always told me they were going to escalate the issue. I then called again on the 7th of April and I was told that they can not find any details about my claim but they will escalate. I then called again on Wednesdaythe 9th of April they again told me that they cannot find any information about my issue which is a shock to me because I have been checking up on them and was always told that the issue is being escalated with the ITC company. On Friday the 11th of April they asked me to send my blacklist forms again which I did. Now they are telling me that I have to call cell c and ask them for my ITC number because on their side it says that the number is permanently deactivated. I called cell c and cell c told me that the number is still under the BLC and they have no access to it. Now I have no idea where to go.
