Bank of America customer service for all of bank of america/western union

11-21-2020
This morning around 6am, I placed a request for emergency funding from my personal checking account that unemployment provided for me. This request is also to include wester union as the financial transfer company.

I have been up and down up and down with bank of america period! And is about really over with employees not know even its basic policy and procedures and who or which line to transfer escalated issues.

My opinion sharing is that this will never change unless training improves a better instructor, or a better system on screening for new hires and most important quality assurance at its best. Daily review and line ups so that all employees are on the same page with service. And yes will be happy to assist by experience trainer.

Unfortunately due to covid I was able to spend my quality time playing musical chairs and be given the run arounds on who, where and how and what department might be able to help, or comments that i'm unalbe to do that, without out saying (you know great thinking mr caravalho, let me connect you with the right person who has those credentials to do just that of what you are requesting. (and warm transfer what is this cold transfer or sending to the wrong department.

Before I really start my typing of many excuses the customer service agents verbiages to make an excuse of what might be the reasons. Stop with the excuses and start producing results. Your supervisors pass numbers to the agent to transfer me and not even know what department that number is taking us.? Not sure if it's western union or bank of america western union department! Really? For a total of 4 disconnected phone calls in either of these areas, on hold, transfer, hang up. Now its 652pm and being sent to a department advised by a supervisor to a department that has closed for the day. As myself and the customer agent wait and wait and wait for a pick up she finally checks to see if department at this time was closed. Can you see training, supervisor instead of taking the escalation call, sups would rather give the agent a number to assist the customer that is closed! Wow wow wow wow. With this simple task that could have been avoided by a simple time sheet of hours for each department was not looked at by the supervisor. Im sure this request was also typed into the company supervisor chat room, where also other agents and supervisors also may review responses and questions and even then no one advised agent that our line was no longer available. Can you by this alone take a step back and only get a glimps on how my day really went... It was another over the top day again I have spent with bank of america it is an on going situation that I have experience over and over.

Stop the 101 questions to every department to verify/ do you know how much diffrent agents has asked me all questions and not lets forget this includes agent that I cofirmed my identity and its not even the right department.

Please bare with me while information of issues is explained by many different times of the day. And all frustrations I express are also from different parts of the day and not in order.

Omg once again it is now 816pm and again the agent disconnected my phone call, this is the 5th time today since 6am this morning and am completly over boiling as if my time is priceless, while I didnt get paid for the 15hrs soon to be 16hrswhile the employees that assist in playing with me in musical chairs and the times left on hold. Coming back on the line to state that were still here with you/ as some agents was greatful to help me while some in voice stating im still here and so on. Could have cared last.

Some supervisor can call western union and some cant, I was given the run arounds till finaly stated western union is closed cant help till tomorrow. But what happened with helping me today? I figure computer errpor for the first disconnection. Second hang up ok its a pick up disconnection third a ok just a one off, 4th mmmmmmmm 5th bank of america just stated f&*% y&^ a87 h%^* wait till tomorrow and try again.

Im tired and exhausted this is not even the begening or ending of my day. But now let me prepare to inform my family that once again bank of america has failed to provide outstanding service for a simple western union request that now I feel takes a college degree to do one.

This is a long time coming I about 95 percent of my calls to this company has been a fail and that is really sad.

I would like to request ceo, someone in a high status the may have the ability to take a look at average wait and call time, how many drop calls are made and dispositions agents used// this is important for scores new contracts for the future and opportunity for the upcoming generations and pray that we in the industries be and example for them. Working virtualy is a privledge not an option, maybe if agents need to spend gas money and food money and personal time out of l ife to get ready for work and then come home late just maybe you will have a better customer service and or any service for bank of america to make a progress in service/

Bank of America Opening new checking account - money vanished

I opened two new accounts a week ago. Deposited $100 in new checking and $100 in new savings. Also transferred $50 from cash app. Zero balance on both accounts. I've called Bank of America repeatedly and no one has any answer but to say they do not see incoming transfer and there is nothing they can do. This is THEFT!

