Be2 Unauthorized debit from my account

Good day

I have a profile with your company but never made any payments as I decided not to use it. Now there has been R999. 00 debited from my account without my authorization. Please refund my account and remove my profile. I am a single mother and only breadwinner I can't afford to lose R999. 00 I need it back please as soon as possible.

Be2 Invoiced CHF 485.52 on my Visa for something I have not subscribed!

I checked my Visa card today and see I have been billed/ deducted the 22nd of August the amount CHF 485.52
I have no idea how come.
I have not subscribed to anything.
I would like it reimbursed and cancelled.
It is a scam.

I have had $359.40 taken out of my account on the5/7/2021 without my knowledge. Please reimburse this amount back onto my credit card immediatly!

Be2 Refusal to refund for cancelling a subscription

On the 25th of July 2021, I signed up for a 6-month subscription and was charged a total of $419.70.

I wished to cancel this subscription for multiple reasons one of which was due to being a target of scammers on the dating site. I was asked by one person for $2, 000 and when I refused to give him this money he became very abusive, manipulative, and applied emotional blackmail.

I identified that multiple profiles were false with men stating that they were living in Auckland when in fact I found out that a person lived in Sweden, another in England, and another in Australia.

When I challenge a person as to whether in lived in Auckland he admitted to living in Australia and then the next day I noticed that his profile then stated he lived in Christchurch. The premium site stated that it provides matches as per the parameters outlined by the client which for me was Auckland and then I found I was receiving matches from the South Island.

The site did not lived up to its promises.

As per the contract, it was a subscription so this means that by canceling the subscription that I am owed $349.75 for 5 months for the canceled subscription.

When I emailed the company requesting this I was the response.

"On 25/07/2021 you paid for a 6-month Premium Membership plan for the total price of 419.70 NZD. This corresponds to a monthly amount of 69.95 NZD.

When you purchased a Premium Membership, you saw the different options on the first payment page with the corresponding monthly amount (on mobile and app it showed the weekly amount). This is so you can see that premium membership with a longer-term are cheaper in total. After you selected the length of your membership, you were directed to the payment details page.

Before you entered your payment data, the weekly or monthly equivalents were displayed for a better overview but the amount was also shown as a single payment, see attached.

We are sorry that you did not read the information about the full price to be paid. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

We're sorry that you don't want to continue your membership but a withdrawal from your contract and a related refund are not possible.

However, we appreciate that you want to cancel your subscription so that it will end after the first cycle. You can, therefore, continue to use your Premium membership until 25/01/2022. There will be no payments after this date, but if you've paid with installments they will continue until the expiry date."

I want the monies owed to me $349.75.

Hi, please help. The 80% discount on a monthly package under R50 per month was what i chose to purchase (this was today), my account was debited just under R200. I'm not happy about this.
Also the page directs me (via tue be2 login site/page) to comfirm my email address and no email is sent to my gmail.

I've tried numerous times to confirm email and just not comimg right.

Please assist and reply

Be2 Debited without permission R999

I joined be2 in May. I was advised that for me to see the pictured on the site I need to pay a once off fee of 49.99 so I agreed that my credit card be debited the once-off amount which was R49.99 and in July the 19th my credit card was debited R999 which I did not agree on. So I would like my money to be refunded and the account to be canceled. Including the other charges for the bounced debits.

You have without my permission taken out the amount of $299.70 from my credit account .

i would like for you to reimburse this amount ASAP
My daughter is a lawyer with Ernest and Young and she will take action if you fail to reimburse my money .

Be2 Deduction that is not authorised

On the 15th July you deducted an amount of R999.00 from my credit account. I've never gave permission for this amount to be deducted. I only went on your dating site out of curiosity. Also the people on your site are scammers as they want money from unsuspecting woman. Asking for telephone numbers. Clearly an indication that this site is a scam. I will make it a mission to warn others about your site.

Be2 Be2 dating site

I just purchased a 1 month subscription from your site, it shows that only R49 will be deducted but then there was R196 deducted from my account which I find to be very misleading and fraudulent, I need an explanation for this before I take it further, normal price is R999, site shows -80% for my 1st premium subscription, please investigate further into this matter

Be2 People have false profile

Walter 64 from Dawes Point is a fake profile. If you could see the rubbish he sent to me trying to get me to send addresses you would know why I am reporting him. Please monitor him. I can give you screen dumps if required. I am vision impaired and quite upfront about it but he claims to have been born in England of a Dutch father and Australian mother yet his English is stilted. Please please get him off here as I believe he will hurt someone vulnerable

Date of incident: 7/5/2021
I subscribed for 3 months but just checked my account. It states be2 S.A.R.L
I have been charged $239.70. There is no way I would have paid this amount. I demand an immediate explanation. I believe this is an unauthorized debit charge.

I wanted to join your dating site but I wished to pay for only 3 months. You decided you would like to take out more so ask kindly to refund all moneys. When i login to the app it doesn't show that is a contract with 3 or 4 months, i tried to cancelled it but i couldn't so i understand it was my fault for first payment. But i couldn't even login since last year and very hard to find the contact number, and the app took the money out again even doesn't let me use it. Please cancel my account and i want fully refund
