Monica AI transcription function of YouTube video

The transcript function of YouTube video will not work some time after you pay for annual plan, and the customer support will say that it is a technical problem which can neither advise for estimated repair schedule nor refund. As an AI developer, it seems to me that it is a trick to save tokens (in other words, their cost) after getting your money from annual subscription.
