I signed up for a 3 day subscription. I called three times on the same day to cancel it which finally happened. I made it clear I wanted no membership of any kind. After dealing with 3 very awkward people on the phone I finally got an email cancelling it. Today I’ve been billed £48, £22,£7 and £5. I’ve just called and I’ve been told it’s because I click a “continue” link on an email they you told me you had sent and to follow the link. Absolutely disgusting. Taking money from my account with no authority. The call centre records the calls so my request will be in the calls. Yet still taken more money. I’m appalled.
I did receive an email on the same day saying by subscription was cancelled yet they’ve still taken more money for a “premier memebership” which wasn’t asked for and another sister site. It’s borderline illegal.

I am disabled and got paid today. I have been without money for a couple of weeks. Over £100 has been taken out of my account by yourselves today. I can't even afford any food shopping. I was sectioned and released less than a week ago. I have ran out of medication and am waiting for a call from my doctor and the gateway to care team. Please return this money. I don't get paid for another 2 weeks.

I have just had 2 transactions taken out of my bank adding up to nearly £70.. which I have know idea why I have not subscribed to anythjng. This has made my rent money bounce so I need this money back as soon as possible.. I can't even get onto my acount. And when I did all I got was a load of obscene men. Asking me for alsorts. It's definitely not the site that I thought it would be there are no genuine men on there it's disgusting so please refund me my money back.

I signed up for a one day trial with Uniform Dating on 11/3/23 and cancelled the subscription, however I now have a deduction from SLVFLI for £39.48 on my bank statement. I complained to Uniform Dating who just replied saying that they wouldn’t refund me. I am a single parent and cannot afford this.
I only signed up for a trail and I have had 2 payments of 45.22 and of 45.60 both on 28th sept 2022 I would like a full refund of this money and to close the account please

Filters not working!
I'm appalled, I've set filters and they are not working. I'm genuinely looking for someone close by and I'm getting men in America contacting me. I've asked for a 30 mile radius!
I think the site is a scam and I'm disgusted with how it's run and not help available!

I signed up for the 3 day trial for uniform dating for £2.96 and expected to be on there for those THREE days only
I did NOT sign up for a rolling monthly subscription fee for £30 a month
How dare they do that.
I would like my fee reimbursed and the account deactivated as I requested on the site
I tried to cancel the account online after answering the relevant questions only to be greeted with a generic message telling me to ring a phone number to deactivate it.

I became Uniformdating.com member and paid $9.99 for it. Two days later they charged me additional $20. I called to customer service. They were very friendly until I told them about my problem. They refused to answer my questions and simply hang up. Thieves.
