Recieved my tax refund check, today went into Burien branch to cash.
The tellers already seemed irritated about dealing with tax checks, by the comments that were being made ("OH GOD, ANOTHER ONE?!...UGGGGGH").
After recieving all of my info the teller procceded to verify the check through some phone system.
After it was verified she proceeded to inform me that there would be a hold placed on the check.
Asked to speak with branch manager and he explained that because the Bank that the check was written on was out of state they would not recieve the funds right away and for that reason the hold would be placed. What sense does that make being the check was verified and a TAX REFUND CHECK FROM LIBERTY TAX SERVICES?
I asked for the check back to cash it else where. Was unable to cash it ANY WHERE else, as the teller WOTE ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE CHECK IN HUGE WRITTING (the verification #).
Proceeded to go back to the bank AGAIN where the manager reasurred me that if I was to go back to MoneyTree he would verify or assist over the phone, helping to explain the situation.
Proceeded to do that and the number he gave me was WRONG!

Not only was this A HUGE INCONVIENICE with my money, Ive been HUMILITED!

I am IRRATE!
And now am forced to wait another week to have my check reissued, not on my on terms, but forced by the mistakes made from BANK OF AMERICA and the unprofesionalisim of you employees!