Bank of America Not safe banking

Bank of America safe banking is not safe at all! I applied for a loan and was approved for 3000.00 from Sun Credit Financial. Thru these hard times I thought thats what I could do. Well when I went to use my debt card it was locked so I called the bank I didn't think to much about it because I do have Safe BANKING. Well when i called the bank they released the funds. Well I tried to use my card again and it was locked again! This went on five times and each time they unlocked my card. On the 6th time I was angry because it was ridiculous. When I called I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and finally some lady gets on the phone and tells me that they shut down my account and told me it was a business decision on there part! I have been a Bank customer for over 11years! I was devastated everything I had was connected to this bank. Im received disability direct deposits to this bank! For them to fo this and not tell me why? Well needless to say I was not going to take this without an explanation! I wrote and called there corporate office until finally some one got back to me a lady named Devin Harris who told me that someone filed a 3000.00 claim on my account and claimed to be me! I told her that there's was no way I filed a claim. I explained to her that I applied for a loan and was approved. I have the emails and loan documents to prove it. She told me that I could go and open up another account because I may have been the victim of a scam. I had to get a new account number and everything. She saud my identity may have been compromised. I was devasted. Why didnt anyine call me from the Bank right away or tell me something when I called 6 times prior? I made a repoet to the FTC and FBI. Now Sun Credit Financial is harassing over 3000.00 they saying I defaulted on the loan. So now I dont know what to do. Then well my direct deposit from socially security goes to my old account thats supposed to be closed. I was suppos3s to wait for it to go back to socially security so they can send it back to me by mail but Bank of America kept it! They said it was part of the investigation! Now I cant pay my bills and I am in worse shape than ever! Can anybody please help me? What do I do?

Bank of America Edd debit card

First the Bank of America debit card was locked on me pending verification. I had $106.00 on the card already and since the card was frozen the EDD added additional funds to that account on August 20-21 2020. And again on August 30, 2020. And additional funds were sent to the account October 20, 2020. I obviously cleared if funds are being added. I have verified and have the text messages and emails proving so and I also have the online statements that have the payment id number on those documents. I know all the information needed but every time I call I always get directed to call the EDD and have them send verification I am in good standing. Well if EDD is adding funds to the account after it was put on hold what more verification do you need? I feel like I am being lied to and miss lead. And I would appreciate some answers or my funds to be released. I have been waiting a very long time for my funds those payments are from march. Can some body please find some answers and contact me my name is Jenny N. Ysais and my email on the account is [protected]@my.scccd.edu thank you so much for your time and hopefully this can all get resolved accurately and time efficiently.

Bank of America Zero liability for unauthorized transactions

I have been going through the dispute process with Bank of America about money that was taken from my account which was $5200 while I was in the hospital I sent them proof information that I was in the hospital and I've been given nothing but the runaround it's been at least one month one week since I filed this claim I have not received any kind of a temporary credit and I've been told all kinds of different stories by different representative and I'm really sick of dealing with these people mind you this is after I had me on hold for 4-9 hours at a time Still no results. I've had my Claim opened and closed several times the same claim and also my paperwork has been lost they closed my claim one time because they said I didn't submit the paperwork OK well if I didn't submit the paperwork then how were you guys able to re-open the claim for me so somethings not right I don't know what's going on but I need results I'm tired of waiting for my money is rightfully mine and it should not have been taken from me.

Bank of America Zelle transfer

Dear Sirs/Madam:

I am writing you regarding resolving a situation involving a person impersonating someone I knew or know, I sent money through this service and I have confirmation numbers but don't know to whom the money really went, this involves two people and/or email addresses and several numbers,

b3501f504 = 1, 500.00, and 72e6a0eed = 1650. First of all I was helping a friend do this because he has some memory issues and assured me that he was talking to the right people, but these recepients are not the intended persons and when I tried to call the number were not inservice..., this person or people have even been online since this occured, as if not happened. I reported this to the FBI, and The Federal Trade Commission and possibly the CIA.

I need to know what bank these people picked up my funds so that I can have it returned and proscecute this individual. I was told by Bank of America that they would repopulate my Zelle account so that I can trace information regarding the transfer, and to this day they have not done so.

The FBI should be calling with a formal grievance if these funds are not traced back to the Zelle account holder on the receiving end.!

