My customer ofmmover 20 years gave me a check for $4000.00 as a loan. I went to BOA, where she has an acct to cash the check. I had ID, the account had more than enough money. The lady went to cash it and said "They won't let me". The manager was there and approved it so who the he'll is they?
This has caused hardship and over an hour and a half of my time due to only having one teller and a customer ahead of me TNAT took o Dr an hour.
Since when do banks control peoples money and who they write check to.
I am humiliated, embarrassed and really pissed off.
So when I tell my customer (the teller and manager know her As well), she will be very upset.
She has been trying to give me this loan for months and I wouldnt let her until she finally explained why she wanted me to have it.
Bank of America needs to be audited and retrained.

Desired outcome: AUDIT
