Bank of America review: Poor customer service and incompetent clerk

I met with a clerk today at the BoA 185th and Walker road branch in Beaverton Oregon and was the worst banking experience I've ever encountered. The clerk, who I think whose name was Cory, repeatedly misunderstood my request to move my mothers savings into my parents checking and had to keep correcting him with the correct account numbers.
I brought all of the required identification, Power of Attorney for my parents and account numbers. My parents are 95 and 99 respectively, in a nursing home, mother with advanced Alzheimer's and was told even though I have Power of Attorney for both, could not transfer the money.
This clerk should have more training for attention to detail and am totally dissatisfied with Bank of America's unwillingness to accommodate this request.

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action for this branch
