Called to change appointment. CS gave me a Monday appointment 8 to 9 am arrival. No call, no show. I check my account it was never changed. Reschedule for Tuesday. Installer comes leaves orange wire in yard. Wednesday I wake up and there is a 6 foot man at my window taking pictures? My personal weapon obtained. He left never knocked on door. Later same day I hear noise outside more people on my property drilling. Never knocked on door. Could not speak English. I figured out AT & T e en though I had an appointment for November to bury line they just decided to work on my house. Never knocked on door. They left. Boss arrives spray paints ground. Next day Wednesday a man shows up. Boss said he was coming. Did a bunch of drilling and leaves said all hooked up. It's not working. Call the boss he said not his problem his job is done. I call 1800 and complain. Thursday first guy returns and complete screw up from day before. I go to mail box my grass is all destroyed. I call boss send pic. He says his guy will be there tomorrow. 2 guys show up a couple hours later and say not their fault and leave. Saturday, guy shows up put a 12 by 4 piece of sod. Before he arrived I noticed a huge chunk of grass missing on other side of yard I called boss he said not his doing it was AT &T. thats where I am at know. I have been dealing with a simple internet install for 6 days and still have damage. Why? 4 different groups of people have been at my house plus the boss. This company has major problems
