nelson mandela r299 package deal
I am Frederick Alfred Petersen ID no [protected]. I recently took a cellphone with you guys, the Nelson Mandela cellphone with R299 package. I have had the cellphone the whole weekend and it is Monday afternoon 15h05 and I have not received a call asking me about my package. The deal is R299 for R115 airtime and 50 SMS and the device can not be part of the deal as the cellphone is absolutely terrible. When we receive a call we really have to listen closely otherwise we will not be able to hear a word from the other side, maybe that is why you include ear pieces. We will sometimes be talking on the phone and then it just cuts the call. I am not sure why the device is called the Nelson Mandela phone as this device is absolutely useless and I don't think our former president would want his name tied to this useless device. For R299 what else do I get aside from R115 airtime and 50 SMS. For R7 176 I could buy a decent Samsung cellphone, Cell C Sim card and airtime of R115 and receive free SMS deals as I load airtime. I am not happy with this deal at all and I would even go as far as to say that I don't want this package.
I expect a correspondence from someone from this agency to contact me ASAP with a solution to my problem as I hate wasting money.

Good day I have been trying to contact your office since last year june with no luck. The consultant informed me that I have been receiving a month airtime from rmcs as I am an edgars customer. I did not agree with this contract thing /service as my sim card is prepaid. Kindly respond and when I visit the store they refer me back to this [protected] and it rings with no luck. Must I take legal action or what?

I took out a contract with In Blue Lable Connect in April. I received the phone on the 13 April 2018 and they say I must call them to active the simcard. The first premie did go of on 31 April 2018 the amount of 299.00. Since then until now I called them but no luck. The premie still went of on the 1 May and 1 June 2018 and still no service. I called them everyday and still waiting for them to come back to me, the numbers I have is [protected] and [protected] and [protected]. I send them mails but still nothing. They put a block on my account so that I cant reverse the money. So every month am paying for something that I cant used. The only thing I wanna to do is to cancelled the contract and want my money back. I did everything right its them who didn't stay in the rules of the contract. They steal from me every month. How can you sell a product to a client and do that? Its the worse service I ever had. Feel free to contact me for more details my number [protected].
Blue Label also offered me a contact. After receiving the phone I had to send it back because the battery did not even last an hour. The send a courier to come and collect the phone for repairs. I received the phone back still the same problem. Tired of complaining I just left the phone using a borrowed phone. The phone contract that I still paying is R7200-00. I tried again to use the phone but now there was a different problem. Again I complained. No body contact me and eventually when I go hold of them telephonicly as I did not get any feed back on my e-mail I was told that the courier was already on its way where I was not told that there would be any cost. If they did I would not have send my phone in. This is really daylight robbery and I feel that the are exploiting people. This company must be stopped giving people contacts on phone that is not working properly. There is many people our there that is sitting in the same position that me that does not have a big income the people like this exploit you.
cell no converted to contract without permission
Kindly assist me, my cell number has been converted to contract without my permission. I was trying to do sim swap when i realize that my number is now contract. I went to edgars as advised by my service provider, they called rmcs to cancel it but with no luck. My number is still on contract that i didn't give permission to. Can someone help on this RMCS I really hate them. I never ask for their contract and I do not want their contract. This is annoying. Edcon are not protecting us in this maybe they are gaining a lot. How could they allow strangers in our profiles? I've been call this stupid company but no answer only annoying music that is playing onhold. I am so pissed serious. After that the phone just cut off.
This scammer of a company called rmcs is really annoying, it should be shut down because it really is making our lives miserable. I wonder how did they get jet and Edgar's to agree to this nonsense. To top it all, their service is extremely poor, all they do is just steal our hard earned monies.
It's really paining because I did not even want this airtime of theirs. I lost my Sim card and I cannot even do Azim swarp. This rmcs is really good at ruining lives. Something must be done, this is daytime robbery.

We found out yesterday. we are being debited R74 a month since may last year on a cellphoine number that we have not used in over 4 years and Edgars says there is nothing they can do. How do they allow an outside company to just debit your account without notifying you. without our consent we have been paying a bill for a contract we have never had or knew about from RMCS

I called them various times and they could not even found my number listed.
They keep on crediting and debiting my account monthly and my number is now also contract but i have been pay as you go for longer than 10 years now.
I have not signed anything nor saw any Terms or Conditions.

You know these peaple really doesnt care about customers they do as they wish with our life, I thnk it time we take a stand against all this and deal with this matter once and for all it been two months asking the to remove my number from their rubbish contract with no luck and know I have contacted my lawyer about this as I need my number back because of the business Im doing with it

Earlier this month I received the following quoted sms on cellphone number [protected] "Vodacom VIP special! This week only, Reply YES and get R55 FREE Vodacom airtime every month, no BIS, Out 2optout.Ts & Cs apply".
After replying yes I received the following qouted reply"Remember your account will be debited in 48hrs. Power to you. T&C's apply".Which does not sit well with me as I initially replied yes because I thought it was a Vodacom promotion and that the airtime is free.Now I was made aware that it is rmcs and that my edgars account I no longer use will be debitted, which I know to be blocked.
Kindly assist me by removing my number from this type of contract as I have no further interest in it and return my number to prepaid.

.Buy airtime and on the 23 December 2014 received sms to welcome me as RMCS newest customer to the VODOCOM TOP UP.As a result of this my Blackberry Internet Services stopped working and Vodacom gave me the call centre number. After numerous telephone calls from the 29 December 2014 nobody come back to me. I get two different Ref Nr the first on the 6 January 2015 ref nr [protected] and then on the 12 January 2015 I spoke to Tumelo who promised that everything will be solved and give me the
second ref nr [protected] and that somebody will contact me in 24 hours and today 3 days later nobody phone me. I cant get hold of friend and family on whats app and also my facebook is down. CAN YOU PLESE ASSISIT ME URGENTLY WITH THIS, I also see on my Edgars statement the first payment went through, I will never take out any contract on a cell phone and if I want it I will directly go to VODACOM. I BEGGING YOU TO PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I TRIED FOR 3 WEEKS AND NOTHING MATERIALIZED.

Received an sms from RMCS at 11:09 today informing me that my cell phone number had been activated for the Vodacom Top Up 49 S for RMCS. As a result of this my Blackberry Internet Services stopped working. I immediately contacted Vodacom and the agent on the customer care line informed me that this was an RMCS/ Jet/ Edgars matter and gave me their call centre number. The first person I spoke to told me she would forward an urgent request to Admin to have my number deactivated. She took down all my details but when I requested a number for "Admin" I was informed that there was no number available, but only an email address. She also said someone would contact me as a matter of urgency. By 16:30 I had got tired of waiting so phoned the RMCS care centre again. This time a lady called Lindiwe answered and managed to ascertain that my number had been registered, despite the fact that I had never requested such a service, She said that someone would contact me tomorrow 27 March. However, this means that I will have to wait until then to be "deregistered" from something I never asked to be "registered for" in the first place!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
On the 15 jul 2024 it was Monday between 20h00 and 21h00 when i charge the phone after an hour checking the phone to find is off i try to start never come on till today even today i try switch it on still