Best Regards,

Aaron K. Taylor/Michael E. Lombardi

Bank of America Prepaid - won't reimburse me for stolen money

I called Bank of America prepaid when my EDD card didn't arrive. I was told my card was activated and all my money was gone. A claim was filed. Instantly my claim was denied. I was told this was because of the amount and all the EDD fraud issues going on. EDD cleared me of any fraud or wrong doing. My account was reopened with the bank but they never reopened my claim. I have called nearly everyday for a month and been on the phone for 4-8 hours. I have been hung up, denied to speak to a supervisor, told to wait, my request to reopen my claim have been dismissed twice, not allowed to open a new claim or appeal the decision. No one from their so called "back office" who makes the decisions has ever contacted me but out of good faith I faxed them over my email communications with the Post Master General proving an investigation was started months earlier when we realized our mail was being stolen out of our mailbox. In addition, we sent of photos of the suspect we caught on the front door video camera we install, the police report number for the report we made with the Sheriff's department and identity theft affidavit to the IRS. Now I am also facing possible eviction because of this and sent them that documentation as well. How much more proof do you need? And I sent this all and there isn't even an investigation going because they won't open my claim to conduct one.
If I have an open claim, the bank is required to give a provisional credit within 10 days but as long as they refuse to reopen my claim they do not have to give me anything. I have two little boys and a disabled husband. This claim was filed as a hardship and I can't seem to get any help. Bank of America's prepaid department is a joke. Their customer service and way of doing business is disgusting. I am appalled with how they have handled my claim.

I am going through the exact same issue $7, 038.00 was stolen from some online company in one charge which BofA originally agreed that it was fraudulent charges. I submitted a police report, they denied me the first 2 times i tried to get my money back. Finally, after submitting the police report about 1 week back, they are now saying I have a provisional credit pending for that amount, we shall see if the money shows up, I'm not holding my breath!

Bank of America edd debit card

On september 28, 2020 my card and account were closed/frozen. Bofa said edd froze it, edd said my account looked fine but to call back on oct. 5th. On the 5th I decided to try logging in bank of america edd card website and it worked! Only thing is, all the credit I received from a prior dispute was deducted from my account! Leaving my balance negative $5, 000! I called b of a claims department and a rep said she'd "escalate" my claim but had no idea why this happened but i'd it would be fixed within 48 hrs. Another rep said 10 business days and another couldn't say how long a resolution will take. A few days later, I receive a letter from bank of america, dated 10/02/20, saying my claim was closed because my account was closed due to suspicious activity and I could request for my claim to be reopened. Obviously, my account is verified - my account was reopened - which would mean my dispute should be reopened by default and my account adjusted to correct the bank's error. Its a simple fix, but its yet to happen. Even after multiple calls and countless hours on hold and speaking with 5 different representatives - all unable resolve this.
Because of the pandemic, I rely on these benefits. Like many, I have no other income and this type of error affects me significantly. I have been networking online and there are a large number of people in california, receiving unemployment, experiencing the same or similar issue with their accounts. This is unfair.
Bank of America is in violation of efta regulation e error resolution policy as well as their own cardholder agreement.

Bank of America Credit card account

I've had a credit account for approximately 10 years in perfect standing. I have not used the card in approximately one year since november 2019 balance at zero. Bank of america alaska card.

