Ordered floral spray for our mom's funeral service on SEPT 9, 2026 to be delivered on SEPT 18, 2026 sometime before noon. Actually spoke with a person to confirm the change our equest of substituting a few yellow roses in place of some whites, along with adding a bow, banner, and verifying would be on a stand as described. Called at 2 pm on 18th when flowers hadn't arrived yet. Was told would be here by 7pm. At exactly 6:59, they arrived. One third half the size ordered, NO stand, NO bow, NO banner, NO yellow roses, etc. TOO LATE to find anything aywhre else in time for funeral next morning. Totally unacceptable! See pics below.
