Matchmaking service
Things are going well for me in my dating life. I really like the matchmaker assigned to me because she is exceptional at listening. She doesn't just see it as a job, but something she enjoys and is skilled at. Dating with the intention of finding a long-term partner is not easy, but I'm happy that I decided to work with Caliber because they have introduced me to good quality men who share my values. It has expanded my options in dating. I feel good knowing that there is a dedicated team searching for matches on my behalf, online dating can become a job in itself. I've been working with them for three months and I'm still learning their process, but I'm confident that they'll fulfill their promises and I'll be one of the 85% of people who have found success through them. :)
Desired outcome: Not here to complaint, but sharing my positive experience.
Do not deliver on services
This company convinced me to pay them thousands of dollars by saying "We do not take clients we are not sure we can't be successful with". In the year they were supposedly working for me, they sent me 1 match in the first few months that did not meet my #1 criteria so I did not go on a date with them. The rest of the time I never got any other matches, and when I emailed for updates they said they were still "searching". Then after 9 months of supposedly "active searching" on Dec 2, 2022, I asked for someone to please call me that I was not happy with their service, they said they would get back to me and never did (as of Jan 24, 2023). This company absolutely does not deliver on the services you pay for.
Desired outcome: Refund as much of my money as possible

I was surprised to read your review, but then noticed you resolved this with Caliber. My own experience has been a breath of fresh air.
I live in a small town (Vancouver WA) and I travel around the country for my sales role. I would be a difficult client for any matchmaking service but Caliber has adjusted well. I give them my schedule in advance and they have been able to match me locally as well as during my travels. I am not sure what other services, including online dating, would work with my restrictions.
