Ordered flowers to be delivered - they stated it would be delivered that day. It said 'out for delivery'. They did not deliver and had no communication about that fact.

Called today - Contact is automated and not helpful. Got a message saying they want to 'reschedule' delivery. At this point we just want a refund.

They also appear to be LYING saying it's a small business when it's really just a big scam.

Claimed loss: 96.57

Desired outcome: Refund
