Be2requested unsubscription not acted on

I requested in writing as per instructions for unsubscription to this website after realising the payment was not a one off payment but a 6 monthly payment. This was in April 2017.

I have now been charged a further payment of $299.40AUD in October 2017.

After complaining about this I was told I did not do as requested, however I believe I did.

I request my account be stopped including all further payments and my account be deleted.

I also request refund of $299.40AUD.

We're sorry that you don't want to continue your membership but a withdrawal from your contract and a related refund are not possible. Our Terms and Conditions do not offer a refund for any unwanted or unused Premium membership.

However, we appreciate that you want to cancel your subscription and you can do this by sending an email attachment, fax or posted letter.

However you choose to cancel, please make sure you CLEARLY MENTION YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND NAME so we can locate your account.

IMPORTANT You must complete your cancellation at least 14 days before the renewal date of your subscription otherwise it will be renewed for a further period. (The date of your renewal is available under "Settings", "Your membership").

Please note that your premium membership is automatically renewed if it is not cancelled in time.

You were informed about the automatic renewal on the payment pages when you purchased your Premium Membership. This information can also be found in your profile under the FAQ/Help links and also in our Terms and Conditions.

As we have not received an appropriate notice of cancellation from you within the required period, the automatic renewal was processed. Your formal right of cancellation should have been sent to us before 04.10.2017.