Over the years the benefits of the card have not outweighed the annual fee and are worse than ever... And I did use the card for bigger purchases but paid it off on time... Kept it open as closing an account negatively reflect on your credit... So thanks b of a for this unnecessary closure-and the reps are so pigeon holed in their focus to do the minimum, they don't even respond by offering to open it back up, as I do have perfect credit... And great relationships with all of my other banks and lenders-b of a really giving it to the middle class once again.
Recently I moved within the last 90 days and during that time they charged an annual fee. And over the 60 days did not reach out to me once, claiming that I had put a stop on phone calls. When has that stopped at banks i'm trying to collect a debt?
My wife and I both have other credit accounts as well with phone numbers listed.
When I called the representative she was initially very rude but then realized I might be giving her a review so she acknowledge that the account had been closed, without any attempt to reach me by phone or mail. I noted that I had email, but I have not received anything from them. Nor have I received a call on the same number i've had for the past 10 years. She proceeded to note email and a phone number form 10 years ago... Nothing current as I have on all my accounts.
They then noted a number that I had over 10 years ago as the primary contact number.
Another banker would also note that I put a stop on their marketing calls which I realized I did probably about seven years ago when they were calling me at all hours of the night basically marketing me to death... I noted that it should not prevent them from contacting the customer on normally scheduled business or priority business such
As the potential for an account being closed for an annual fee... Which i've always paid.
So the account is now in closed status, they waived the $59 fee and promised to not ding my credit. But they closed account always reflects negatively abs shows on credit. So that's b of a, taking a 10 your relationship and flushing it down the toilet over 60 day period, and basically leaving me with a terrible experience. Who cares right? Just another bank that doesn't care.
Surely this bank can do better... I think we've all grown tired of banks that are too big to fail, but in this case I think it's too big to be successful or be customer driven.
So now I will close my two other accounts as well and encourage anybody who does business with them to avoid it hem... I recall that we bailed those banks out in 2008, and it seems like they've learned nothing.
I'm going to email the ceo as well, not many people know you can do this but I do feel it is important that he understand that at the ground level with customers they should try to speak to them directly before they take action on their account, as I had multiple numbers and emails listed there on my other accounts as well. It appears that this might've just been an electronic function and process, that not a single person would've put eyes on this account before they closed it because if they had they would've seen the multiple avenues to connect with me, the perfect credit I for 10 years... And that up until 90 days ago perfect with the payments, etc. Shame on them for not treating their customers better-they lost a customer for life and we should all be mindful of who they are, as they showed me who they are. I told him that, and the rep said that they do care, but I feel that their process for resolution would never benefit a customer truly... All over $59 annual fee - wake up b of a, your customers are disgusted with you.

Bank of America Credit card fraud

I had done all the leg work for Bank of America... the claims department has yet to perform a complete and thoroughly investigation.
I have made out several police and Sheriff reports and the CID have recovered other items that was reported. As of today, I continue to received blanketed responses from the claims department without issuing me a refund.
August 3, 2020, my daughter died. On the same day her boyfriend and his mother (police detective) begin using my deceased daughter debit card. I had asked for her items to be returned and was refused. I reported her to The Chief of Police and informed them of the matter. She lied and stated that she had none of the items.
When the CID begin their investigation they received some of the items that was said that they did not have.
I called the bank and reported my daughter death. All accounts were shut down. Weeks later... I received a letter in the mail stating my daughter had been reported deceased erroneously.
Upon, receiving death certificate I went to the local office to handle affairs of my daughter. I learned more than I would have expected a crime against my deceased baby girl.
Calls were made and people remember me calling in and reported the death of my daughter.
As I've said and reported that the two people people would not give me items of my daughter. I did not receive her driver's license, her cell phone, and other items... I had ask for her credit card and debit card. When I turned in both cards I learned that a malicious with intent had been performed. The debit card that I received was a temporary card and the thrives with intent kept the the debit card to commit crimes.
People at the local bank remember my daughter deposit a sim of $20, 000 plus and had the thieve with her. My daughter had even stated that she had inherited this money from the passing of her great grandmother.
The bank records indicates he walked out of the hospital and begin using the credit card on the same day of her death. And on the same day of my daughter being laid to rest.
This young man was so stupid and cocky that he made over 200 hundred withdrawals with many occurred at the same bank in which the account is located. They bank has him on tape making withdrawals from the drive through ATM.
On my daughter's bank statement it states that her last payroll check is deposited to her estates.
As her mother I have the legal documentation as the owner of her estate.
I'm the one listed as her beneficiary on her life insurance. [protected]
As a veteran I departed my business with Bank of America because of bad acts. And I'm fully aware of the large fraud that was committed by Bank of America and the people.

Bank of America Auto loan

The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life, you could not pay me to do business with this bank again. Been trying since July to have an auto debit account changed, phone call after phone call and here we are end of October not resolved. On phone now, talked to supervisor, she sends me to online banking who sends me to the auto loan dept who tells me to call online banking. NEVER do business with this bank, and on hold for 20-30 minutes each time. Words can not express my frustration.
