Bank of America review: Customer service

I filed a complaint about someone that I did not authorize tried to debit my account I even furnished proof that this company I had done business with in the past debited my account for money I had already paid back the funds were put in my account when I borrowed but anyone with an education enough to read could have viewed my account to see that the money had been paid back through withdrawals long before they debited my account for an amount way more than what I had borrowed I fault this battle disputed then called disputed again and then called I called emailed filed and sent documentation by email and by mail to prove my claim but they still sided with the online scam lenders and left my account in the negative the account that I have had with the bank since 1994 almost 30 years b ut indtead of helping a long time customer they sided with the online loan company that can present anything they choose to verify what they did but what they did is steal or tried to steal my money and bank of America assisted them in doing so they are terrible they use to be a great bank but they have gotten where they just don't want to be bothered and then two days ago they force close my account I do not know what happens next but I did not owe this and they gave them what they wanted and punished me for their actions and then I hear we appreciate you being a long time bank of america customer yeah right sure have a bad way of showing it and too by the way I showed proof that I filed a revoke authorization with this same company when in fact they ask for more money and I told them not to try and withdraw money from my account nonw of my records mattered I got treated wrong
