I had the worst flower ordering experience with Avas Flowers. The arrangement that was delivered was completely different from what I ordered. It had fewer flowers and looked like a much cheaper version of the arrangement advertised on the website. The leaves were already browning and the overall quality was very poor.
What was delivered was clearly not the same arrangement I paid for.
I tried to contact the company three separate times to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. The complete lack of customer service is extremely frustrating.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Avas Flowers to anyone.
